Q: how is a tall crane constructed? how can they put the crane on top of its tall body frame?
They first construct the top of crane on the ground with help from other mobile cranes. This includes the long horizontal part with the operator's cab, and the concrete counterweight. this is then placed on a climber, with which the crane kind of builds and climbs itself to the necessary height. Every vertical section of the crane is placed in the climber. When the piece is in place, the climber climbs to the top of piece from where the next vertical piece is placed and so on. You can see how a crane is constructed in the website I've cited below:

The Whooping Crane (Grus americana) is a very large crane. It is the tallest North American bird and the only crane species found solely in North America. Adults are white; they have a red crown and a long, dark, pointed bill. They have long dark legs which trail behind in flight and a long neck that is kept straight in flight. Black wing tips can be seen in flight. Immature birds are pale brown. Their breeding habitat is muskeg; the only known nesting location is Wood Buffalo National Park in Canada and the surrounding area. They nest on the ground, usually on a raised area in a marsh. The female lays 1 to 3 eggs. Both parents feed the young. Usually no more than one young bird survives in a season. Loads more on Wikipedia (link below) - good luck
Q: I need it for my English class, not to cheat, but because my literature book only has an excerpt, in which I didn't even know Yukiko's name. And my teacher insists on finding it out for ourselves and I just want to know what the story is about and what the scandal repeatedly implied in the excerpt is.

Q: I am making a crane(jib) whatever you call it and I have a concept for the crane itself but not for how I will actually move the camera. I heard wires work but I can not seem to grasp teh concept.* It is a heaver camera by the way*
On a real camera crane you would press the up and down button that moves the wrist part of it. ( I drove a forklift). If you are doing to yourself you'll have to rely on the elbow movements. I might think about renting a Genie lift. And letting someone be your hands in the thing. Unless you know how to build a fully articulating hydraulic ball-joint?
Q: Yeah, I think I know what cranes are used for. But in the context of building an apartment and so on, what is the role derricks there. And why is called cranes and derricks - What is the correlation between them.
Cranes are used for lifting heavy equipment. Derricks are used to drill for oil. They are two different things.
Q: More than meters of tower cranes must be equipped with red barrier lights at the top
To see the land of tower crane or floating crane... Basically,
Q: Do they need another crane to get the concerete blocks to the top? And how do they move the blocks from one end of the crane to another. This has been bothering me for some time so anyone who knows the answer I would love to hear it!
Its simple man, The company produces the concrete blocks called as hollow blocks also, they are lifted up using man power or lifts or cranes, dont know what was difficult to you in understanding that.
Q: Does anyone knows where could I find this book online and free ? I would love to read it from my tablet or computer
The Lost Language of Cranes is a novel by David Leavitt, first published in 1986. So the author wasn't thinking about ebooks back then and never signed a contract to make ebooks. See if your public library has a copy in paper. Amazon sells it in paperback and hardcover. Anyone that has a copy for free has stolen intellectual property and is cheating the author and publisher.
