You will cough up phlegm and possibly resin if you are a regular smoker. So coughing up resin and swallowing it will not cause you to fail. You look pretty young man I suggest cutting back on smoking amounts or start exercising more. And Thc stays in your system for 2-4 weeks depending on how much you consumed. There is nothing else you can do besides wait. To clear a myth, drinking loads of water does little to nothing.

For a crafter, they normally want resin in its separated and still liquid form, so they can freshly mix and pour and spread their desired amounts. I'd like to know what you are trying to do so I can better answer your concerns.
