Sampling cooler used for boiler room or soda assay sample cooling

power station, the water in the boiler and heating system mostly

higher temperature, and high temperature is not convenient to

sampling, also not easy to determine, in the sample should be cool,

so let's introduce the sample of sampling point sampling cooler for

cooling, general requirements to ensure traffic in the 500-700 ml/min,

the sample can take a 30 to 40 degrees cold, satisfy the People's

Republic of China power industry standard DL/T 457-457.
Sampling tubes adopt stainless steel tube, can not use carbon steel or

brass tube, in order to avoid the sample is in the process of sampling

tube of metal corrosion products pollution.
Sampling cooler is suitable for the high temperature of the liquid and

gas media such as sampling, has a compact structure, high heat transfer

efficiency, convenient washing, long service life, etc.

Specifications and Models:

QYL-133/0.3 QYL-159/0.35 QYL-219/0.45 0.38 QYL-273/0.55

1: sampler for stainless steel tube and shell for carbon steel.
2: the sample cooling pipe generally choose diameter 10, 12, 14, 16, 18mm

(or the user specified) interface optional welding and flange,

cooling water interface for DN25, external thread.
3: the general selection is often: QYL - 159/0.32, and QYL QYL - 219/0.40-273/0.54.
4: whether to need to be combined (i.e., whether to support, water tank, valves, etc.).

Types of sampling

1. Boiler water sampling
Boiler water sample generally removed from the sound of continuous

drainage tube, led to the cooler again.Sampling points should be near

the outfall to elicit the exit of the drum, as far as possible and as far

as possible in a drum derivation after first before discharge valve.
2. Water sampling
After water sampling points generally located in the feed water pump,

high pressure feed pipe economizer before, should be in a small pipe,

vertical pipe to pipe connect water supply samples which led to the

sampling cooler. After water sample tube should be located in feed

water dosing enough to each position.

3. The water sampling
Water sampling points on general in the exit of the condensate pump,

the condensate pipeline, should not be installed in the entrance of the

condensate pump, because of the entrance of the condensate pump

pressure below atmospheric pressure.
4. The hydrophobic sampling
Hydrophobic general sampling in the drain tank.Sampling points are usually

located in around 300 mm from the bottom of the drain tank.
Samples by sampling cooler, 5 will steam condenses into water.Steam in the sampler

flow generally for 20 to 30 kg/h.Demand for sample which leads to the catheter and

cooler, the same as the water sampling.

Q:I drive an 06 Pontiac G6 GTP(90,000 miles). Recently the check engine light lit up. So I took it to autozone for the computer scan and they gave me the OBD code P0449.My car currently seems to be running fine.Next, they gave me a list of the possible malfunctions with my car. 1. purge or vent solenoid defective- I have no idea what that is. 2. check connector and wiring- all the electrical equipment is working fine, so i doubt this is it. 3. Fuel saturated vapor canister- no idea what this is. And finally, 4. Failed EVAP vent solenoid-again, no idea what this is. If you know anything about this ,please help me, im worried, thanks.
Part of the emissions controls is a gas fumes system on the cars. It consists of a charcoal canister, solenoids and lines back to the gas tank. Basically it keeps gasoline vapors from escaping into the atmosphere by running them through a charcoal filter and then routing them back to the tank. The injection system operates under high pressure from the fuel pump so needs some way to bleed off excess and the charcoal system is it. The system has malfunctioned on yours because a solenoid failed. Any repair shop can take care of it for you.
Q:I have a 2000 Monte Carlo SS that is stock, as in no aftermarket radio/electrical equipment and the fuse for the a/c and cruise. I noticed it popped when I bought the car and each time i put the same size fuse in or a bigger one, it automatically pops. I pulled the dash apart and all of the connections are good so I'm not sure of where to go.
Need to know which fuse exactly is blowing. Never EVER install a larger fuse, good way to melt the wires If the fuse blows when you turn on/off the A/C compressor, usually the diode is blown which shunts the voltage spike. some of those are inline near compressor while others will look like a fuse but black with an arrow on top of it
Q:Hi!Is there an NEC section which addresses the following kitchen design? I'm working with an apartment complex and they've designed each unit's breaker box to be located directly over the stove top burners. Something just sounds real bad here - but, perhaps I worry about things melting when water is brought to a boil or the oven is at 450 F for an hour or so and the vent for the oven is directly through a back burner. [The door for the breaker box just clears the top of the stove top.]Thank you!!
Look up working space Article 110, 110.26F a thru d. (exhibits 118,119.) Ref'd in from 408.8B 'Clearances. There might be some leeway offered in the requirement for a 'dedicated space` per 110.26 F, but I doubt it would ever go so far as to accept an apartment service panel mounted over a cooking appliance. Normally they're in hallways. While I can't find the reference to the hot environment that concerns you, it is a real problem. Breakers WILL trip prematurely in a hot environment. Due to the chance of vapors and condensation, it might even be considered a damp location. The grease that commonly collects above a stove would also be a concern. Is this the work of an architect? No engineer would put a panel there.
Q:Examples include-Unplug your wireless router for 30 seconds and then plug back inUnplug all elerical cords for 45 seconds then plug back inWhy do they recommend a specific amount of time?
It needs to shut down completly and it takes a few seconds. If you plug it back in too quickly then it acts as if it never was unplugged.
Q:I might be starting a job doing industrial electric, and I want to make sure I can read the blue prints good. I am recently graduated from high school and have a vo-tech background in electrical, only no blue print reading. I know how to read schematics, ladder diagrams, and residential blue prints, but how different are industrial and residential blueprints? Does anyone know a site where I can look at some industrial electric blueprints? I know when i get there they will be able to teach me how to read it, but I figured I would try to save everyone some time and see what I can figure out before I get there.
Hope this helps!
Q:i am going to ship my furniture including my electronics( refrigerator, recorder, laptop, dishwasher, drier, etc) i want to now if the voltage in USA is 240v as in Dubai or 110v and i case of difference i want your advice i`ll ship them or not
I don't know for voltage, but there is no reason to throw away some of your electronic goods. When I moved to Abu Dhabi, I used a convertor for some of my electronics so I wouldn't have to buy new ones. And sometimes, the voltage is like 110-240 or something, so it will work in both places My guess is that USA has a different voltage from UAE, because Canada's voltage is different from UAE (I at least know that for a fact):)
Q:I plan to major in electrical engineering. I wanted to know if the stuff I learn there will allow me to do things like fix machines and stuff.I picked this major because I wanted something I can use at home
Electrical, Electronic and Common Sense come from the same roots. The electrician and electrical engineer compliment eachother.
Q:hiwhenever there are clouds, lightning or clouds sparks strikes my house and damage my electrical equipments like tv, fan, lights. my house has an entrance from south side and have windows, doors openings from this side, i also have openings in north direction to access to my back verandah but no sparks fall from this side. The house have 3' high iron bars fencing at front wall of 5' height as well as on rear wall of 5'-6 height. Do i need to put one 1'-6 high lightning rod made up of copper and aluminium and placed it on the roof top of my house to arrest these lightning sparks whenever they fall or some lightning arrester or you have any good solution of my problem. my house is 39' wide and 52' in length and 33' high(including ground floor, first floor, second floor) and have flat roof top and its in haryana region. please suggest me what to do? i will be really grateful to youthanksbye
You Have the answer in your question you basically have to use a lightning arrestor an top of your house. But make sure that the earthing of it must be separate from your house earthing and try to maintain a earth voltage around 1Vlts preferably below 1 Volt. For more information on lightning arrestors go to the link below.
Q:Hi. I have bought a kiln from Germany which is compatible with our electrical currents here in the UK - that much I know. It is a small kiln and can be used with just ordinary household electric. However, the electric lead is much thicker than the ordinary leads on my other electrical equipment. Is this just for added safety or what? I want to cut off the German plug and put on an English plug so I need to be sure this is ok. Help from a qualified electrician would be preferable if possible please. Thanks so much.
The heavier wire is to prevent overheating. Cut off plug and wire as normal. Live to the right, Neutral to the left and Earth to the front pin. Luck.
Q:If humidity of a spacecraft is too high, how can it affect a crew and its equipment? what if it was too low?my sister did not get to go on her field trip but they gave her the worksheet this is the only question she cant answer please help!
Humidity must be controlled on spacecraft. If the humidity is too high, then cold parts of the ship will experience condensation. If the condensation occurs on electrical equipment, there could be a short circuit. If the humidity is too low, then the astronauts will get dry skin and be uncomfortable. But it is probably better to err on the low side.
