QTZ160(6515) FAQ

Q: A crane operator must ensure that the load is within load chart ratings for _________ and the __________ of the crane.A. Boom length; CenterpointB. Boom length; Load RadiusC. Center Point, Load RadiusD. Center of Gravity; Load Radius
B. The load radius is the horizontal distance from the center of rotation of the crane to the center of gravity of the load being lifted. The load radius is a critical consideration when determining what size crane is required for most lifts. There is generally a chart that tells what that machine will lift at any boom length,
Q: i have a 83 camaro crane cam 305 v 8 4brrl edelbrock carb and i just changed the carb from a quadrajet to the edelbrock....but i cant seam to get it running right as long as im out on the highway it runs great but when i stop at a stop light i have to rev it up to keep it running..i changed the plugs plug wires and the distributor but i heard you have to have a different kind of distributor to change from the quareajet ( will all of the plug in and stuff to a regular edelbrock carb..is this true??
If you can get vacuum from the intake manifold to the distributor advance, there is no reason to change distributors. You may need to re-jet the idle. Also if the cam is too steep and/or the carburetor is too big, the engine will flood. Check with Crane on timing changes and idle settings. The idle may need to be set up a little.
Q: In the U.S. please and tell me where and how you got the number. Thanks!!!
There are so many overhead cranes in operation today in the US and around the world. They could be numbering in tens of thousands in industries and other operations. An overhead crane, commonly called a bridge crane, is a type of crane found in industrial environments. An overhead crane consists of parallel runways with a traveling bridge spanning the gap. A hoist, the lifting component of a crane, travels along the bridge. If the bridge is rigidly supported on two or more legs running on a fixed rail at ground level, the crane is called a gantry crane (USA, ASME B30 series) or a goliath crane (UK, BS 466). Unlike mobile or construction cranes, overhead cranes are typically used for either manufacturing or maintenance applications, where efficiency or downtime are critical factors. Have a pleasant day.
Q: was he a realist or naturalist
Stephen Crane was a naturalist a lot like Jack London. His main themes were man vs. nature and man vs. himself in which nature is an abstract, omnipotent force that does not (and really cannot) care what becomes of the individual. In Crane's writings, man is often faced with strengths and weaknesses within himself when confronted by extremes of uncaring Nature (see the short story The Open Boat).
Q: I had a dream and it wos really scary so realistic i woke up crying and could go to work the next dayi was in my house and woke up and came downstairs and there were letters on the floor and someone was picking them up then i looked outside and there wos a big fire and a crane had fallen down and explosion and everyone was dying their faces burnt i burst out crying. what does it mean?
Probably some stress or fear is looming large in your subconscious mind. Scary dreams often occur when you have something that is stressing you. That is assuming you didn't read some book or watch some movie that brought it on, that is another possibility. Often we replay images we have in our heads from the day before. I don't think it is an omen or anything. So, be glad to say it was only a dream.
Q: my 7 year old son swears that a crane jumper is a type of animal...any one heard of this??
I googled crane jumper and came up with nothing. Not to say there isn't such a creature, that could be a regional name for it, it might be called something else.
Q: Today, my boyfriend surprised me with an origami bird he'd made for me the night before, just for no reason. He told me he'd tried to make a crane but it got to be to complicated. I thought an was an incredibly sweet gesture, and I thanked him thoroughly. I was wondering if it would be nice to give him an origami something back? I found a really easy video on how to make cranes and I made one, but I don't want it to seem like I'm trying to show him up, I just want to show my gratitude. Would it be best to give him the crane, give him a different origami animal, or just let the whole thing go? Sorry if it seems like I'm over thinking this, I just really like him :)
i really dont think he would want a crane back... because he made that crane especially for you ^_^ and you should just tell him how sweet you thought it was that he made one for u =]
Q: (Fujian) white crane
U might want to try google. Good luck
Q: It frustrates me every time I play one of those games i never win. Is there a secret? If so then what is it?
It depends which type of animal crane you are talking about. If it's the jumbo cranes that pick up the huge stuffed animals, they are actually set to give out a win every so many plays, however the number of the winning play varies based on the location. If you are talking about the average sized cranes, the key is to look for a stuffed animal that is light up on top and bottom heavy. This will allow you to grab ahold of the head or neck and pick the animal up. I've found the easiest cranes to win on are the ones that you pick up beanie baby sized stuffed toys. They seem to win, every time you aim the crane to pick up the head or neck. It's a great way to rack up a lot of stuffed animals. While they may not be huge prizes they are reasonable ones, and some of them are pretty cute.
