QTZ80(5513S) tower crane tower crane is novel hoisting and conveying machinery which is designed by fully utilizing the group technology, the combinational design technology and the finite element analysis technology and taking the tower crane microcomputer design platform as a tool.
The crane is a horizontal-arm-rest trolley-amplitude upper-revolution hydraulic lifting type crane which has the maximum working amplitude of 56m, the independent lifting height of 40m, the adhesion lifting height of 150m, the rated lifting moment of 710kN•m and the maximum lifting moment of 853.2kN•m. All the performance parameters and technical indexes of the crane meet or surpass national standards.
The crane features advanced parameters, excellent and reliable properties, attractive appearance, high quality, simple and practical structures, advanced safety devices, convenient maintenance, safe usage and reasonable prices, and is ideal construction machinery for many construction enterprises.
The lifting boom and balance boom adopt cantilever boom structure, which reduces the hoisting modular and makes it more safe, convenient and flexible to install and uninstall, and reduces the requirements for hoisting equipment and the site.
2. Multiple special mounting brackets are available, which saves the installation time and ensures safe and quality installation.
3. The lifting boom adopts cantilever boom structure and variable cross-section materials, featuring more reasonable structural stress and long service life; and it is easier to make different combination of boom length.

- Q: what do sand-hill cranes eat-as far as planting a food source for them?
- Cranes eat fish so unless you know of a fish plant, I would put in a large pond with fish.
- Q: Why does the correspondant keep repeating If i am going to be drowned? IF I am going to be drowned -- if I am going to be drowned -- if I am goi
- Knowledge the dynamics of any social situation and to be able to bend and manipulate the problem for your own conclusion use is a thing that you dream on the you may be in total get a grip on of any situation using Black Ops Hypnosis
- Q: Iv done some research and I cant seem to find a place that might sell jibs locally here in Phoenix. Iv been considering the ProAm DVC 200 crane but I would also like to see others in like a store. If anyone has any info it would be appreciated!
- I went down that path last year in the SF Bay Area in California. I could not find a store that carried any cranes or jibs - so I just started asking around. Stay away from any that use cables to keep the stage steady - we used one at a shoot - setting up is an interesting challenge. I thought I wanted the same unit you are looking at - and decided I needed to trust the crane a bit more with my HDR-FX1... I had to wait longer to save more $, but I really like the crane and tripod kit I ended up with... from Kessler Crane... I never got to see it before I bought it and I was, um... nervous... but I am glad I made the investment - and Eric Kessler is REALLY helpful and great to work with. One of the other cranes I looked at uses a heavy duty PA speaker stand as its tripod base. After watching light trees and PA speakers fall over because of leg failure, I could not bring myself to trust them to hold my camcorder. I can STAND or JUMP on the Kessler tripod and it does not budge. It is rock-steady and really strong. The Hercules head is silk-smooth and the crane-arm and camera stage are steady and easy to manipulate. After a little practice, it now takes me about 10-15 minutes from the time I start unpacking until I am ready to start shooting. That includes mounting the camcorder, setting the counterweights, mounting a portable DVD player with AV-in as the monitor mounted to the tripod-head so I can see what the camcorder is shooting and running the AV, headphone and LANC cables and making the whole thing pretty with velcro strips.
- Q: What does tower crane jacking up mean?
- Attached tower crane upper work structure and the lifting sleeve frame connected to the lifting sleeve frame is installed on the lifting jack.
- Q: hi, i was just looking for a guide to change a full stock to a crane stock on an m4, (its wired to the back)i dont actually have the gun yet im buying it from a freind, so i havnt had a chance to look at it but the the gg gr16-r4i was wondering if its just a m4 with a stock that is wired to the back, how there is the two long screws that run from the back of the buffer tube to the body, then you just switch it out for a crane stock...anyway anything would be great, thanks
- you need a crane stock and a buffer tube for it. the full stock does not use a buffer tube. you simply guide the wires through the buffer tube (once you attach it to the back) and into the stock. then just pu the stock on and put the batteries in and viola! crane stock!
- Q: Do large semi-submersible crane vessels such as the SSCV Thialf propel themselves to work sites or are they carried on heavy-lift ships. I understand they have propulsion systems but the just seem so bulky, inefficient, and slow to move across oceans on their own.
- Very large capacity crane vessels have propulsion machinery for manoeuvring when on station. The most modern designs of semi-submersible vessel use them to achieve 'dynamic positioning'. Older designs used the propulsion systems to assist when deploying the anchors in the correct pattern. The vessels are towed by tugs when making deep sea passages. First generation crane vessels had much smaller lifting capacities and were either constructed on conventional hulls or were converted from existing ships. These types were capable of making ocean passages using their own propelling machinery.
- Q: You see cranes on the floor which rise about 50 metres, but sometimes, when building high sky scrapers, I see cranes on the 70th floor or the 80th floor. How do they put the the crane so high up there when it can only go up high around 60-70 metres?
- these cranes are self raising. as they need to go higher they raise themselves up on hydraulic jacks and another section is bolted in the gap that is left. i hope this will answer your question
- Q: How are those really tall construction cranes assembled ???
- its a truss... they take each piece and attach it... its no hard
- Q: I need to know exactly how much weight they can lift also how much do they weight?how long is thier life-time?in what temprature they can work?does mosture do any harm to them?for installation , do they need foundation?the exact height and width?
- You need to be more specific. The lifting capacities for container cranes varies significantly, as does any other crane. Some of the variation is based purely on load (horsepower) availability; some is based on speed (rpm) for lift/drop portions of the cycle. Cranes like these operate year-round, at ports all over the world. Some ports have average ambient temperatures in the range of 45 C, with highs up to 60 C. Others can be as low an average as 10 C, with a low peak as much as -50 C. Moisture will, over the long haul, harm them - they're metal constructs, and thus are prone to oxidation. Using corrosion-resistant materials and/or coatings will certainly prolong their usable lifespan. The crane drives (electric motors and power electronics) are also susceptible to moisture and other contaminants. All true dockside cranes require some sort of permanent foundation; it's usually part of the pier construction itself. However, there are portable cranes that operate without one. There is also more than one crane manufacturer out there - all will have their trade secrets that will make each look a little different than the rest. It will generally also reflect in their operation parameters, and in their expected life cycle.
- Q: crane operator?
- Category: Cars Transportation Your 'question': crane operator? Possible answers that come to mind. Yes. No. They exist. And my personal favorite, WHAT is your question, and how does it connect to cars and transportation?
