Q: and what certain foods has a good source of fiber in them? I'm not really constipated, but I still need some fiber to prevent it.
Probably an apple computer and a sony hd vid cam.
Q: I mean the sugary kind you can buy at WalMart in bottles.
First lets hope he is wearing a maskWhenever I had to work with the fiberglass insulation, I use to use talcum powder all overEspecially my neckback and armsThe talcum powder blocks the poresPrevents the insulation from in bedding into the skinOther than that, I don't know of any remedies.
Q: Here's what I've done so far (and I realize maybe I've done things oddly but I am totally new to this!): I sewed my two pieces of fabric right sides together all the way around but about a 10quot; openingThen I turned it right side out, stuffed it with my batting, and hand tied it with yarn (the grandma way)Now I have my opening left, and I am not sure what to doDo I have to hand stitch the opening AND also machine sew all around the edges to try to catch the batting on all the edges, or just sew my opening shut? How do you hand stitch it shut?If you can help, thank you so much!
It might not be the right size for the job.
Q: Would it help somehow if I knit with natural fibers like wool or cotton? (Natural fibers are A LOT more expensive, by the way)
It would help a little bitThe amount of yarn that is used by knitters though is such a small percentage of yarn that there is no appreciable effect in terms of global warming or anything like thatI would suggest you knit with whatever yarn works best for the project you are working onAlso, don't limit your hobby activities just because you can't afford wool yarnsThe enjoyment you get out of making your own fabric far outweighs the environmental costs.
Q: building construction
If I remember correctly- the more air present in the material the more damping of the sound waves occurs, giving it a higher transmission lossSo for example plasterboard (gypsum) would give better insulation than a sheet of glass, of course you wouldn't use either of these on your floors, but you get the ideaI guess pile carpets would do a better job when compared to wooden floors.

Q: Thoughout the USA which foam insulation company has done the most sprays and is regarded to as the best in its business? (dow, bayer, icynene, etc.)
Your referring to the manufacturer rather than applicator with those names. And as far as best its kind of relevant to what application and which material dollar for dollar the spray in fiberglass is the most cast effective and best bang for your buck. But in the long haul iso will give best thermal performance. The latex foam i do not like at all I have seen large voids that have developed over time as the material has shrunk considerably. If your looking for a reputable applicator in your area contact the NIA at the link below also look over there site it will give more info
Q: the hair im going to put on mine is yarnhow do it keep it onif i have to use glue what glue holds it on the best?????
you sew the right sides of the doll head fabric together ( wrong side of fabric will be facing out) leaving an opening in the very top of the head and at neck openingTurn fabric right side out , insert yarn you are using in top of head and then hand stitch the head opening closedThis is one way to do it.
