FAQ
Q1: How do you control the products quality?
A1: With strict quality control system throughout the materials selection and production process, our refractory and ceramic fiber products quality is effectively controlled to meet customer requirements.
From the raw materials selecting, our quality control begin. The quality certificates of raw materials are required and each batch will be tested before using. During production, the quality control is conducted by workers and then each piece will be sorted and examined by quality supervisors.
Q2: What`s the lead time for my order?
A2: It depends on customers’ requirements and our production schedule. And usually we need 30-60 days for refractory bricks,10-25 days for unshaped refractory materials and 10-20 days for ceramic fiber blankets.
Q3: Can you offer Door-to-Door delivery?
A3: Yes, but only for some countries such us U.S., UAE, Saudi Arabia, Iran, and Russia, etc.
- Q: We don't have any ceiling insulation in our atticWe just have it on the floor joyce (sp?)How much of a diffwould this make?
- please understand that most of these answers are wrong! if you have insulation between the joists already that is all you need, unless you are living in the attic.insulation simply stops heat from rising.if you have insulation in the floor joists you would be wasting your money.your money would be better spent increasing the insulation between the joists, rather than the raftersthis would merely prevent any heat in your attic escaping through the roof, which is pointless as the insulation in the floor joists should stop heat rising past attic floor level anyway.i hope this helps!
- Q: well does fiber make you fulland if so what else can make you feel full but tell me if fiber makes you feel fulla simple yes or no question.
- Yes, high fibre foods (like wholegrains, beans, lentils, vegetables and fruit) do make you feel more fullEven more so, when you combine them with foods which contain protein and some healthy fatAnd don't forget a glass of water with the meal, to help your body absorb the fibre more easily.
- Q: So I pretty much have all of the stitches down, I know how to read patterns and which hooks and all the other stuff that goes with knitting and crochetingBut all of my stuff comes out so stiff!!! I try to make a slouchy beanie, and when I put them on, they stick straight up! I end up looking like Marge Simpson! Does anyone out there know of any other yarn that I can use besides the crappy quot;Red Heart Super Saverquot; yarn? Yes it's very cheap and you can pick it up at Wal-Mart at any time of the night, but I would gladly take the time to go out and look for soft, less scratchy, loose yarn and doesn't (for lack of a better term) suckAnd by the way, I'm still unfamiliar with the terms quot;worsted weight, alpaca, wool, etc.quot; I really don't know the differenceI would love some advice )
- If you wind the ball tight, as in it is a rock hard, then yes it will damage the yarnIf wound in a loose ball, then no, it will do no more damage than when it was in the skeinIt will be fine.
- Q: I've just recently started using a curling ironAfter I'm finished curling my hair, first instinct is to pull a comb or brush through my newly0curled hair to make it look neater, and help with the bit of frizz. My hair is naturally thick and stick-straight and not easy to curl, but I finally have an iron that makes it curl! So I was very excited. But the second I pull the comb or brush through, the curls deflate and go awayI wait til my hair has cooled and it STILL ruins the curls. Is there anything I should do before or after curling to help it stay?I really love the curls.Help?

- Q: I'm new to hiking, thinking about buying hiking clothes,i've this question does breathability lowers insulation? since if water vapour can escape, then your body might lose heatBecause there seems to be jackets which r both breathable yet keep warmth, i'm a bit confused
- The two are not that relatedBreathability refers to the transfer of water vapor from your skin, through a fabric, and then out of the garmentNo waterproof/breathable fabric offers any type if insulation, except that it serves as a windbreakUsed without an insulating layer below, a waterproof/breathable garment is only useful in the summer Insulating materials that possess wicking properties are actually best used without an waterproof/breathable outer shell, unless it is rainingOnce water vapor leaves your body and gets trapped in the fabric, it will move away from your skinThat's good, but in winter that vapor will often condense before it reaches the shell thus causing condensation on the inside of the shellSki and snowboarding garments are made with both types of materials because most skiers and riders don't sweat a lotA Cross-country or backcountry skier will almost never be seen wearing a full ski parka and insulated ski pantsThey will carry lightweight shells in their packs and put those on when going down long downhill sectionsXC skiers almost never wear them because they are moving too much and those materials just will cause them to stay wet For hiking, it's best to keep a fleece jacket in your packUse that at night or when taking long breaksWhen you hike in the rain, just wear the rain gearGore-Tex and similar fabrics work best when worn over waffle-weave wicking shirts made from synthetic fabricsThese allow vapor to escape and reach the waterproof membrane in vapor formSynthetic hiking shorts are also a good idea if you are wearing rain pants.
