Descriptions of our TC5516 8T Self-raising Tower Crane with CE ISO Certificate

1, the topless tower crane reduce the dismounting requirements, lower weight, low mounting height, dismount each mast at a time in the air, save the labor cost, safety and fast.

2, it is suitable for crossover work of the cranes, without the tower cap and pull rod, the safety will be increased when there need the crossover work.

3, It is suitable for the special requirement about the height, such as airport nearby, tunnel, workshop ,and the construction site with high-tension cable.

4, It is suitable for the construction site that has the requirement about the crane boom, it can be used as internal climbing crane in the high-rise buildings, irregular roof or small areas.

5, It is very convenient for dismounting in the restricted construction site, dismount each crane boom at a time by manual.

6, The steel structure of crane boom has long using life and high safety standard.

7, The crane boom is good applicability, high-usage,the design of the topless tower crane boom is easy for realizing the serialization and standardization. Reduce the design and making cost.

8, Low design cost, short cycle, can much better satisfy the multiple demands of the customers.

Q: What is the scope of the installation and disassembly of self lifting tower cranes and the applicable range of the cost and the off-site transportation cost?
The installation and disassembly of the existing self rated tower crane, the first cost and the off-site transportation cost quota are divided by the lifting moment 1000kNm and 2000kNm of the jack up tower crane.
Q: How does the torque of a construction crane relate to the torque of a car?
Torque is force x distance. In a car, the torque is the force twisting the drive axles, and the distance is the radius of the driving wheels. It controls the rate of acceleration of the car. In a crane, the force is that provided by the winch cable, and the distance is the length of the jib. It controls the weight the crane can lift.
Q: Old used 200 t crawler crane is available for purchase. What are the guidelines/ thumb rules for assessing its cost ?
Supply vs demand Extreme examples: If the crane is no longer needed anywhere, the cost will be 0; no demand. If the crane still has a unique useable function and there is only one available, it's immediate cost will be very high; no supply. So, assuming that the cranes supply/demand is somewhere in the middle, the methodology for assessing it's cost would be to evaluate the following: * Where is it located with respect to where it is needed? (place value) * How quickly do I need it, and how quickly can I get the crane? (time value) * What alternative solutions are available? * How much do other similar cranes cost? * etc Hope this helps!
Q: Are tower cranes the same as tower cranes?
Tomato, you tomato, potatoes, you potatoTalent exchange of tower crane and tower crane
Q: How are those really tall construction cranes assembled ???
I assume you are talking about a tower crane. From a distance, it looks like a T with one side shorter than the other. First, you need a good foundation for the crane to sit on. Next, you have a large mobile crane. With the mobile crane, you construct the tower (metal framing going up), the cab (where the operator sits and the motors), the boom (the mast out front) and the counter-weights (on the side opposite the boom). For the most part, this will get you a tower crane that will be about 200 feet above the ground. Most tower cranes today are self-jumping. Once you are ready to jump the tower crame (i.e. insert another section of the metal frame) there are hyraulics that lift the boom, cap and counterwieghts. This will create a gap in the metal frame. The tower crane will then pick up a section of frame and hoist it up and the ironworkers will slide it into place. The top section will be lowered down onto the new frame piece. The hydraulic jacks then get re-attached higher up to continue the jumping process. That is how you get a crane to build a 50+ soty building. By the way, once the crane is about 700 feet in the air, (if you have the stomach for it), it is a blast to ride out to the end of the boom.
Q: Two cranes can unload a ship together in 8 hours. The faster crane takes 12 hours less than the slower crane, if each were to unload the same ship alone. How long does it take for each crane to unload this ship?
I'm surprised by how difficult and convoluted the other answers are. They're also wrong. If two cranes are working together and one crane can, in fact, do the job in two hours, then it cannot possibly take longer than two hours with the help of another crane. That makes no sense just by simple reasoning. So the answer of 2 and 14 hours is not correct. Not even close, really. Here's the simple, neat, and correct approach using basic algebra with no assumptions necessary or made: If crane 1 can unload at a rate1/x per hour, then crane 2 can unload at 1/(x+12) per hour since it takes 12 hours longer. The two cranes combined, unload at 1/8 per hour, which must be faster than either one alone. Example: If I can eat a pie in 3 hours and you can eat a pie in 6 hours: 1/3 + 1/6 = 3/6 = 1/2, so together we can eat a pie in just 2 hours... less time than either one alone. Makes sense. Back to the cranes, then: 1/x + 1/(x+12) = 1/8 (2x+12) / (x^2 + 12x) = 1/8 16x + 96 = x^2 + 12x x^2 - 4x - 96 = 0 (x - 12) (x + 8) = 0 - x = 12 or -8 Since the rate cannot be -8, the answer is x = 12 Crane A can unload all by itself in 12 hours. Crane B can do it in 24 hours, and together they can do it in just 8 hours. Check: 1/12 + 1/24 = 3/24 = 1/8 Their combined rate is, indeed, 1/8 per hour!
Q: Tower crane and construction hoist service life? What are the norms and standards? How to detect?
According to Hangzhou quality safety supervision station (2011) No. 56 document:Six, strengthen the use of longer construction crane management1, more than the required number of tower cranes and construction hoist should be qualified units for security assessment, the specific years with reference to the following requirements.Tower crane: 630KN.m (excluding 630KN.m), factory more than 10 years of age (including 10 years); 630KN.m1250KN.m (excluding 1250KN.m), factory more than 15 years of age (including 15 years);
Q: How many meters of cranes should be in accordance with the anemometer?
The state specifies the installation of wind speed meters for outdoor cranes!AskMore than how many meters need to be installed, or as long as it's outdoor, it needs installationChasing the answerThe provisions of the People's Republic of China national standard GB 6067.1--2010:9.6.1.1 high speed cranes for outdoor work shall be equipped with an anemometer. The anemometer shall be installed on the windward side of the crane.9.6.1.2 high speed cranes for outdoor work should be equipped with an air speed alarm that displays instantaneous wind speed, and when the wind speed is greater than the working wind speed setting value, the alarm signal should be sent out.
Q: I need to do a report about Stephen Crane, answering the question how did his life affect his how he wrote his books, does anyone know?
Crane is noted for his early employment of naturalism, a literary style in which characters face realistically portrayed and often bleak circumstances, but Crane emphasized impressionistic imagery and biblical symbolism rather than graphic realism. Crane's realism, writes William Peden, is often more impressionistic than photographic; his interest in psychological probing, his innovations in technique and style, and his use of imagery, paradox and symbolism give much of his best work a romantic rather than a naturalistic quality. Both realism and symbolism, the two major directions of modern fiction, have their American beginnings in Crane's work.
Q: I am writing a story for school about working in Dubai as a crane driver but I need to know what the purpose of a Crane driver is, how much they get payed and stuff like that. And if you could tell me how a crane driver can get admission in the first place, it would be really great. Thanx. And btw, this story is for Geography.Thank you. :)
i am not a crane driver myself , but into this field of construction . get a licence as driver from authority just as a car driver. know how to drive the crane ad a driver know how to operate a crane as a operator. know the performance of the crane and its limits. the salary can vary depending on the type of crane and its special features. but not in the high end grade for sure unless its a very specialised crane operation. u can ask any thing more .
