8T QTZ125(6015)     FAQ

Q: What is tower crane?

A: Tower crane is a modern form of balance crane that consist of the same basic parts. Fixed to the ground on a concrete foundation (and sometimes attached to the sides of structures as well), tower cranes often give the best combination of height and lifting capacity and are used in the construction site.

Q: Can you equip with light on tower crane jib, monitor, remote control and anemometer?

A: Sure. All of these could be provided with extra cost upon the clients’ requirements. But according to general practice, remote control is not suggested because most of the operator feedback operation in the cabin will provide a wide working view.

Q: What is the function of the monitor?

A: Monitor, namely inspection system (like black box), which could store 10000 tower crane operation reports, and it is recommended to be installed in big cranes more than 16t.

Q: What kind of steel used for tower crane?

A: Normally, as for the main force bearing steel structure, Q345B is adopted; as for the assistance force bearing steel structure Q235B is adopted. All of the raw material is outsourced from qualified steel factory in China.

Q:I've come up with a few reasons, if someone could add on to it then that would be wonderful!Thank you for answering my question :D
A crane allows us to place light or heavy loads with precession and safety; on top of buildings, across water ways, down mine shafts and over obstacles. Building a pyramid today would be done with cranes, instead of building ramps to slide the massive stone blocks up. Cranes speed up any construction project. Cranes eliminate a lot of manual labor. Cranes prevent injuries by doing the hard work. One example, we used a crane to lift off an entire house roof, in one piece. We then built a second story and then used the crane again to put the roof back on. Without a crane, it would have taken several days to tear off the shingles, remove the roof sheeting and the trusses, not to mention the money saved. The building codes do not allow the reuse of wood trusses, yet not taking the roof apart, allowed use to reuse the trusses, a savings of hundreds of dollars. Wingman
Q:I would like to get some advice from Martial artists of the training that Crane style Kung Fu go trough especially the balance. I would like to learn how they learn to balance without difficulty and the training they go trough.
Balance is balance - there's no specific training but good balance will help you with all aspects of your training. A few things that helped me - tying shoelaces by getting into a crane posture rather than kneeling to the laces. The concentration on the shoe helps to balance you. Practice Crane Stance and try to keep a clear mind while in the stance - if you start worrying then you'll fall. Remember to keep the knee high and the foot pointed.
Q:I recently read that adult crane flies consume nectar or do not eat at all, their only purpose is to mate. After a crane fly mates, is starvation the cause of its death, or is there something else that ends its life such as age?
Most adult crane flies do not have functioning mouth parts so they are unlikely to feed even on nectar. Once they have mated they quickly become the prey of birds, spiders, etc, and their corpses are also cleared up by ants and so on. Certainly they don't survive for long.
Q:Hello! My question was a when will type of question, and the results yielded a bird that looked like a crane, egret, or heron standing on one leg and one leg bent. I ve looked at online tea leaf reading symbol dictionaries for heron, egret, and crane but only found two meanings, and I m not sure if they are reputable sources or not, and how they would relate to time. This is a picture that resembled it closely, except the bird I saw is facing the exact opposite direction. Thanks for your help!
Cranes are an extremely ancient symbol, there are folkdances based on their courtship display in many parts of the world, and evidence of this in prehistory too. Excavations at the ancient city of Catal Hayuk in Turkey uncovered the wings of a crane which seemed to have been part of a dancer's costume (google crane dance). Herons and cranes stand around waiting patiently for fish to come along and then move swiftly
Q:I have recently mounted a Meiller MK 40 R / 2 crane on my truck and I wonder if my truck's hydraulic pump can support it without problems. I have a Mercedes-Benz 813 truck of 1987 and the crane is more or less the same years by the way. Should I change my truck's pump?
Check what the hydralic specs. of the crane are. Then see if your truck pump can supply the output pressures and volume.
Q:Hello,I live in the St. Louis area of Missouri and during the summer, Crane Flies (I call them Mosquito Eaters) fly around all the time at night. I believe that it is normal for this type of bug to be nocturnal, but lately, I've seen them flying around, jumping around, and getting in the house DURING THE DAYTIME!! (AHH!!) :0 Is there any explanation for this? If so, is there anyway to reduce their population in and around my house? Thanks for reading.Ty
Mosquito Eater... That's interesting lol. I grew up calling them candlestick bugs. In any case, crane fly populations can explode when they have plenty of resources and few predators in the larval stage. It's possible that there is a shortage in invertivores (animals which eat invertebrates, such as insects or crustaceans) that provide top-down population control in the aquatic environment from which your population came. These insects are harmless and provide food and energy to myriad other organisms in their food web. For that reason, I suggest that you just catch them and take them outside. We get huge ones around here (Western Kentucky, think 2.5-3 inches from head to tip of abdomen with a good 6 inch leg span haha), so I wouldn't suggest squishing them in the house on the wall or anything lol. If you're really bothered by them, I don't really have a non-messy solution. As a biologist, I kind of just ignore them. Also, these animals are attracted to light. Maybe turn off your porch lights, if you have any, and keep your doors closed?
Q:When the earthquake happened, the children wanted to know what they could do to inform other students and raise awareness for the people in Japan. So, we decided to do a show on the earthquake, and to also making the cranes, the origami cranes.thank you! a foreigner. (detail)
I personally would write it as... So, we decided to do a show on the earthquake and to make origami cranes. However, for proper English grammar, your idea of saying to also make the cranes is correct for an addition with and. The sentence fragment ... and to also making the cranes... would not work because also is a interrupter to show continuation and is not a verb. To make is an infinitive so adding also would not allow the conjugation of the infinitive due to the rule that a verb cannot follow a verb unless if the second verb is in an infinitive form. And is never used with commas unless there are items in series such as ducks, chickens, and hens. And is not correct after a comma unless if there are items in series. In addition, the items in series rule can change slightly if there is a description with the items or a sentence fragment such as with the sentence... There are several large hens with an egg; a few with large wings; and a few with a large pile of food. In this situation a semicolon(;) is used to help people know that it is a series with a group of sentence fragments. If you need help contact me or find help with items in series, types of sentences, sentence fragments, and sentence interrupters. I am learning to speak Spanish so I am willing to help anyone with English because I know how difficult it can be to learn English.
Q:It's a local company in Omaha that seriously could be the next Starbuck's if they ever expand.
It won't expand if Starbucks have their way. They have driven all their competiton out of business. I hope Crane Coffee can survive.
Q:I am NCCCO certified here in the US and would like to know how to be able to work as an operator in France.
Me too(NCCCO) how long for you? What do you run? I run a Terrex/demag a/c 140, Grove TMS 870, and a little national 40 ton. Anyway, sorry I don't have an answer but the other day just for kicks I was looking around to see what's going on and searching crane operator+job and there's a huge worldwide company, slips my mind but they kept coming up all over hiring operators all over the world. Give that a try, if I was single I'd be going everywhere, and getting PAID to do it but my wife and kids mean too much to be away. Try this.... search crane service+france email some crane outfits and ask around, it can't hurt.
