Ceramic Fiber Board
Description
All kinds of ceramic fibre board adopt ceramic fibre which is in Corresponding temperature level as raw material, through the large automatic vacuum filter molding machine to shape them, then they will be done after special baking.
The product with good toughness and strength appears flattening and the ceramic material distributes uniformity, it also has excellent Thermal insulation performance
Heating is not inflated, light, construction convenient, free shear and bending, is the ideal energy-efficient insulation materials of a furnace, piping and other equipment
Features
Low thermal conductivity and ow heat storage
High temperature stability and resistant to thermal shock
High crushing strength and good toughness
Allow machining and cutting, easy application
Resistant to airflow erosion
Typical Application
All kinds of industrial furnace hot face and back face insulation
Kiln linerof the high-temperature furnace, kiln cars, door damper, furnace temperature to separate plate
Deep processing products molding mould, like Craft glass etc

- Q: E.g rose for perfume.
- yarn/ fabric from cotton milk from cow wool from sheep eggs from chickens juice from fruits dye from various flowers
- Q: I have a portable air conditioner unit that has a flexible exhaust hose that goes to a vent I have made in my wall (the inner wall is plaster, outer wall is fibro).I want to seal the gap around the hose around the inner plaster wall so no hot air comes back in and am wondering what the best product to use would be - would those cans of expandable foam be ok or would a silicon product be better?
- I think you would be better of with the foam insulationSilicon would be suseptable to heat and would leak after a whileThe foam will fill all the cracks and last much longer.
- Q: I've searched everyone but have still been unsuccessful in finding anyI'm looking for both types in either red or black but with both kinds being the same colorAny information will be much appreciated.
- I am not elderly, but if I lived there I would feel unsafe and uncomfortableIt does not matter what age you are you have rights and that is no way to run a residental placeI don't know were you live over in the uk we are able to get free legal advice from the Citzens Advice maybe you have something similar here? You are paying for your accomodation or someone else /state is paying that means your safety and comfort and rightsIs it their job to carry parcels? If its a home or residents just for elderely then really safe should be heping or arrange help for thatIf not then it would be up to the person to arrange ask or hire someone to carry stuffApart from that the rest is just awful to hear, you all deserve to be treated right, do you have a legal lease/contract for your housing? Read it over, ask around for advice from any free centres or help the aged charities and take it from thereI really hope things get better for you allSounds like the managment are causing a bad situation I think that is clear to see that they are putting everyone in bad conditionsSeek legal advice.
- Q: Alright, so for science I have to design a lightweight sleeping bag that can insulate heat very wellWhat types of fabrics are light and warm? In this design I also have to have a conductor fabricsomething that can conduct heat wellPlease, give me some examples of fabrics I can use in this designThanks!
- Most fabrics are insulators, not conductorsI'm puzzled why conducting would be part of the design since the intention of a sleeping bag is to hold body heat, NOT release or transfer itYou might consider utilizing aluminized material (like those silver space blankets)Aluminum is a conductor technically but those blankets are really used to reflect and retain heat, rather than conductAcrylic or polypropylene polar pile fabrics are good lightweight insulators, as are closed-cell foam, down, wool and fluffy polyester, especially the type with hollow fibersSilk is an excellent and very light insulator also Sounds like a fun projectGood luck!
- Q: Would the tight packing of more insulation, such as glass wool, in an enclosed space increase or decrease the insulation value? Explain.
- Beyond a certain point, it would decrease the insulation valueOne of the best insulators is airIt is nearly twice as insulating as glass woolThe only problem with air is that it will keep moving about! Hot air is less dense than cold air and tends to riseSo any heat it picks up tends to make it move away from a warm area, taking the heat energy with it, allowing cold air to take its place, and making it less effective as an insulatorGlass wool and similar loosely packed insulation materials trap the air in pockets and stop it moving about so muchIf you pack in too much insulation material, you are reducing the amount of trapped air and replacing it with material which is not as good as an insulator.
- Q: Okay so this is my first horse and I have never had to purchase a winter blanket beforeSo I have some questions:1What gram fill should I get? Temperatures here in winter range from 20 degrees (F) to 40 degrees (F), and my horse will be outside for the whole day, but she will come into her stall at night.2Does she need to be blanketed at night, even though she will be in a stall?3I know theres like different deniers or whateverMy horse doesn't really run around a play in the paddock, so what kind should I get? I know they make like 600D and 1200D, but I don't know what one to getThanks! :)
- Not worth itI bought a set and every one of them leaksThey only stay flat for a couple of days, then air gets in them and the stuff you have in them is the same size as before you sucked the air outThe way they package them creates breaks in the plastic which allows air leakageDon't waste your money.
- Q: Hello, I am trying to build a heated blanket that works if the body temperature of the patient is 95F or lessWhat should I do? should you use an Arduino to control everything? or just a thermistor? and how do I use it? I just want some basic ideas to help me build this thingI already found heating pads that can be controlled depending on the voltage applied, so if the voltage is higher, the temperature of the pads will increaseThank you
- Heat pad has two ways to control the heatThe most simple one is a mechanical heat sensing control that turning on and off frequently to control the time that allow power goes through the heat padThe more complex one uses Triac chip that control the power angle passes through heat padBoth do not contain heat sensor to monitor the pad actual temperature because both control devices are hanging outside along the power cord and a few feet away from the heat padThey are not control the voltage !!! Arduino could not control high voltage AC power and it is too expensive to use on a cheap price heat pad .
- Q: Id also like some details if possible, especially the dangers of the machines.yeah that has to be in my short story.
- We can't really do your research for youAnd you have to be careful of information sources hat are already heavily digested as they tend to dumb the information down too much and then your writings look so much like what you read that your work isn't considered originalYou have to write a short story about a Lowell girl? If you go to the Wikipedia page (HEAVILY digested) on the Lowell girls you will see at the bottom a list of references used to make the pageOne of them is: library.uml.edu/clh/mo.htm which then has it's own list of references and these are mostly 'original documents'Read a few of the letters written by the girls and read a diary or two and you will soon know who they were and be able to write a good storyBesides, what could be more fun than peeking into someone else's diaryThe Lowell machines were carding machines hat arrange cotton fibers so they all point the same way which is good for the next machine which is the spinning machine that turns fiber into yarn which goes to the loom which weaves the yarn into clothSurely these machines were dangerous, but look around on the UML web site and find the document that lists mortality for a single year in Lowell - you see lots of girls dying of disease, not injuryI'm thinking that the living conditions, bunk houses with poor ventilation, poor heat, bad food, long hoursMaybe write about life outside the mill, the time spent running the machines seems to have been the least of it.
- Q: I am taking meds to lower my cholesterol, but I also want to do what I can to lower it through dietMy co-workers recommended oatmealThe thing isI reeeeally don't like oatmealI ate some every day for a few weeks and I came to hate it even moreBut I was wondering- it's the fiber in the oatmeal that helps, so would using Benefiber help in the same way? I realize it's not the same thing, but it would be much easier to take every dayAnd my doctor wasn't helpful in the quot;how to change my dietquot; department, so I'm just looking for personal experience or info. Thanks!
- That might work assuming the store has an old systemIf they instead have RFD tags that could double as a shoplifter deterrent and would not be affected.
- Q: Which horse blanket is better?
- It's usually bad for u if you're a child or a teen and there is caffeine in it so what i'm saying is caffeine is bad for u.
