WELCOME to visit our stainless steel pipeline products here(^_^)
Press fitting system joins pipe without welding or bolting. The components fit by crimping through the use of a special pressing tool. An O-ring that is inserted in the fitting ends of the pipe ensures a leak-proof connection. Press fitting system is the trend of pipeline industry. It is widely used in cold and hot water supply, heating supply, fire protection, medicinal gas, industrial petroleum pipeline system etc.

- Q: You and the love of your life have a choice to make, which would it be and why?
- The Big Bang was not an explosion that spewed galaxies out into the void. There is no explosion and there is no void. Thus there is no ahead nor any behind, because there is no line of galaxies flying away from any explosion. The universe is and always has been uniformly filled with matter/energy absolutely everywhere in space. All points in space are becoming more distant from all other points.
- Q: can you get on a airplane with a safety pin in your arm?
- That isn't a safe measure to be taking. What happens when she figures out the safety pin or it comes open by itself? She could easily stick it in her mouth or just prick her fingers on it. You need to be consistent with her in telling her she cannot take her clothing off. Keep her busy with activities or with the other children. Just find ways of keeping her mind off of her clothes.
- Q: i am rediing my furnitureits not old or anything i bought it a year agobut i recently renovatedand my furniture dont match and i dont want to buy new furniture, can anyone tell me if its a type of material that they put over furniture or can u tell me the method stept by step how to paint/spray it to get this high black glossy effect. the picture below is an example of what im talking about.
- One possible solution, but it depends on the shape of the part I just had the problem of how to cut holes in single layer carbon fibre sheet. This is 0.2mm thick and splits along the line of the fibres very easily. My solution was to stick it to a sheet of aluminium using melted wax. I found I could drill holes in it quite easily without it splitting. Then just melt the wax away and remove any excess with white spirit (paintbrush cleaner).
- Q: I need to talk about it in my physics class
- Are you familiar with any type of soldering? There is low temp, and high temp, depending on the application, and the type of solder that you use. The most important thing to remember, is to thoroughly clean the inside of the fittings, and the end of the pipe. If you cut a pipe, make sure that you ream the inside, to restore the inner diameter of the pipe to its full bore dimension, otherwise, water will eat the pipes, from the inside, and you will have a premature breakdown in your piping system. A non acid, water soluble flux is required, again, so your pipes won't deteriorate from the inside. Low temp soldering can use a propane torch, but high temp, requires a hotter flame, to melt the solder. Practice on some pipes, before soldering for real. Never leave your flame in one spot too long. Doing so will cause the flux to be burned at that spot, and no solder will take at that spot, thus, ensuring a leak. Move your flame around the whole joint, heating it up uniformly, and concentrate your flame towards the center of the fitting, as solder will travel towards the heat. Good luck!
- Q: Ok, so at night, I'm in constant fear the smoke detector will go off. No clue why. How can I get rid of it?
- I don't know much about gluing PVC but from the pictures it seems to be a fairly poor mechanical design. It's basically a crank with two pedals (maybe for use with hands as well as feet), right?. The crank seems to be made out of pipe sections and 90 degree elbows with nothing actually making it rigid except for the glue, so all the loads will be going through the glue. A swimming pool is a fairly harsh chemical environment because of the additives to the water, and rehab pools tend to be more heavily treated than normal pools because of the increased likelihood of people with infections using them. That might affect what glues are suitable. I would be inclined to think about putting some pins or dowels through the joints, so there is positive location of the parts preventing them trying to move around, and the dowels will carry the shear loads and torque from one part to the next. The pins could just be thin PVC rods (say 1/4 or 1/2 inch diameter) through suitable sized drilled holes. If the PVC is generally strong enough to take the loads (before the first failure ocurred) then you don't need metal pins. The main function of the glue would then be just to stop the thing falling apart, not to carry the loads. It's not clear whether you are need take the thing apart or not, so apologies if that advice is impractical.
- Q: I will be visiting Chicago with my family (wife + 5 amp; 7y/o kids) next week and, among the touristy stuff that we have scheduled, I would like to know if it's safe to walk around Lincoln Park, Old Town, Wrigleyville and Wiker Park-Bucktown neighborhoods during the late afternoon and early night hours using the CTA system. We will be staying in the River North area. I'll appreciate your advice.
- The OD of 1/4 pipe is 0.540 The ID for schedule 40 is 0.364 The ID for schedule 80 is 0.302 The dimensions of threaded pipe fittings vary depending of the material of construction and pressure rating as well as the standard to which the are manufacturered. Below are some examples of various fittings. Some meet NPT standards and others do not.
- Q: I use an electric heater in my room, and every time I turn it on, or any electric heater for that matter I get really sick at my stomach and a headache and it's real bad too like reach for the trash can kind of bad. I just feel weird over all. and I almost know it's the heater because I've turned it off and the symptoms disappeared almost immediately (It also got cold really fast too) and I turned it back on same thing. I've tried this with several heaters. but I really have to have something because the outside temp is below zero I believe and this is an old house with poor insulation.and I know I don't have Carbon Monoxide poisoning because I DO have a Gas stove in my bathroom (The old kind too) that I leave burning constantly, but I can sit around that thing all day and not feel any different unless I shut the door for a shower then I might get a little light headed but that only happened to me once and I was in there for a LONG time. plus we have a brand new Carbon Monoxide detector right by it.
- You could actually go down to 8 inch flex. Which would far better suit you. You need the 8 flex, a bag of zip ties to connect the flex. If the supply vents are in the floor and are the old grate style. You can take a piece of sheet metal cut an 8 hole, then insert a start collar, and an 8 Elbow. That way your not having to redo the supply feeds. Basically it would be a T and the center of the T would have the start collar in the center of the pan with 1 lips so you can zip some screws in there to secure it. And yes you will bet getter air flow and you wont loose the heat transfer like you did with the old cannon pipes.
- Q: really though, I think I'd have to run outside naked and if my cellphone was not in reach, use a neighbor's phone to dial 911. Talk about a rush. now the people I know cant even say the only thing I own are the clothes on my back. Is this the right thing to do, to not grab anything on your way out?
- rubber cement of course. but, you need to prepare your surfaces. wash with soapy water, rinse and dry completely. now rough up the area to be glued with sandpaper or a little grater(often included with the glue). you should probably stretch your rubber if it will be normally stretched.
- Q: Why are there gaps between speed bumps?
- Litterally ontop of it.
- Q: my family and I just moved to a new house, we used to live in an apartment w/ a security system, the house we moved into is very nice, but i didnt relize that the neighborhood was a little on the getto side, anyway there are 3 bedrooms 2 up and 1 down. night I cant sleep because the children are upstairs and we are downstairs. Im so afraid of someone breaking in or there being a fire.. I have never had my children so far away from me at night..before bed everynight I lock up the house and turn everything electrical off, and i still cant help but worry, I have considerd sleeping on the couch, is there anyone else out there going through this and what should I do.. would it be crazy of me to get a LARGE dog? would it do any good?
