Press fitting system joins pipe without welding or bolting. The components fit by crimping through the use of a special pressing tool. An O-ring that is inserted in the fitting ends of the pipe ensures a leak-proof connection. Press fitting system is the trend of pipeline industry. It is widely used in cold and hot water supply, heating supply, fire protection, medicinal gas, industrial petroleum pipeline system etc.

Q: My smoke detector is wired and dont use batteries. I dont know why it keeps sounding about every 10 to 15 min. it will beep once.
Try mixing a small amount of dish washing liquid and water in a spray bottle and shake it just enough to allow them to mix. Then spray both fittings. The mixture will wash away once you run water through the pipes and won't cause the connected fittings to leak as something like grease or oil based lubes might.
Q: Had to change my door knob at my new place because the other one had no key to it was trying to install it (long story short) when kids started fighting and breaking stuff in the yard. pulled them apart, brought youngest in house to separate them and door wound up getting closed. The knobs weren't screwed in, now both have fallen out and the door will not open because the inside latch part is locked into the door and I can't get it open. PLEASE help me open my door! (Fortunately I do have another door to get outside, but I have NO knowledge of this kind of stuff and I don't know what to do. Please help me!)
I have a 2002 and when I bought the car the factory keyless entry remote was not with the car. The dealer told me he had it disarmed and wouldn t be a problem. Now the red light from the factory security is flashing and my radio and amp won t work. How do I reset the alarm and disarm it so this doesn t happen again. The stereo and amp are the Bose factory.
Q: Joint type of pipe joint
G is the pipe thread collectively (Guan), 55, 60 degrees division is functional, commonly known as tube round. The thread is machined from a cylindrical surface.ZG is a commonly known as cone, cone thread processing, pipe joint is generally the domestic old standard thread marked Rc thread RMetric threads are represented by pitch, and American and British threads are expressed in thread per inch. This is their greatest difference,Metric thread is 60 degrees equilateral tooth type, thread is isosceles tooth type thread 55 degrees, 60 degrees.Metric units for metric threads; British and American systems.Pipe thread is mainly used for pipe connection, the internal and external threads are closely matched with straight pipe and cone pipe two kinds. Nominal diameter refers to the diameter of the pipe to be connected. Obviously, the diameter of the thread is larger than the nominal diameter.1/4, 1/2, 1/8 is the nominal diameter of inch inch, inch in inches.
Q: The fire alarm is for my house. The bell is better since the other alarms hurt my ears badly.Sorry for insulting :((
I've read that dogs hate bannana peels. Don't know tho.
Q: I use an electric heater in my room, and every time I turn it on, or any electric heater for that matter I get really sick at my stomach and a headache and it's real bad too like reach for the trash can kind of bad. I just feel weird over all. and I almost know it's the heater because I've turned it off and the symptoms disappeared almost immediately (It also got cold really fast too) and I turned it back on same thing. I've tried this with several heaters. but I really have to have something because the outside temp is below zero I believe and this is an old house with poor insulation.and I know I don't have Carbon Monoxide poisoning because I DO have a Gas stove in my bathroom (The old kind too) that I leave burning constantly, but I can sit around that thing all day and not feel any different unless I shut the door for a shower then I might get a little light headed but that only happened to me once and I was in there for a LONG time. plus we have a brand new Carbon Monoxide detector right by it.
You could actually go down to 8 inch flex. Which would far better suit you. You need the 8 flex, a bag of zip ties to connect the flex. If the supply vents are in the floor and are the old grate style. You can take a piece of sheet metal cut an 8 hole, then insert a start collar, and an 8 Elbow. That way your not having to redo the supply feeds. Basically it would be a T and the center of the T would have the start collar in the center of the pan with 1 lips so you can zip some screws in there to secure it. And yes you will bet getter air flow and you wont loose the heat transfer like you did with the old cannon pipes.
Q: i will pick up my girlfriend at 7pm, and take her to the beach. we will walk till it gets dark, and then lay at the beach feeding each other strawberrys and grapes. i will bring: two blankets, food, and a candle. What do you think? should i brink somthing else? or change the order???
The code would be in a library somewhere. If not the public one a technical school one. The librarian would be able to tell you where to start.
Q: When braking at low speeds (like 10 MPH), a click emanates from underneath the front of the car. A second click comes when I release the brake.I can hear this same sound when driving over bumps at low speeds. It is a little louder, and more of a clack, but sounds like it is coming from the same spot.I do not ever hear it at higher speeds, but this could be because of background air friction and traffic noise. It is faint when I have the windows closed, but very noticeable when the windows are open. This has been going on for a while, but I have noticed it more because it is warm enough to keep my windows open. Brake performance appears to be unaffected. The vehicle is a 2001 Ford Taurus.

Q: How many bonding methods are there in the belt joint?
Under normal circumstances, belt joints have mechanical joints, cold sticky joints, heat vulcanizing joints and other commonly used methods.1. mechanical joints, a refers to the use of belt buckle joint, the joint method is convenient and convenient, more economic, if in the process of using belt is damaged, you want to replace the new belt, the belt buckle joint easy to replace, but joint of low efficiency, easy to damage, has a certain effect on the conveyor belt and the service life of the product.

There are several different types of compression style fittings available to repair pipes in this situation. I suggest cutting off a very short piece of the pipe and bring it to a local plumbing wholesale store or plumbing shop tmrw and they can show you a fitting that will work. Some brands that could work are - sharkbite - john guest fittings - Jaco fittings - philmac couplings the advantage of a compression fitting is that there is no glue or cement required to seal the joint. The seal is made by a nut and ferrul, rubber gasket or plastic washer. Most of these compression fittings are available from 3/8 to 2 or bigger and are easy to install with tools most people already own. Making sure you have a nice square cut and that you remove any burrs created while cutting is imperative. these fitings can be used on PVC, PEX, CPVC, PolyB, copper, and certain galvanized sizes. If youre stuck gluing, make sure you are using a proper primer before you apply the cement to the pipe and leave the pipe de-pressurized as long as possible. You can also try using a non flaming heat gun from a safe distance ( glue and primer are extremely flammable) so as to speed the curing up while not damaging the pipe or causing a fire or explosion. hope this helps :) Roland
