Product Description

This screw rod is made from 99.5% alumina ceramic materials, the use of dry pressing process makes the rod obtain high density and good flexural strength, resulting in better acid corrosion.

On the threaded portion, we use the machining way to make more precise thread size. The thread out of Such processing will get the same accuracy and with metal thread.

We can manufacture products according to your needs, the more common specification is 271mm, below are some of our existing specification.

M6*190, M6*215, M6*247, M6*271, M6*285, M6*296, M8*160, M8*190, M8*215, M8*241, M8*271, M8*285, M8*296

Q: what is the difference between a ceramic curling iron and non-ceramic curling irons?
non ceramic (metal) are not good for your hair, they basically fry your hair, its really gross. ceramic are good for your hair and create natural steam that makes your hair shiny and curly (or straight) they may be more expensive but definately better than a metal curling iron.
Q: What is ZTA ceramic?
Therefore, the characteristics of wear-resistant ceramics of Jing Cheng Hua porcelain are as follows:1. high hardness, excellent wear resistanceAlumina ceramic adopts 95%AL2O3 to add a variety of wear-resistant materials of the unique formula, alumina 95%, Cr2O31.5%, TiO20.3%, SiO21.8%, Fe2O30.2%, Na2O0.2%, rare earth 1%. 100 tons dry pressing forming, with large density, high toughness, wear resistance and so on. Tested by Shanghai Institute of ceramics, CAS, the abrasion resistance of the wear-resistant ceramics produced by Jing Hua porcelain is 266 times of that of manganese steel and 171.5 times of that of high chromium cast iron.2. strong toughness (excellent impact resistance)The company is generally not up to Hunan City, wear-resistant ceramic fine production company introduced very similar to Al2O3 and the lattice of Cr2O3 and TiO2 in the formula, at the same time added from Japan Toshiba Co introduced the ZnO whisker in the sintering process to form solid solution with Al2O3, the grain refinement, promote sintering and improve fracture toughness of role. Fracture toughness of alumina reached KIC more than 4.8Mpa.m1/2, the fracture toughness of KIC is larger than 7.5Mpa.m1/2, zirconia ceramics and ceramic increased under the rubber layer with good elasticity, on the impact of oversize material has good buffer capacity.
Q: Just wondering if you can use ceramic hair straightners on damp hair, thanks
No, It's not a great idea, in the short term it can damage your hair and make it frizzy but long term, it will damage the straighteners. You be better to just invest in a good hair dryer that will dry your hair quicker. Or you can get 2 in 1 hair dryers and straighteners which might help.
Q: what is Amorphous Ceramic and what automotive part is made of it?
Glass is made of amorphous ceramic. Amorphous means that the crystal structure is randomly arranged (think of a messy random heap of spherical objects). It's the opposite of a crystalline structure (think of a pile of spherical object neatly arranged in the form of a grid)
Q: Hi,We are building our new home and we have decided on a porcealin tile which is glazed and has a rectified edge, we are so confused whether we should purchase these tiles for $4000 and get them layed as we have read in a few forums that this form of tile seems to be a massive headache.Should we just choose a ceramic tile instead?
Rectified edge should be uniform. Easier to install than an artsy fart-sy type baked tile that may deviate from square or uniform dimension. Porcelain tile should be very hard in HARDNESS compared to ceramic, NOT hard as in hard to install. Either way, you want to make sure you have them installed correctly. IMHO the biggest consideration is the SIZE of the tile. Setting a large 18 inch tile takes a fair amount of skill. Setting many, many, many, many 6 tiles is a pain in the *** when you are covering anything more than a 5x8 bathroom. Second consideration is what you have to install around. How many cuts will you make. How fussy are you about having nice wide end rows? Thirdly, are you going to be standing around a lot on this floor in bare feet. If so, be prepared to curse over every uneven edge.
Q: I have metal braces on the top and bottom and i‘m about 7 months into my 19 month plan. Would it be a problem to switch to ceramic braces on the top? And would it cost extra to make the change? Thanks
Yeah, it will cost quite a bit extra to change i would imagine. You will have not only the cost of the new brackets, but it is expensive to have your brackets taken off. You pay the price for it when you pay to get them on, but if you have to have it done an extra time, it is usually a couple hundred dollars. Its really not worth it to be honest. The clear ones are clear, but only if you get the clear bands, and those stain easily and end up looking yellow/orange. You have nothing to be embarrassed about with the metal braces, you are bettering your smile!
Q: Has anyone used ceramic paint pens? I hope they are more manageable than ceramic paint + paintbrush (I‘m not so skilled at painting). Where can I find good multicolored ceramic paint pens? Like, what store? I don‘t want to buy online :(Thanks!
Ceramic glaze pens which apply detailed glaze markings that are to be fired like other glazes can be bought at ceramics or pottery supply companies. Since you didn't name your location and these outlets tend to be local because of the weight of materials, you will have to look them up with Search Nearby on Google Maps from your address if you want to walk in. Because of the need for a kiln, I don't expect you will find them in chain stores unless you are thinking of something else (like plastic that looks like ceramics.)
Q: Can the ceramic bowl be put in the microwave oven? Two
Color glaze ceramic products, in the course of normal use will produce mild pollution of food, in principle can not contact the food color ceramic products, ceramic color where contact with food for the food did not affect. Recommend the use of white color and no {white} ceramic
Q: I still don‘t know the different if there‘s any.
It is a niche fashion.People are paying extra to make a fashion statement.
Q: One store says use porcelain tile, other says ceramic is ok with multiflex thinset, we live in south Louisiana
Porcelian is what I use outside as a contractor. I don't even consider ceramic tile for exterior uses. I live in NE Texas and your area doesn't get as much cold weather as we do, but that's the primary reason for using porcelian over ceramic. Plus, the porcelian's color is through-and-through, which is good with heavy traffic use and possible chips. Ceramic tile has a thin coating over a clay base that is exposed when chipped. Well, I have to go now and see the Saints beat the Eagles! Good luck!
