QTZ63(5013) tower crane tower crane is novel hoisting and conveying machinery which is designed by fully utilizing the group technology, the combinational design technology and the finite element analysis technology and taking the tower crane microcomputer design platform as a tool.
The crane is a horizontal-arm-rest trolley-amplitude upper-revolution hydraulic lifting type crane which has the maximum working amplitude of 56m, the independent lifting height of 40m, the adhesion lifting height of 150m, the rated lifting moment of 710kN•m and the maximum lifting moment of 853.2kN•m. All the performance parameters and technical indexes of the crane meet or surpass national standards.
The crane features advanced parameters, excellent and reliable properties, attractive appearance, high quality, simple and practical structures, advanced safety devices, convenient maintenance, safe usage and reasonable prices, and is ideal construction machinery for many construction enterprises.

The lifting boom and balance boom adopt cantilever boom structure, which reduces the hoisting modular and makes it more safe, convenient and flexible to install and uninstall, and reduces the requirements for hoisting equipment and the site.
2. Multiple special mounting brackets are available, which saves the installation time and ensures safe and quality installation.
3. The lifting boom adopts cantilever boom structure and variable cross-section materials, featuring more reasonable structural stress and long service life; and it is easier to make different combination of boom length.

Q: I'm researchign for this demonstration speech on origami and uncovered a legen that says in the Japenese custom if you fold 1000paper cranes you are granted a wish. Just wondering, has anyoen ever tried this? and the outcome?I'm goign to do it this weekend!
There are many stories of this, who is to say if they are true or not. A young girl dying of cancer folded 1000 paper cranes and she miraculously recovered. I don't think it is like a I really hope Jimmy takes me to the prom!! type wishing though. It is a nice thought nonetheless. . . .
Q: how do they make those tall cranes so TALL?
with a taller crane. Some are over 600 feet tall.
Q: How the cranes can stand without any tipping with huge counter weights on its back? If there is no suspended load also the crane is is still stable with huge counter weights on its back. How it can possible? Why crane is not offballencing while we adding extra counter weights on it without any suspended load?
Usually the counterweights can move back and forth on an arm. They are moved toward the crane when there is no load and away from the crane when there is a load. If the counterweights can't move, then the crane must be designed to hold (at least) the minimum counterweights in their fixed location. As the crane gets loaded, the net moment decreases, and then increases in the other direction as more and more load gets added. It is still likely that the maximum design moment when loaded far exceeds the moment due to the counterweights on an unloaded crane.
Q: feminists always point to sexism. but Ive found 3 women here - who say they have experienced no sexism, and were pleasantly surprised by how excepting their largely male co-workers have been -
Because manual work is the domain of the working classes, and the further down the social heirarchy you go, the less effect feminism has had. People from working class backgrounds are more likely to have broadly traditional attitudes towards work. This will change. I know young working class girls who are training to be plumbers and electricians. Hopefully their daughters or granddaughters will be operating cranes and working on building sites.
Q: How do tower cranes rise?
The weight and concrete foundation shall be made in advance and marked, and the ground ground endurance shall be no less than 20T per square meter. The chassis and standard sections are then assembled on this basis. The standard section of tower crane is the main part of the main part of tower crane. It is also the main role of heightening the height of tower crane". In the construction process, tower crane accompanied by the rise of buildings, naturally need to heighten. When the tower is hoisted, the upper frame is raised upwards with the jack up, so that there is a space between the tower body and the frame, and the standard section of the tower body is installed in the space. In this way, the purpose of the tower crane is realized.
Q: What do you think of this?A teenage boy giving a girl 1000 paper cranes to show his love for her, despite the fact that she previously said she just wanted to be friends. They are 14. He just wants to prove it to her that he is unlike any other boy.
dats so sweet .. really
Q: What prior education and skills are needed to become a Crane operator ?
A basic education is required, no need for major courses. Skills however is developed through training. One is communication skills using a radio. Because crane operators have a partner called rigger, who overlooks the movement of crane below while telling instruction to the crane operator. Another skill is synchronization. Crane operators should possessed good movement synchronization and operation of levers and buttons inside his cabin. Another is good eyesight. Lastly, safety skill. Operators should know the capacity or the equipment he is operating and the calibration of the machine he is using.
Q: All these birds are bigger than wild turkey and can fly long distances.
Not answerable as you do not indicate in what area you are considering, weight, wingspan, height? Even in weight it is controversial. The mute swan and Andean Condor weigh in at around 30 pounds. In height it would be the Crane. And wingspan would be the Albatross.
Q: i have a 100 ton american crawler crane. how do i calculate the psf, for this equipment.
Not sure what you are asking exactly... Are you saying that you have a crane with a capacity of 100 tons and you want to know the pressure on the soil where the crane is positioned? In this case, you take the capacity (in pounds) plus the weight of the crane (in pounds) then divide their sum by the area of the tracks on the crane (in square feet). This will result in pounds per square foot or psf as you wrote above. These are example estimates, they may not be anywhere near the correct answer, this is simply how to do the calculation. Assumed Capacity 100 ton = 200,000 lbs. Assumed Weight 105 ton = 210,000 lbs. Assumed Area of Track = 200 square feet Note: 1 U.S. ton = 2,000 pounds = 2,000 lbs. 410,000 lbs / 200 square feet = 2,050 psf There's a start, now you just need to find out how much it actually weighs and how long and wide the tracks are to get the area of the track on the ground. I hope that answers the question you were asking.
Q: What are the requirements for jack up and plus section of jack up tower crane?
Shall conform to:1, tower crane has not reached the standard free height or attachment, not to the standard suspension height;2. The standard section of tower crane jacking must be the size of the original production;3, tower crane jacking work must be carried out by the professional installation team;4 tower crane jacking up, the wind must be less than four.Answer the 1 floor:The height of the self elevating tower crane is built up by other cranes like building blocks.
