Q: I‘m thinking of buying one for my hedgehog, but my question is. Since my cage setup is two sterlite bins connected with a tube, do you think the emitter would be able to heat both bins?
Heating pet cages is interesting question. Claire's rabbits were banished to the garage, which gets quite cool at night in the winter. We got a small heater with a fan and a thermostat, put walls near the cage, and the heater near the cage. The fan would blow warm air towards the bunnies, keeping that corner of the garage warm. This is better, I think, than a purely radiative (no fan ceramic) type, because the ceramic heater will warm the sterite contaner it is pointed to. This will not be efficient, and could be a fire hazard. Put it on a GFI circuit for safety. I also put a light on a timer so it was on during the day. Turn the thermostat relatively cool. You can also put a cheap thermometer there. Rodents are supposedly ok to near freezing temps, but we kept their cages above 55°F, since they can't snuggle in their insulating dens the way they do in the wild. Our bunny cage is open, so air can circulate. Air circulation is probably not good inside your sterite containers, but if you keep the outside reasonably warm, the inside will be too. Important to keep cages out of the wind if you want to keep them warm.
Q: Which is more expensive, ceramic perm or digital ironing? Which one is better?
In fact, ceramics are all hot and digital hot hot one, just as hot out of the flower type and it is not the same as the perm, into a hot and cold, the difference between them is that, blanching is soften your hair on paper, after heating, the shape of water, which will soften the hair perm is on the edge of the shape of water behind the paper, finally heating.
Q: I know it never fades but most drivers don‘t drive their porsches real hard so the regular brakes never really fade either right?
Early ceramic brake systems in Porsches had some problems. For a used car, depending on the year, I might be concerned. Replacement parts are extremely expensive. Stopping power is much more than adequate with standard porsche brakes, on the street or on the track, for most of us. I think the bling factor is there, and the novelty. Personally, I would not want to shell out the cash myself, unless I win the lottery.
Q: I‘m 33 yrs male living in India. I‘m about to have 6 of my upper teeth crowned after root canaling them to improve my smile. This is purely for esthetic reasons. My dentist recommends metal fused to porcelain crowns for strength and durability. He says all ceramic crowns have a high rate of failure due to breakage. But since my upper front teeth are involved and I‘m undergoing this procedure for purely esthetic reasons, I prefer all ceramic crowns. Please help me to make a decision as it is a big investment and can‘t really be undone later on. Should I insist on all ceramic crowns or let the dentist decide since he knows better? Thanks in advance.
The new E-Max crowns are zirconia based with porcelain coverings. They are actually more durable than the porcelain fused to metal crowns and there is no comparison in the cosmetics. Good Luck
Q: Hot Cheetos are my favorite chips, and I haven‘t eaten any since the day I got my braces put on. I‘m terrified that they will stain my clear ligatures, and I was wondering if anyone knew for sure. If I eat them while drinking water constantly and brush immediately afterward, will I be okay?In the event they do stain, I mean. xD
Not adjustable.Take it back to your dealer and see what they think it's under warranty.
Q: I‘m getting ceramic braces. Can i get *light* blue brackets seeing as the clear ones stain easily?.Does that mean the WHOLE braces have to be blue, or can they be silver and then blue brackets in front of the teeth? What is it like having ceramic braces?
The brackets themselves are either white or clear. They do not come in colors. You are probably talking about the elastic ligatures (o rings) that go around the brackets. You can get them in any color you want! You are correct that the clear ones stain. Especially if you eat curry -- that is the worst (it is the spice Turmeric that is the culprit). I had ceramic braces for 3 years on my top teeth (metal on the bottom). I found that I liked either light blue ligatures or light grey ones. They didn't stain as badly. What is it like having Ceramic braces? Well, it takes a few weeks to get used to the bulky feeling underneath your lips, but after a while it doesn't phase you anymore. Ceramic brackets tend to be a bit larger than metal brackets. But they usually look good and you can barely see them in photos. Use the link below to go to my braces website and you will be able to read some of the experience of others who have all types of braces.
Q: Is it okay if I run with ceramic brakes on my front end & non-ceramic brakes on my rear?
i would go with whatever is factory material for your car as ceramic pads are harder and yes last longer but if factory style rotors are not meant for ceramic pads then your going to wear out your rotors a lot faster also ceramic pads are stiffer and do not work as well cold(not really a big difference on cold braking) i believe an 07 should have ceramic as factory material as most do now my 06 sentra uses ceramic as factory and my 00 celica did as well
Q: Is that the same as a ceramic straightner? It works good still!
it could be the master cylinder but pull the back drums and check the wheel cylinders, you might have blown 1.
Q: I am looking for a ceramic bisque retailer in the NYC (Manhattan) area and/or a reputable online retailer. I‘m looking mostly for holiday items and village pieces. Thanks to all in advance!
sounds like the wiper switch is bad.
Q: I know that the ceramic curling iron is better for your hair , However I don‘t understand why?
Type him up a pink slip that says he's fired for wasting time on the job.
