Main Features of Tower Crane

1) This kind of crane adopts standard section hydraulic lifting and connecting. The max. height can reach 180m with wall tie ins.

2) It has high working speed, good speed-adjusting performance, steady operation and high efficiency. Three-speed motor and mono-speed ratio decelerator are applied in the lifting struction, which enables heavy load low speed and light load high speed.

3)The range-change structure drives the trolley moving on the horizontal crang jib, with good positioning performance. Planet gear decelerator is applied in the circumgyrating structure, together with moment-limiting hydraulic coupler, which can relize high load capacity, steady starting and reliable operation.

4) The crane has complete set of safety devices, which can guarantee the safe and high efficienct operation. The crane is equipped with lifting height limiter, trolley ranging limiter, moment limiter, weight limiter etc..

5)The cranehas scientific layout and handsome appearance. The drivers cab is set independently on one side, with good vision field. It creates a good working environment for the operator.

FAQ about Tower Crane

Q: What serice you could provide?

A: Providing timely delivery, standby engineers are ready to slove any of your problem

Providing all-embraced warranty of products quality, worksite installation guidance

Providing ample spare parts and training of operation and maintenance

Engineers have more than 20 years' experience in tower crane, ready to solve any of your  problems.

Q: What kind of steel used for  tower crane ?

A: Normally, as for the main force bearing steel structure, Q345B is adopted; as for the assistance force bearing steel structure Q235B is adopted. All of the raw material is outsourced from qualified steel factory in China.

Q: What about our  tower crane  warranty?

A: Usually there is one-year quality warranty including main electronic parts (not including consumable parts). There are consumable spare parts together with whole machine and normally they are enough for one year.

Q: What is 3 main mechanism of the  tower crane ?

A: there are trolleying mechanism/ slewing mechanism/ hoisting mechanism.

Q: Can you equip with light on  tower crane  jib, monitor, remote control and anemometer?

A: Sure. All of these could be provided with extra cost upon the clients' requirements. But according to general practice, remote control is not suggested because most of the operator feedback operation in the cabin will provide a wide working view.

Q: Does anyone know where I can order Sugar Crane to grow?
Crane? anyway,, if your store has those little pieces you can buy to eat? or if you know someone with canes,, you strip off the hard outer covering,, this has the seed buds,, plant these in 3 inches of soil and wait,, cane is slow growing!! if you google sugar cane growing or go to wikipedia you will find plenty of info google buy sugar cane seeds you will find sites to order!!
Q: Crane lifts a 600-kg bin with an initial acceleration of 2 m/s^2. Determine the force in each of the supporting cables due to this motion.?
F = ma Assume the crate is uniformly loaded, both cables will carry the same force F(AB)(4/5) = (600/2)(9.8 + 2) F(AB)(4/5) = 3540 F(AB) = 4425 N F(BC) = 4425 N F(B-Crane) = 600(9.8 + 2) F(B-Crane) = 7080 N As a form of exchange, please remember to vote a Best Answer from among your results. This is not the same as like or thumbs up which are also nice and do boost points, but only after asker awards initial points with their vote.
Q: What are the parts of a tower crane? What are their main functions?
The structural elements include the followingMain arm: carrying weight, and making the trolley have walking track.Balance arm: put up lifting mechanism, electric box, counterweight, and make tower crane to achieve balance torque, reduce the standard section of the bending moment.Tower cap: connect the main arm with the balance arm by the tie bar, so as to reduce the bending moment of the standard section.
Q: I've always been puzzled how cranes operate.Because as buildings get taller so do cranes but i don't know how they increase the height of the cranes. Can you help answer this please?
search for others, animation and video of process more edit Some cranes actually climb the structure of the building and are taken apart when the building reaches its full height.
Q: The mansion I'm talking about is made in the American colonial architectural style, it is made from red bricks and has a colossal white, Doric octastyle portico. There are many windows and French doors at the front and it is situated at the top of a neatly manicured hill.
the okorder /... i hope you find the name after all .
Q: My understanding is that under Crane doctrine the tax basis of the property to begin with is Equity Invested + Financing (recourse or nonrecourse doesn't matter). i.e. 20K down + 80K purchase money mortgage = 100K. What if the property is appraised for only 80K right before purchase but purchaser paid 100K? Is the tax basis 80K or 100K.In other words, is the tax basis the actual assessed value of the property or is the tax basis the total investment? Thanks,Ben
Your understanding of Crane is correct. For purposes of calculating the gain on sale, the basis would be $100k. What Crane really said was that the net proceeds would have to include any assumed debt, in addition to any cash received -- basically that you had to include the debt on both ends of the transaction if my reading is correct. (That jives with the example in Commissioner v Tufts et al, 81-1356 so I think we're correct on that.) Where basis gets interesting is when you are calculating depreciation. At least when you convert a residential property to business use -- i.e. a rental -- you use the LESSER of the cost basis (Crane) or the FMV on the date that the property is placed in business(rental) service. In your example, the depreciable basis would be $80k since that was the lower. For calculating the gain on sale, the cost basis would still be $100k (adjusted down for any depreciation allowed or allowable while in business use of course).
Q: because i have this huge sofa i need to get to 2nd floor but i cant coz the staircase is too small
Talk to a lumber yard that has a boom truck. Ask them how much to do it. A boom truck will cost much less than a crane. A boom truck can reach 45 to 50 feet. In this economy they are looking for anything they can get. They will most likely do it. But when really busy they wont. But things are slow. Builder 30 years. A crane will cost about 250.00 of the first hour. with a one hour min.
Q: i have a 100 ton american crawler crane. how do i calculate the psf, for this equipment.
Not sure what you are asking exactly... Are you saying that you have a crane with a capacity of 100 tons and you want to know the pressure on the soil where the crane is positioned? In this case, you take the capacity (in pounds) plus the weight of the crane (in pounds) then divide their sum by the area of the tracks on the crane (in square feet). This will result in pounds per square foot or psf as you wrote above. These are example estimates, they may not be anywhere near the correct answer, this is simply how to do the calculation. Assumed Capacity 100 ton = 200,000 lbs. Assumed Weight 105 ton = 210,000 lbs. Assumed Area of Track = 200 square feet Note: 1 U.S. ton = 2,000 pounds = 2,000 lbs. 410,000 lbs / 200 square feet = 2,050 psf There's a start, now you just need to find out how much it actually weighs and how long and wide the tracks are to get the area of the track on the ground. I hope that answers the question you were asking.
Q: The crane was commissioned in the plant some 15 yrs back. The cranes is being used for lifting hot metal (iron) from furnace to Pig casting machine since commissioning. Regular maintenance is being done on the same.
no you have to asses the related struturals.
Q: In stephen Crane's The Open Boat does the correspondent change from the beginning of the story to the end?
Wow. I haven't read this in years but I loved this shortstory. Yes, the narrator (or corespondent) definitely changes and the nature of this change is made explicit in the closing passages of the story where, if I recall correctly, he says that he feels as if he has become an interpreter of nature.
