Maintainance guide:
Make sure that you regulaly clean the wood floors in order to prevent dust accumulation. We recommand to clean a small part
of stains as a testing ground to prevent too much chromatic aberration.
Dust and stain— use a hard brush dipped in warm soapy water to remove it.
Mildew— scrub with ordinary wood mode class agents, or bleach to rinse or wipe it directly.
Chalk stains—In addition to the while chalk, other colors can not be removed, you can use bleaching agent with hot soapy
water to wash it.
Ice or snow—Apply calcium chloride or rock salt, it can melt ice or snow, then use hot soapy water to wash it.
Stain soil and dirts— Apply detergent, which contains oxalic acid or phosphoric acid. Whiping the stain for 10-15 mins.
Greasy and oil-based stains—immediately use household cleaning products with hot soapy water to wash it.
Juice and wine stains—Mixed the bleach stain agent and hot soapy water to dilute the stain and wipe.
Warranty: Limited Residential Warranty against rot, decay, splitting, checking, splintering, or termite damage for a period

- Sweep away the trash out of the way, with a floor brush, broom, or a swiffer. Try a small spot first, to see which product works well enough, the Vinegar & Baking Soda, or the Chlorine Bleach. Pour enough Baking Soda on the dirty grout, covering the dirt, then pour enough Vinegar over the Baking Soda, enough to make a small volcano. Both Vinegar and Baking Soda together will make a Little Bubbling Volcano. If the Baking Soda & Vinegar does not work as well, try pouring Chlorine Bleach instead. You can use a little bit of water with the bleach if you don't like the strong smell of Chlorine. After letting the little volcano set for a while, scrub it with the Floor Brush, until most of the dirt is gone. Or if you used the Chlorine Bleach, instead of the Baking Soda & Vinegar, also scrub the floor with the brush or electric machine. If some dirt is still left on the Tile Grout, use a floor steamer to absorb and clean the rest of the dirt inside the tile grout. After using the floor steamer, use a wet mop to wipe off the residue from the product you used. Let it dry completely, before stepping and enjoying your clean Tile Floor.

- the floor is my dance studio is a sprung floor with tough laminate over the top.no you can't buy it cheap as you have to get your floor sprung.laminate flooring is similar but as it is not sprung if overused you may give yourself shin splints.the flooring shop locally just buy a scratch resistant one. hope i helped god luck with that victoria xx
- Q: I am installing laminate floors for the first time and I had a question. We ripped out the carpet and their was wood along the trim with nails sticking up whice I assume was used to hold the carpet in place. I am pretty sure that I have to remove that before installing laminate, but I just wanted to make sure. Thank you
- Yes those are strips used to hold the carpet in place. You must take these up as well before you lay the laminate flooring.

- I know of two such restaurants. I've been to each of them and recommend them based on the traditional criteria of food/decor/service/value. Coincidentally, both of them are Asian and vegetarian. Both are in Manhattan. Vatan, 409 Third Avenue (at 29th Street). Indian. All you can eat. Seating is not exactly on the floor -- it's on a raised platform, about 20 inches off the ground. There's no place to dangle your legs, so you have to keep them on the platform with the rest of you -- in that respect, it's just like sitting on the floor. You'll need to check your shoes at the entrance, so wear nice socks. - Q: Sorry the question may be a liitle long, but I want to be clear about what I am asking.Is not it that a Flat-floor, rather than a level floor is needed for tile/hardwood installation. A lot of times due to foundation shift, you could not make a level floor, or it would be out of sink with tha adjoining rooms. If I am right:Are there complication with with Tile/Hardwood over a flat, but not a level floor.To flatten out a floor, I am told to use a 6' straight edge and find the gaps. But, if I move this straight edge even a foot to the left, or right of where I started, the gaps under the straight edge would be moving elsewhere, the prior gaps would now be flat with the staight edge.I am all confused. Can you help please.
- I see no issue tiling a floor on a slant but yes its got to be relatively flat. The DIY floors such as laminate are a little forgiving with the correct underlay but I don't know how much you are measuring. vinyl tiles need it very flat. ceramic tiles can be made up with extra adhesive if you are good. You can buy self leveling compound that's a bit like very watery cement when mixed if you need to level a concrete floor.
