The smoke alarm works on the principle that infrared scatters in the  smoke to probe the smoke which is generated by the incomplete combustion at the initial stage of the fire. It consists of photoelectric system, signal processing identification circuit and alarm circuit. The infrared scatters on the surface of the smoke when the smoke enters the darkroom of the detector, then the photoelectric diode receives the scattered light and generates the photoelectric signal current. The photoelectric signal generates the alarm signal after being processed by the identification circuit, accordingly the purpose of alarming is achieved. mini!!!

Q: I need to replace the shower pan , trying to find a way around it
Definitely sounds like a crack in the heat exchanger causing the wrong type of ignition/burn. I have seen it a million times - it will only get worse the longer you wait!
Q: Someone said that photos on a disk will start to fade after fiver years and that you should back them up to keep them, I never heard this before, is it true, it it is how can I prevent this?
duh! it would be burn if you left it in the pan that long!(unless you trying to boil eggs)
Q: I've tried both steel and aluminum rivets but they easily popped out of the rubber, which I suppose makes sense since they're not meant for rubber. Are there any special rivets I can use for this scenario? Or any other means of connection? What I'm essentially making is a scale plating. The rubber is an inside layer, the sheet metal is cut into small squares or rectangles and layered to where one half is covered by another piece of shining, and the other half is showing.
Thinking. just that. short and sweet. or my thoughts
Q: Are you Kinky?
You can get them cheaper in bulk. They are rated to last 10 years. It easily saves you money in the long run. You should still test every six months.
Q: Brand names and websites please :3
It may be time for a new smoke detector. The should be replaced after a certain amount of time, but thats what we ended up having to do.
Q: I recently moved a TV to a room that has a smoke detector in it. The detector is about 5 feet directly above the TV. When the TV is on for a few hours the detetor will go off for 1 series then stop. There is no smoke or smells. I tryed changing the detectors batteries, but it still does it. Does the TV give off enough heat to cause it to go off? Should I be concerned? Thanks
Call you local police department, I am pretty sure that when they get that ticketthey will figure out another place to park. And if they do keep parking there, keep calling the police department, as fines go up everytime you repeat the offence.
Q: With mobility, meals, etc???
This is a VERY common concern as it is a VERY common thing. Most gas furnaces and many forms of electric heating sources have components that get hot enough to ignite dust particles that have settled on them while not in use. During the colder months, these surfaces heat up frequently enough that appreciable amounts of dust can't build up enough to be noticeable. However, when you are heating for the first time since last spring, there is a large buildup to burn off. In almost no circumstance is there enough combustible material enough to be of any concern beyond that it is stinky and annoying. Carbon monoxide should not be any concern. If it makes you feel more comfortable, open a few windows for a short time to help reduce the smell. Once your heating system has some hours on it the smell will disappear. Until next fall that is
Q: when i turn on my laptop an alarm goes off
Lol yeah they still develop an adult face
Q: I am purchasing winter tires soon and don't know if I should get them with studs or without. I live in an area where it snows like crazy, I just moved here. Before I moved here I would just put two winter ones on the front (I have a front wheel drive car) and I'm good, so my knowledge of winter tires is slim.I know it's going to be nasty here. I heard that studded tires make it difficult to break and make clear roads feel like you are driving on ice. Is this true? What are your experiences? What do you think my safest choice would be?
I.P.T issues many trade hand books I personally have 10. Sarrett also make pocket charts on many subjects and measurements and scales
Q: My cousin has a crush on his neighbor and he puts his ear up to the appartment wall they share and listens to them. Is there any way they could know this? He said last night he heard a dull beeping noise and then thought his neighbor's boyfriend said he can hear us. I know he is messed up to do that in the first place, and now he's afraid they were suspicious and used a motion detector or a heat sensor to see if he was by the wall. Her boyfriend hunts, so he may have this kind of equipment. But I told him even if they did, that doesn't mean they know, because he could be in the bed leaning up against the wall, that doesn't mean he is listening to them. Is there any other way they could know?
