- I know of someone who did. They did it as a fundraiser for a village school. They folded the cranes while working on the project, though, so I guess the lesson there is that you can make your own luck. The cranes look beautiful, though!

- 1) Something happened to the crane - it doesn't matter what - it was an excuse to bring out spiderman, What happened isn't important. It was a kind of malfunction anyway - NOTHING to do with any villians 2) Gay and jerk side? He wan't being gay, but because he was a jerk in the first place that is why he didn't really know how to dress up properly and being up himself means he doesn't recognise it - which by the way, was well scripted into the movie. Operators are most likely to be killed when a tower crane breaks (is this an overturn?) because the operator is several hundred feet up in the air in the cab. Hitting power lines can be risky to the operator if dumb but staying in the cab is likely to be safe (stepping out may kill in touching ground) Overturning a ground based crane is going to hurt someone in the area much of the time.
