- Q: its one of those ones installed by the fire service and they are way too sensetive. it goes off when there isnt any smoke around as i cook (no i dont burn the food) i have another battery operated one that works wonders and isnt too sensetive. now understanding that these fire alarms carry alpha particles i cant take it to peices despite the penetration power of the radiation but is there a way i can make it less sensetive or completely deactivate it?i was thinking of putting paper or something over it to stop the smoke getting in but will it work?
- No silly. Freedom fighters use freedom hoses. freedom extinguishers are just kept on wall brackets for use in an emergency.

- I use to get Quest pipe fittings from Lowes, but they don't carry it anymore. I would check with a mobile home dealer in your area. (note: I did my current house with Quest when I built it in 2004, and no leaks have been noticed. I used the more expensive mechanical type fittings rather than the crush on type.) If all else fails, there is copper water lines, but I recommend you use mechanical fittings rather than solder type fittings. If you use copper, you will not have problems unless they freeze up.

- Some states are at will states which means employers do not have to have a reason for termination. If the employer gives you a reason for the firing and you are innocent of the allegations, then I would consult a lawyer for advice. That's what they get paid to do.
- Q: There are apartments built after the millenium that has sprinkler sytems; when someone in their kitchen generates steam, the smokedetectors activate making a false alarm elswhere too.My question is: does the sprinkler system responds to the smoke detector alarm by blowing water, carbondioxid or nothing in such a case?
- You may take it to your local Fire Dept. They may charge it for you OR Find your local Fire and Safety Supply dealer. They sometimes charge extinguishers and inspect sprinkler systems for Fire Marshalls.
- Q: Lets say i am in 5th gear, i see some traffic ahead of me that is moving but its just really slow. - Well, since i am your friend, and i know that you have lived in that house for over two years, and you only started falling recently. not when you first got the house. so that means, you MUST be used to the stairs by now, and your not typically clumsy. also, i have seen your house, one creepy place you have there. im not typically all, afraid and paranoid. but your house diffidently has SOMETHING up with it. also, since someone did die in your house, as i have told you before, that could be somethingbut as i read the advice from the others. they also make sense so maybe talking to people who actually believe in it would be more helpfulthen just people who would insult you, just because they dont believe in what you dont. lol sorry about my little speech there.
