Q: I am getting a plan with boost mobile soon. I was looking for boost mobile phones on OKorder but I couldn't find one that I like. So I wanted to ask: Which phone should I get?*I like to text*I want something cute*I don't want it to be to old.So what do you recommend?
I have Boost Mobile and I purchased the Motorola i335 and am very unhappy with it. It's terrible for text and has a short battery charge. The small display on my phone is very scratched already with just normal use. I tried to return the phone in the first week after I purchased it with no luck. I have the 50. Unlimited plan and added 10. for unlimited international text. No one else I've found offers unlimited international text. Boost has the best plan I've found but poor service quality and the Motorola i335 is not a good phone. I know this does'nt answer your question but may be helpful.
Q: Hey guys, so I am getting a new phone and have no idea what to get. I had verizon, but after the two year contract, I got to overwhelmed with the price. I usually don't call that much, but I send a very large amount of texts. I want something that is very durable because I do tend to drop all my phones. I was considering the Samsung Intercept, the Blackberry Curve, and the LG Rumor touch.IF you could help me decide if Virgin mobile is worth the money and if the phones are good thatd be great. Also, which one of the phones you like the best.XOX,CALIlt;3
This one is easy. Intercept! It's the most expensive of the three, but it is the only Android phone. The Rumor is crap, and the Curve, in my opinion, sucks compared to an Android phone. If you want a cheaper contract service, go with Sprint (who owns Virgin's towers). You'll pay about the same as going with Virgin (70/mth with 450 minutes, Unlimited Txt, Unlimited Web, Unlimited Sprint TV) and you'll not have to worry if you forget to put money on your phone.because if you forget with Virgin, your phone will cut off. Also, phone wise, the Intercept will run you as low as 20.00 while with Virgin, it'll be more like 250.
Q: How do I get my pictures off my T-mobile phone and put them on my myspace???
I have t-mobile and i just plug my phone into my computer click startmy computer then click on your phones file (the name is different for everyone) then you pics should be in there! :) good luck
Q: What is the difference between a high imitation phone and a genuine phone?
Mainland is the line: that is, and formal shopping malls inside the sale of mobile phones completely different from the machine, to enjoy the Genius.
Q: I have this really nice T-Mobile phone a friend gave me but i am with Boost mobile is there anyway that i might be able to unlock the phone to work with Boost Mobile? My current phone is Sanyo Incognito and it has no sim card.
Unlocked Tmobile Phones
Q: Hello, i was wondering if i bought a mobile phone from USA would it work on networks in the UK . or would i have to have it unlocked or something Thanks x
If you bought one that's not unlocked (which is generally the case if you purchased it through the major carriers like T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint etc), then yes you will have to get it unlocked. Also, some 3G frequencies differ than those in the US. For example, T-Mobile runs off a different frequency than most carriers in North America. So make sure the frequencies match up in case you are trying to pick up a 3G phone or else you might be stuck with GSM or EDGE. Also, make sure that your phone has a sim card or doesn't based on your UK phone carrier (most use sim cards).
Q: if you i bought a phone from someone and i was to call t-mobile to tell them that i got a new diff type of phone would they ask for the imei number?
Unless you're in the USA on a CDMA network, then all you do is to swap your T-Mobile SIM into the new phone. If the new phone needs a micro-SIM you can find instructions online showing how to cut it down to size, or you can order a micro-SIM (or get one free from a T-Mobile shop) and get your number ported from the old SIM to the new one (takes up to 48 hours). If the phone you've bought has been reported lost/stolen then it will get blocked and your SIM will not work on it. The phone will also not belong to you either, despite having handed over money for it. If you are on a CDMA network then you will have to tell T-Mobile the IMEI.
Q: What is the difference between mobile RAM and ROM?
ROM is the phone comes with space, so you used to put things, such as the computer inside the hard drive.
Q: I do not want a mobile phone, and if I had one, I would not allow text, incoming or outgoing. So how do I get Yahoo to stop asking?
No, this does not help, I want to opt out permanently.
Q: I'm 18 and male. Believe me I don't have a mobile phone. My fifteen and ten year old brothers both have one. All my friends have one.
I've done without one for 2 weeks now because the screen broke and its weird how much I relied on it. From waking me up in the morning to texting friends to arrange things. I'm so used to being able to pull up at the cinema or outside their house and then texting them so that I don't have to turn the engine off and go inside, or even text them 5 minutes before I arrive so they are ready. Its a convinence, not a necessity - but its pretty damn necessary
