Ringlock Scaffolding
Ringlock is a modular scaffold system which can provide major savings in labor costs while meeting the demands for safety, ease of handling and reductions in maintenance.
Ringlock scaffold has the following features:
1.Quick erection: Ringlock scaffold are all pre-measured and just a hammer is required when erection.
2.Safety: The reliable wedge connections prevent ledgers and diagonal braces from any kind of loosening, The rigid, right fit of all connections with concentric derivation of loads guarantees safety even at great heights.

- Q:A 56.0kg painter is on a uniform 23.5kg scaffold supported from above by ropes . There is a 5.0kg pail of paint to one side, as shown. How close to the end can he approach safely?
- Torques left, about right rope. Scaffold is 6m long. 23.5/6 = 3.91667kg per metre. 3.91667 x 5m = 19.58335kg/m. 5kg x 3m = 15kg/m. Total = 34.58335kg/m torque. Torque right. 1 x 3.19667 = 3.91667kg/m. Subtract right from left, = 34.58335 - 3.91667 = 30.6667kg/m can be applied by the painter. 30.6667/ 56 = .548 metre, the painter can move to the right of the right rope.
- Q:I got mine done this morning, and like the dumba** I am, I got it on the side that I sleep on. A friend of mine said she slept on hers the first night and didn't hurt and it was fine, but I don't believe that to be true. If I have to sleep on my other side, I could but it's very hard for me to fall asleep like that, and I often switch positions while asleep unconsciously. Any tips?
- Invest in a travel pillow that looks like a donut. That way when the side of your head is touching the pillow your ear can be in the center of it and you're not putting pressure on the piercing as it is healing. If you have a bigger bed and roll from one side to the other, get two.
- Q:Tell me how much the shear strength can reach MPa, thank you
- The type of steel pipe is 48 * 3, and the wall is made up of 2 steps and 3 spans, the vertical distance is 3.60 meters, and the horizontal distance is about 4.50 meters. Construction live load is 3.0kN/m2, taking into account the 2 layer construction. The bamboo scaffold board piece, load 0.15kN/m2, calculated according to the laying of 13 layers
- Q:A 75kg painter stands on a 5.5m long uniform plank resting on a scaffold. If the plank's mass is 20kg , how close to the left end of the plank can he stand without tipping the plank? ( The scaffold supports are 2.5m apart, and the plank extends beyond the scafold supports, 1.5m on each end.)
- The mass of the plank on the left side of the scaffold is: M? = (20 kg) × (1.5 m) / (5.5 m) = 5.45 kg The distance between the scaffold and the center of mass on the left side is: L? = (1.5 m) / 2 = 0.75 m So the torque of the plank on the left side is: T? = (5.45 kg)×(0.75 m) = 4 kgm The mass of the plank on the right side of the scaffold is: M? = (20 kg) × ((5.5 m) - (1.5 m)) / (5.5 m) = 14.5 kg The distance between the scaffold and the center of mass on the left side is: L? = ((5.5 m) - (1.5 m)) / 2 = 2 m So the torque of the plank on the left side is: T? = (14.5 kg)×(2 m) = 29 kgm Now, say the painter stands at X meter on the left side from the scaffold, so the torque added on the left side is: T? = X × (75 kg) The total torque on the left must be the same as the total torque on the right, so (4 kgm) + X×(75 kg) = (29 kgm) X×(75 kg) = (25 kgm) X = 0.333 m That is the maximum distance the painter can move away from the scaffold, so the distance to the end of the scaffold is: D = (1.5 m) - (0.333 m) = 1.167 m < - - - - - - answer
- Q:Another from the ministry of silly questions…I’d like to support a lightweight tarpaulin over my back yard. Single slope, high side attached to the house and low side attached to a scaffolding pole, running horizontally between two walls. Fair weather, no high winds or pooling. The run of pole would be 8 meters. The longest poles seem to be 6m, so I need to use a coupling. Will this be strong enough – ish? I imagine the most stressed point would be just around the edges of the coupling, so If I used two joints/couplings in the bar, wouldn’t I half the strain on a single one? Also if I made the joints at 1m and 7m would that be better than to have a joint in the middle where the most flexing will be?Also bit more expensive, but with Aluminium the bar will be 20kg lighter – buy will it be as strong joint wise? Will a tubular coupling be as good as a external one?If anyone knows.. Thanks!
- The problem with your proposal is that you realise that the wind/rain could have an effect but chose to ignore the consequences if it occurs. 'Proper' scaffolding is designed and such an unsupported span would never occur in a 'normal' scaffold so the standard calculations would not work. There is also the possible effect on the walls, could they take an abnormal load? I would look at theatrical or music stage hire using trussed beams.
- Q:What are the characteristics of bowl buckle scaffold
- WDJ bowl buckle scaffold is a new type of scaffolding products, WDJ bowl buckle scaffold is mainly WDJ these letters do not know what it means, most of them will be considered to be the abbreviation of English, etc..
- Q:Please give me the name and link to the photo of it. Thanks!
- *Bamboo is the common-most as cheap and easily available but it is not as per the standard.
- Q:Why do so many buildings in Manhattan have scaffolding on the street level?
- the buildings are probably worn out and need renovations the scaffoldings there so some1 doesnt get injured its the same here in queens, nyc anywhere i walk, those are there lol theres are 3 being renovated around where i live
- Q:how much does a scaffold/industrial piercing cost in the US????i really want one. i know it'll probably hurt.do i have to go to a tattoo/piercing place to get it?i live in europe and here it costs 70 euros which is like $105ish. don't want to pay that much.
- it cost me $65 actually I got a discount for $50 oh and I live in Texas so there could be a difference depending where people live.
- Q:Ok, so I'm getting a industrial/scaffolding piercing tomorrow and I'm just wandering which ear I should get pierced?I sleep on my left ear;I have I side fridge that goes over my right eye. Also I know the right ear is more popular, is there a particular reason for this? Also how much pain should I be expecting?Thankksss..
- Huh, I have mine on my left ear. I suggest getting it on your right ear, you really need to avoid sleeping on it, and trust me, it's really uncomfortable if you do!
