FAQ
1. How long is the lifetime of machine? How long the battery can be used? How long we can use after one charge?
Answer: Please be assured that the life of V-BOT could be 5 years, as materials are very durable, generally will not bad, unless one day you are in a bad mood, kick it, it is estimated that will leave scars.
Battery can be used from 800 to 1000 times, an average of once a day can also be used for more than 2 years. Here we have all the accessories for machine, there is need to call us, ready supply! Machine filled with battery, you can use about one hour or so, if you use mopping mode alone, using time will be longer.
2. What are methods for battery maintenance?
Answer: When you are not using machine for a long time, let battery fully charged then take it off from machine, and place in a cool place. Recommend regular (approximately 15 days) added a power, let battery is in fully charged state. For next time better use .
When you long-term use of machine, we recommend 2-3 months with Direct charge three times, then use dock charge it. This is way of maintenance for battery, remember it!!
- Q: Alright, we've lived in this apartment for a year and three months, and we're on our third vacuum cleaner. The first two were Eureka's, then we bought a cheap bissel this last time. I had been taking excellent care of my vacuums, right down to washing the dirt cups, filter and cleaning out the carpet brushes with every use. I couldn't figure out why we were going through them like we were, but everyone suggested that cat hair is clogging them and burning them up. The newest started acting up within two uses (and it's not a large apartment, and we have one cat who hardly sheds, and we clean on a regular basis. Anyways, I tore the stupid thing apart to find MOUNDS of cat hair clogged in it. There was at least enough to be the size of a softball in the hose. So, how the heck is this thing clogging so fast, and what can I do to prevent it? I can't be tearing the stupid thing apart after every use, I refuse to shave or get rid of the cat and I can't exactly just stop vacuuming. Help me please!
- You didn't say where the hair was clogging the unit, but I'll assume it was in the hose. If so, it's possible that inside of the vacuum cleaner hose has become sticky somehow, and if that happens, hair and other stuff can stick to the inside of the hose and once something begins to build up, it can snag other stuff. As the hose begins to clog, the flow rate drops, junk starts slowing down and then it's even easier for stuff to build up.
- Q: You can sell 800 vacuums for $100 each. For every one dollar you increase you can sell two fewer vacuums. For example, if you charge $103 you can sell 794= 800-2(3) vacuum cleaners. If you charge 98, you could sell 804= 800 + 2(2) vacuum cleaners. How much should you charge to maximize revenue?
- You are on the right track. We can find a linear equation to predict the number of vacuums that will be sold at any given price. At $100 it is 800. At $103, it is 794. Think of this data as two points on a line. The points are (100,800) and (103,794). Find the equation of the line. y=1000-2x. The Revenue generated is the number sold * the price. y is the number sold and x is the price. R=x*y=x*(1000-2x) R(x)=1000x-2x? R'(x)=1000-4x The critical number is when R'=0 == 1000-4x=0 == x=250 So, it looks like we should charge $250 per vacuum. Is this really a maximum? R''(x)=-4. The Second Derivative Test tells us that our value is a maximum. This makes sense. The revenue function is a parabola that opens downward with a vertex at (250,125000), The price is $250 and the revenue is $125000.
- Q: Ok I have a eureka whirwind vacuum cleaner and whenever I use the hose and take it out of the hole and turn the vacuum on dust shoots out of the hole and i have to turn it back off because there is no point in using it if its just gonna shoot the dust back out! Does anyone know what the problem could be or what i could do to fix this? Any help would be highly appreciated!
- My Panasonic did the same thing when I pulled the hose a little to far one day. So, duct tape, duct tape, duct tape! And now it works fine. Looks silly, though, but who cares, so long as it works? That was the hole at the back, where the hose enters the machine; if it is the hole at the side where the hose stays when not in use, you have a clog that forces the dirt back out. So if you aren't adept at disassembling vacuum cleaners, have it checked if it's worth it to you. If not, a decent vacuum can be had for under $200.00.
- Q: When I bought a new house recently, the carpet looked awesome. There was a very neat pattern vacuum pattern. I can't do it that way though no matter how much I try. Any professional cleaners out there that can offer some advice??
- You need to vacuum so the grain of the carpet is pulled up. You need to experiment, tho it sounds ike you did. You need the find the direction of the weave. And you need to hold the brushes on the vacuum so they brush the pile. And enough suction. Pull the vacuum slowly so the brushes work the pile.
- Q: So I like seen Jurassic Park again in the 3D room at my movie plex and then I realized something. I was vacuuming and a paper clip got sucked in then I recalled that when I hear the velociraptors.
- they use stock footage
- Q: I am in China and don't have any carpet in my apartment (thank goodness!). I was thinking of getting a vacumn cleaner as it is aways so dusty but will this do more harm than good to my health in my apartment. Is it better just to sweep regularly and mop up the dust? Thanks !
- Vacuum cleaners are intended for use on carpets but will work on wooden floors too. The advantage of vacuum cleaners is that the dust is sucked up into the machine's dust container and not distributed back into the air which happens when you sweep with a broom. I think vacuum cleaners are better for health when it comes to preventing dust in the air that you can breathe in.
- Q: i've had several different vacuum cleaners and the belt keeps breaking, I have no pets, but I have long hair but still, should the belt be so fragile?
- I buy 4 belts at a time from my vacuum store so I have them on hand and change them out myself without any trouble at all. I get out the screwdriver, take the plate off the bottom and change it. No biggie. Some models just eat more belts than others. I have long hair, too but I don't think that matters. It takes the belt to drive the beater bar, so everytime you use the vacuum cleaner you are essentially wearing out the belt. Learn to change them.
- Q: I have an Intex Ultra Frame pool with filter pump model 635 (1500 gph). Are there any affordable pool vac's that will work with my pool. I was told at the pool store that none of the hoses that come with the common on the market pool vac's will work with my pool. Even Intex makes one but the filter pump must be at least 2000 gph. Please help- I'm tired of using the garden hose type vacuum. Points for best answer!
- I just bought a house 2 months ago and I saw a couple of houses with above ground pools and quite honestly, they were not a bonus, but a big money pit in my eyes. Unless your pool is in nearly PERFECT condition and the deck is big, useable and clean, then it's probably not helping you. Personally, I'd remove the pool and repair the yard where it was - even turn it into a garden spot or something. Pools in general are huge money pits and an above ground pool is never going to last like an in-ground one, so I think buyers will be turned off. Not to mention, most people who have an above ground pool don't live in a neighborhood that has the value to support the pool's cost or the size of yard to really fit it properly. It ends up looking desperate and crammed into a tiny yard. My vote is to remove it.
- Q: Skimmers are machines like vacuum cleaners that pull up the oil from the surface of the water. The water must be calm in order for skimmers to be effective.
- Skimmers are similar to vacuum cleaners, but instead of sucking up dirt from hard surfaces, they suck up oil from the surface of water. The water needs to be calm in order for skimmers to be effective.
- Q: Anyone else have the experience of their dog turns into a raving lunatic when you get the vacuum cleaner out? How can you get him to stop barking?
- It is crazy! One dog just hides with the cats-yea! The other used to bark at and try to attack the vacuum and the broom or rake and the leaf blower! I started out just removing the animals when I did these things. Now, when I get out the vacuum, I let them see it and leave space for the hiding one to run to his crate and I tell the other dog to go downstairs, if I'm upstairs, or ask her if she wants to go out. And I did do the teaching not to be fearful of noises, etc., the person quoting Dog Whisperer and all training books describe. But, my goal was to keep them out from underfoot for this, so allowing them to think the vacuum's powers are to be awed, and keep your distance from, was a good thing. I just turned the lunging behavior into one of getting away from me.
