- We camp all the time, ave. 11 months of the year. We use a combination of woods. Oak takes a lot of air. It's seems to have a higher combustion temp makes long lasting coals, good for dutch oven cooking. Pine is soft, makes a good kindling, smells nice. The resins can be injurious- burning pine without adequate ventilation can cause pine fever. Maple is lovely to split. It rots fast and may make an acrid smoke. If it dies standing up, you will get a nice, bright fire. Ash is a really rough wood. Sawing and splitting ash will shine your tools! This is burnable green or dry (so it's said). Ash burns hot. Not a great wood for kindling. Black locust is very dense. Only use it after you have the fire burning. We cook on live fire, not waiting for coals.

- I think they want you to write down the quantity of each type of fitting used in the experiment. There are formulae that can determine the flow rate, pressure, etc. based on the type of fittings used in a pipe run. For example, if you have a 45 degree elbow, then a straight, another 45, and finally a 90 and is a total of 15 feet long, this may be equivalent to a straight run that is 50 feet long. - Carbon steel, low carbon steel is welded joint. Medium and low pressure is no problem. 1~16mpa no problem. Medium and high carbon steel has not been used, this is not good welding.

- i'd go to the hardware and buy a double compression fitting cut the pipe as needed and put the fitting in. it will last forever. . these fixes are just that fixes what you want is to repair the problem. i've been seeing and getting info on these quick fixes for years like mike holmes says if you're gonna do it , do it right. your hardware clerk can tell you what to do, just make sure you know what size pipe diameter you have. a pin hole is going to keep getting bigger just like a cavity on your tooth will. and in comes murphy's law
