Q: What is the function of the monitor?
A: Monitor, namely inspection system (like black box), which could store 10000 tower crane operation reports, and it is recommended to be installed in big cranes more than 16t.
Q: Can you equip with light on tower crane jib, monitor, remote control and anemometer?
A: Sure. All of these could be provided with extra cost upon the clients’ requirements. But according to general practice, remote control is not suggested because most of the operator feedback operation in the cabin will provide a wide working view.
Q: What kind of steel used for tower crane?
A: Normally, as for the main force bearing steel structure, Q345B is adopted; as for the assistance force bearing steel structure Q235B is adopted. All of the raw material is outsourced from qualified steel factory in China.

- I would suggest going to Harbor Freight or Oreilley's auto parts... they both should have them at at very reasonable price...if you order online it wouldnt be cost effective due to the shipping and handling added on to the price.

- I don't think so, not if it is taught as a complete system, then it should offer more than just tiger/crane form.

- It sort of depends, maybe. And the legend says that it is indeed and unfortuantely 1,000 cranes. It also says you have to make all of these within a year, and it is a DIY project

- Katheen is right about crane flies not being daddy long legs, and that if you have a cat, you should bring it in your room. You could also use a handy dandy, everyday, all around, fly swatter! Or if you don't have that you could use your flatmate's shoe! or pillow!

- Very large capacity crane vessels have propulsion machinery for manoeuvring when on station. The most modern designs of semi-submersible vessel use them to achieve 'dynamic positioning'. Older designs used the propulsion systems to assist when deploying the anchors in the correct pattern. The vessels are towed by tugs when making deep sea passages. First generation crane vessels had much smaller lifting capacities and were either constructed on conventional hulls or were converted from existing ships. These types were capable of making ocean passages using their own propelling machinery.

- Not in urban areas. Most cranes are put up overnight to avoid disturbing traffic and so forth. I work for a shipping company. They do put up huge cranes overnight and it is quite amazing to see, once or twice. The magic is how well it's organised. And how Santa comes along to give his blessings.
