Product Description

This screw rod is made from 99.5% alumina ceramic materials, the use of dry pressing process makes the rod obtain high density and good flexural strength, resulting in better acid corrosion.

On the threaded portion, we use the machining way to make more precise thread size. The thread out of Such processing will get the same accuracy and with metal thread.

We can manufacture products according to your needs, the more common specification is 271mm, below are some of our existing specification.

M6*190, M6*215, M6*247, M6*271, M6*285, M6*296, M8*160, M8*190, M8*215, M8*241, M8*271, M8*285, M8*296

Q: I went to my dentist, and I asked about ceramic braces, and he said they were more expensive than invisalign. Is that true, because I think he is lying, and only trying to get me to buy the expective invisalign braces.
Once you take in IRON into your blood stream, the only way your body can get rid of is by blood loss. If your HGB and HCT are normal then you do not need iron. If you take in too much iron, you can actually end up with a rather serious condition called hemachromotosis. Not to mention upset stomach and black tarry stools
Q: I walked into ceramics class today only to find that my piece exploded in the kiln :( I was so sad because I put in so much effort and time into it. I have to work on another piece now and I know this sounds silly but I‘m TERRIFIED to work on it. I‘m afraid that this one will explode too when I‘m finished no matter how much I thin the walls of the clay out. Is there anything extra I can do to make sure there are no air pockets? any tips? help [
Knead the clay you're working with like there's no tomorrow. If you think you're done kneading, knead some more. While it makes working with the clay easier, it also eliminates any air bubbles in the clay. Also when kneading on plaster, make sure none of the plaster breaks into your clay. Plaster in your clay will make your piece explode in the kiln as well! Good luck! :-)
Q: is epoxy a ceramic?
NO. Epoxies are organic in nature while ceramics are inorganic. Ceramics are made from intensely heating up mixture of clay-like materials and earth stuff unless they become rock solids. Epoxies when dried becomes hard also but it is because of the chemical reaction of organic compounds.
Q: we have ceramic tile floor and the finish is dull and rustic, o.k. i guess but we would prefer a shiny finish is this possible on a ceramic tile floor? we did the wax type nice shine but it flakes off when water is spilled on it.HELLLLP, thanks for any input or feedback
ceramic is sealed by firing and can never absorb the shiny stuff. you are better to take out the old tile and put in new shiny tile.
Q: I‘ve been doing a little research about brake pads since I have to have mines changed and found that I could purchase them myself at possibly discounted prices. I called a few mechanics and it seems that even if I brought my own pads in, it would still cost almost the same to have them installed then if I just leave everything up to them. But one mechanic said his price was $139 for ceramic brake pads, installation, and rotor resurfacing. Another mechanic said that ceramic brake pads are better but some have come back complaining that it still makes a noise. He‘s charging around $150-160 for premium brake pads - close to the ones that the car comes standard with. Obviously it seems I should go for the other guy but the I‘ve gone to the second guy before so I‘m familiar with him.
ceramic pads last longer. Ceramic means like, brick type material, so it doesn't distribute the head throughout the braking system as much. They wear down slower, but they are more expensive. The more a tire grips the road, the faster is wears down, it's just the way it is, same with breaks maybe, the more grip they have, the more they wear down, but ceramics may wear down the rotor faster, not sure, but sounds logical. Either is probably fine, regular or ceramic. the Ceramic ones last twice as long and cost twice as much, but if it saves you the hassle of changing your brakes, it's probably worth is. Also, you don't want your pads to wear out and damage the rotor, so ceramics would be more insurance against that.
Q: How do you wash the new ceramic pot?
The new ceramic pot is best to cook a rice porridge, in a fire after the fire to heat the water to boil, then simmer for 20 minutes, so that small starch granules penetrate to the gap in ceramic soup, and through high temperature sterilization, so that ceramic will clean and durable, can improve the life of the ceramic pot 30%. Note: Oh, this pot of soup best drained. Because it acts as a detergent, huh?.Because I just bought the first ceramic pot, so search a lot of use ceramic pot for attention, to share with you ^_^.1, before each use, you must first dry the water outside the casserole. When boiled, if less water is found, warm water should be added in time. Don't spill or boil the soup in the pot.2, if you often use the words of the ceramic pot is best not to use detergent because of detergent will penetrate into the ceramic smile gap, if you didn't clean it, next time you add water boiled it will slip out into the soup, so the best use of starch wipe clean rinse water, starch, if attached to the ceramic surface, penetrate also has a protective effect on the ceramic pot, but if you use a word ceramic pot a few months you, or washing with alkaline detergent, to prevent the breeding of bacteria.3, because ceramics are breathing material, so after cleaning the pot, do not use plastic packaging, should be wrapped in paper, placed in a moderate temperature ventilation. In the process of use, in order to prolong the life, pay attention to the pot heat, avoid contact with cold water or cold marble surface, so that cold, sudden heat, easy to burst the pot. This is what I learned before using it, and I hope it will help us.
Q: I have slightly crooked teeth and a sort of crooked bite. Im in highschool so having visible braces would definetly suck. My orthodontist told me that the improved Damon braces are virtually clear. Would it be better to get Damon Braces, metal Braces, or Ceramic Braces? Im 15. Please help!!!
i had a consultation with both braces as options my dentist told me that damon braces work faster than the plain one but they are pretty much the same.i chose the damon it will cost me 4200!!
Q: I kind of want ceramic because I don‘t want them to be noticeable. However, the denist‘s assistant said that I should get metal because they‘re easier to clean. I can‘t decide!
Hey good luck with that, some of it is trade secrets.
Q: I want to make snakes replicas for different decors, miniatures, actual size or giant size. I am thinking about ceramic as material, but I do not know the row materials in making ceramic, and also where to buy them. Thanks.
ceramic clay is what you are looking for. You have to fire the clay to get that shiney,or glazed look to it.
Q: What material does the ceramic brake pad make of?
Ceramic brake pads subvert the traditional concept of ceramic brake pads, which consist of ceramic fibers, iron free fillers, adhesives, and a small amount of metal.Ceramic brake is a brake, many consumers would mistakenly think that originally made of ceramics, ceramic brake is actually from the metal ceramic rather than the principle of non metal ceramic brake pads, due to the high speed heavy braking, high temperature, on the friction surface according to the determination, can reach 800 to 900 degrees, and some even higher. At this high temperature, the cermet will be sintered on the surface of the brake pad so that the brake pads have good stability at this temperature. While the traditional brake pads at this temperature will not produce sintering reaction, because the surface temperatures will make the surface of material melting and even air cushion, which is caused by continuous brake after the brake performance decreases sharply or total loss of the brake.
