WELCOME to visit our stainless steel pipeline products here(^_^)
Press fitting system joins pipe without welding or bolting. The components fit by crimping through the use of a special pressing tool. An O-ring that is inserted in the fitting ends of the pipe ensures a leak-proof connection. Press fitting system is the trend of pipeline industry. It is widely used in cold and hot water supply, heating supply, fire protection, medicinal gas, industrial petroleum pipeline system etc.

- Q:I am going to construct out of wood, an exact model of the concrete pier caps I will use to top some brick columns I am constructing (as I replace old chain link fencing). I want to make a precast mold of this wooden model so that I can use mold to duplicate/ pour the concrete pier caps. What kind of resin material do I need to create a mold of the wooden model? It would be ideal if the mold would be slick and shiny, so the cured concrete can easily come loose from the mold. I have to use the mold 10 times.Do I need liquid fiberglass or hot plastic or what? I've never done anything like this before, so I am clueless. Here is a link to the type of pier cap I will first build out of wood. See pier cap 1:
- Why don't you just call Lowe's, Home Depot, or your local hardware store and ask. I'm sure the prices vary depending on the diameter of it.
- Q:I'm still in the process of getting used to an electric stove. I'm planning on frying meatballs in canola oil and I'm wondering what heat setting I should use. I need it to be hot enough to actually cook the ground beef but not too hot because our smoke detectors are super sensitive. Thanks!
- Whose owns the smoke detectors? Where are you? If you OWN the residence, you are probably not even required to HAVE smoke detectors. In that case, you can do anything you want tot them. If you rent an apartment, or the detectors are not in your residence, you could be guilty of destruction of property ans potential liable for any injuries resulting from the detectors not working.
- Q:Especially the pointy thing at the top..what's up with that?
- CPVC pipe is rated for domestic hot and cold water, and is typically much cheaper than copper. It is seen a lot in house trailers of a certain age, and in cheap residential construction. It is NOT rated for commercial use. It's single virtue is that it is cheap. It gets brittle with age, it cannot take excessive pressure, the fittings, especially valves, wear out quickly as well. And it has a large coefficient of expansion which must be accommodated as part of the installation. Writing for myself, I would not touch the stuff. A much better, if slightly more costly option is PEX. It has been around in Europe for many years, is extremely rugged, and very easy to use.
- Q:Ive heard that we have other sighns in us to acording to the alignment of the planets and stuff. I was borne at 9:01am on the 8th of may 1989 in the goldcoast australia. what eles am i? and how do i work it out myself?
- Target, Walmart. Macy's I am sure most if not all of them will have sale. Check out the newspaper, on Thursday, Thanksgiving Day. I am sure it will be packed with sales papers. Some stores, are open as early as 4 am. Unbelievable.
- Q:I am working on a project with unbuilding a LASER lightshow-style projector. it is a class III b laser rating, with the following specifications: Wavelength/power: 532nm / 50mw (Green), 650nm / 100mw(Red) I may end up accidentally looking directly at the beam (although I certainly will be trying not too) I understand this laser is capable of seriously damaging my eyes if they are unprotected, so what eyewear should I use for these wavelengths? or would a weilding mask work just fine? that s about all I ve got in terms of serious eye protection, though i may just go buy something else if i know what to get!! thank you so much for your help guys!!!
- What it sounds like is that you're in completely over your head. Most all pipe is measured inside, steel pipe, galvanized or black is referred to by that measurement whether you're talking about the pipe or the fittings, as it's all threaded to fit together. Rigid copper pipe is measured by the inside diameter, which comes in 1/2, 3/4, 1, etc. When buying compression fittings to join this type of pipe, you must add 1/8 to that measurement to allow for the thickness of the sidewalls of the pipe. They measure 1/16x2 1/8. So for a 3/4 rigid copper pipe you would need a 7/8 compression fitting to go over it, a 1/2 pipe would require a 5/8 compression fitting. If you get the right size fitting it will just barely go over the pipe, sometimes scraping the sides a little. The ferrule, (the tapered piece that fits inside the screw together pieces, will also be quite snug). These pieces must be absolutely straight and tightened down very solidly in order not to leak, however, if done correctly they make a very easy disconnectable joint that doesn't require soldering knowledge or experience when doing minor plumbing repairs. I use them all the time in my business and seldom have any problems at all with them.
- Q:how many people died in the great fire of london?
- We could, however we do not have an infrastructure that is designed yet to handle the load and send it down a transmission line (power line) to houses or other places that needed. It would basically blow out transformers, repeaters, etc. If money was spent on building such a delivery method it would be VERY costly and it would only catch lightning in ONE place, where the system was built. The empire state building with 100 strikes a year is not enough strikes to continuously power anything, not even the empire state building. There is too much time in between strikes. Next Method would be to convert that lightning strike into chemical energy. Basically storing it into a battery and then using it from the battery. This method is HIGHLY inefficient. You would lose about 80% of the power by converting it from a lightning strike to battery power, then lose even more when trying to get power from the battery. So basically, yes we could but it would not be enough power to really power anything. Unless in the future we learn to harness it a different way. One more thing to note, is that Lightning is a good and healthy thing for the earth's magnetic field. If we started bottling up all the lightning tomorrow, it might not have a good effect on this planet.
- Q:I drive a '91 Nissan Stanza, manual transmission, and we've never really driven it in the winter since it's been sort of a back up car, but since I turned 17, I finally am granted the privilege of having my own! The problem is, winter is coming up in Colorado, and I'm afraid it won't be able to make itthere's a steep hill right at my school in the mornings, and sometimes it may ice upand driving a manual in that situation sucks..am I going to be okay? Also, my second question is, every summer, I go up to the mountains, and there is a dirt road that's considerably steep and bumpy for about 3-4 miles, and I was wondering if this car could make it? I haven't souped it up at all..it's pretty much just in good conditionthx all
- if its not on your property then no, you will have to get permission first. at my old house we had the hydrant ON our lawn and still got a warning when we painted it because its not technically our property
- Q:I just had a new mobile home (1988) new to me I should sayanyway I just got the power on before that somebody came and inspected the wires and allwhen I turn on my lights they glow florescent orange in every room its not the bulbs its like its trying to light up but doesn't. Then if I turn my heat on it smells like somethings burning then my smoke detectors go off. Then there's a painted peice of a wall in front of my water heater after turning the power on after a few minutes there's a weird smell like wet paint combing from that. Any suggestions?
