Q: Is there a such thing as a scaffold fracture?: Are you sure you didn't mean to say Scaphoid Fracture. The scaphoid process is a projection coming from your Scapula(shoulder Blade), that connects with the clavicle( )and humerus(arm). Hope this helps thanks.

Q: I got my scaffold/industrial piercing today..about 4 or 5 hours ago and The glands in my neck are now swollen pretty bad..I usually suffer with swollen glands but not this much..is this from the piercing?? Is it dangerous? Also my ear still stings is that normal?Thanks in advance: Gosh Industrial do harm I'm now not going to lie. Cartilage piercings do not harm. But industrials are quite tough to handle. If you'll be able to manage affliction then get it. They're valued at it however they do harm.

Q: how long sould you wait to dye your hair after getting a scaffold piercing?: I'd leave it until its fully healed. If it isn't healed then if you get the dye in the holes it can make it infected. I had a cartridge piercing and dyed my hair and it got infected and I had to take it out and now I have a big lump on my ear. Q: I Got my scaffolding piercied 3 weeks ago i think or 2 , and school starts soon and im doing gcse pe :| loool i need to know how i can hide it ? and if i can just put tape over the balls will they care about the bar in the middle? please help me haha would it be easier to just wear clear balls ? because then im not actually taking the piercing out so it wont get infected or anything?: Have you got long hair? Tie your hair in a loose ponytail at the bottom of your neck, without putting any hair behind your ears. This is what my friend did for work, it worked for her. The reason you can't wear jewellery in school is 'health and safety', so just having clear balls won't make a difference. Can you get a clear TFT bar as well as balls? that would probably help hide it. Best of luck!

Q: Okay well it's been 4 weeks now and I think that the front part is infected I'm not sure. But just next to the piercing there's a bump in my ear and puss comes out, but it's not that much. How can I tell if it is infected? And if it is, is there anything I can do about it? Thanks. :): It may be getting infected, I would just put alchoal on a Q-tip and rub it on at night and in the morning. Good luck (:

Q: I'm wanting a scaffold piercing so i can wear it with a bar or 2 rings. Could i get it PIERCED with the 2 rings to begin with or do i have to have a bar for the first few weeks/months?: My friend wanted the same thing done so she asked the piercer and he pierced one side of her top ear first and a week later she went back and got the other side pierced. She got used to the rings being in for 2 weeks and then put a bar in. Beware though as the bar that is put into your ear can make your skin grow around it, I still have two lumps on my ear from where the piercing went dodgy and so has my friend. I want it done again though! :)
