QTZ63A(5512)  FAQ

Q: What is the principal to quote the right tower crane to the client?

A: First, we need to know clients’ requirements. Normally the following information should be clarified by the client:  max lifting capacity, height (height under hook), tip load and jib length.

Q: What can we do for the clients in the market and after-sale service?

A: There is branch office for us in the kingdom and she could provide any commercial assistance for the clients; our exclusive agent would fully represent lifting machinery for business communication and rapid & professional technical support.

Q: What kinds of ur tower crane are available now?

A: Four main categories: normal tower crane with cat head, internal climbing tower crane, top less tower crane and luffing tower crane.

Q: I understand the Crane stances and know there are more than one. I am referring to the single leg crane stance. I also know that stances are only used briefly. But I am curious, does this stance have any bunkai applications? Or is it only useful against dodging a kick or preparing to kick?
What you call Crane stance with a single leg in contact with the ground actually has many applications besides kicking. BTW: As I understand it, doesn't bunkai mean application? The single leg stance is also a mean to focus power from one rooted leg to your punch. The mechanics for a kick from the crane stance can also be used in a punch. It is actually the same. The force you exert from that single leg against the ground or your root-ness is transmitted through your body to the fist or even a block. Think about a situation where you are rapidly transferring your weight from one leg to the other such as when you are backpedaling or moving quickly and see an opening to strike. The power for that strike can still be generated by that one single leg in that instance when it is properly rooted. So rather than planting both legs first and then strike, you can do so with just that single leg that is already in place.
Q: Are there any special requirements for the installation of wall fittings of tower cranes?
The angle of the two member of the wall shall not be less than 60 degrees and shall not exceed 90 degrees;
Q: What kind of tower cranes are available? How about the scope of all kinds of tower cranes?
Tower crane is divided into fixed tower crane, mobile tower crane, jack up tower craneThe mobile tower crane is divided into track type, tire type and automobile typeThe jack up tower crane is divided into two parts: internal climbing type and attached typeUsage: loading and unloading concrete by hanging tank for general construction and installation
Q: I saw this documentary on ancient buildings like the pyramids and it said that we don't have a construction crane that can life the stones used to build some of these ancient structures. So I gotta wonder how much the strongest crane CAN lift....or is that just fantastical nonsense about cranes not being able to lift those blocks?
First, okorder /. This means that at 5 m the capacity is 600 tonnes. Double the radius, half the capacity. A crane located at the foot of the pyramid, will be at 115.2 m from the center. At that radius, the crane could only lift 26 tonnes, so this crane could not lift the greatest stones weighing 80 tonnes. Being the boom only 100m it could'nt even reach the center.
Q: How do you jump a crane? I know you jack it up but how is that done?
I have no idea what you mean by jump a crane? What type of crane? Truck mounted, overhead, pedestal?
Q: Interesting facts about the short story writer, Stephen crane.

Q: My science teacher wants to know why cranes make work easier rather than just lifting an object yourself. She refers to the formula of force x distance. So i have to compare (in a way) the work of a human lifting an object and a crane lifting an object. Grrrr.... I hate this project!
The type of crane she is referring to ia a simple pole with a fulcrum placed between the person operating the crane, and the mass to be lifted. Imagine a weightless pole with a rope tied to one end attached to a mass of weight 224 lbs The pole is 9 feet long Let's say the human weighs 112 lbs, or half of what is to be lifted. Without a crane, it will be difficult to lift that much and swing it around. With the crane, though, let's look at the advantage when a fulcrum is placed under the pole and the person pushes down on the pole to lift the weight. First, note that gravity is in favor of the person to use their weight on the pole. Using physics, with the fulcrum place at x from the mass to be lifted, the downward force of the person is F*(9-x)=224*x or F=224*x/(9-x) now plug in some values for x and compute the force: x F 4.5 224 3.5 143 2.5 86 1.5 45 0.5 13 I started by placing the fulcrum exactly in the middle and then moving the fulcrum in increments of 1 foot closer to the weight to be lifted Notice that the more pole towards the person pressing down, the less force the person has to apply to lift the weight. Also, note that when the fulcrum is in the middle, the person must apply a downward force equal to the weight - which willl be difficult foir a person that weighs 112lbs. However, once the fulcrum is placed 2.5 ft from the weight, the person only need apply 86 lbs of downward pressure. Leverage. j
Q: (Fujian) white crane
U might want to try google. Good luck
Q: heres a picture of one
they are put up section by section with another crane
Q: I'm trying to workout the best height of a truss for a ship-to-shore container crane project. The crane will have a 65m outreach, 18m center section and 15m backreach. I was thinking in the region of 2m-3m truss height.Any input would be great. Thanks
Jimmy: The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) produces design standards for many types of cranes: see the link below. Many crane owners, licensing and governmental authorities having jurisdiction over cranes require design, fabrication and testing to ASME standards.
