- Q: In the U.S.I live in Illinois as well so... yeah :DThank you!
- I paid around $55 +tip for mine but it varies from place to place...just call the place you plan on going to and ask them how much they charge.
- Q: i had it done 2/3 months ago, it was fine at first but now on each end i have two lumps on my ear:S there relitavely smal...the size of like a really tiny pea.there really painfull and sore and quite red and sometimes they scab over with yellowy crust [yes i know sounds disguisting]im just a bit worried that its gone all weird or are these normal? am i cleaning it right?
- I had the same situation occur when I got my scaffold/industrial done. I wouldn't be too concerned. The lumps are called hypertrophic scars, and supposedly they are pretty common and are caused by overcleaning, harsh products, or (as I think was my case) general irritation from the jewelry moving repeatedly back and forth through the piercing or being bumped around or rubbed/touched. Mine lasted quite a long time. Try leaving your piercing alone for a couple of days. Then salt water solutions or compresses are supposed to help the lumps to heal, and I also used tea tree oil and neosporine intermittently. Hot compresses like a heated washcloth applied to the area help to reduce the lumps, as well. Sometimes it's recommended to try another type of jewelry, like titanium, or switch temporarily to two separate bars. You might also try finding a really gentle cleanser/soap. I just kept my original piercing, using the above techniques off and on, and after months of the lumps remaining red and sore, they just went away totally. Just keep your eye out for any pussing (hypertrophic scars ooze, but they don't usually pus), increased swelling, and the area feeling very hot- these are signs of infectiona nd you should see your doc right away. Good luck! :)
- Q: Scaffolding installation process, construction preparation
- Construction preparation(1): steel pipe should be consistent with current national standard "carbon structural steel" (GB/T700) regulations Q235- grade steel; new steel pipe should be the product quality certificate; steel surface should be flat and smooth, no cracks, scarring, delamination, dislocation, bend, burr, indentation and scratch depth, pipe diameter deviation not more than -0.5mm, the wall thickness deviation not greater than -0.5mm, cutting slope deviation not greater than 1.7mm, the steel surface should be brushed with antirust paint; old steel corrosion depth not greater than 0.5mm, more than the prescribed steel shall not be used.(2): buckle made of malleable iron fasteners, the material should be consistent with current national standard "steel pipe scaffolding fasteners" (GB15831) regulations; old buckle inspect before use, shall not have cracks, deformation, bolt appear smooth silk must be replaced; new and old fastener must brush good antirust paint.(3) foot board: the use of 4m long wooden foot board; foot width of not less than 200mm, the thickness is not less than 50mm, both ends should be set with a diameter of 4mm galvanized steel hoop two; rotten feet can not be used.(4) safety net, paint.(5) after the inspection and acceptance of the above parts have been classified and piled up in a neat and orderly manner, no water can be accumulated.2, scaffolding erection and removal(1) scaffold erection
- Q: Find the demolishing scheme of scaffold
- Removal of scaffolding shall comply with the following requirements:11.2.1 removal operations must be carried out from top to bottom, prohibited from top to bottom operation at the same time;11.2.2 even wall pieces must be removed with the scaffolding layer by layer, is strictly prohibited even after the first wall or a few layers of the demolition of the dismantling of scaffolding; demolition of the height difference should not be greater than 2 steps, such as the height difference is greater than the 2 step, should be added to strengthen the wall;
- Q: I had my scaffold pierced yesterday and now it is swollen and red. Its throbbing and painful. I have cleaned it and applied ice and antiseptic spray.I don't own any sea salt.HELP ME! I'M SO TEMPTED TO REMOVE IT.
- Antiseptics are too harsh for a healing piercing, the pain, swelling and redness is completely normal. Stop using antiseptic and go to the grocery store to get some non-iodized sea salt, its only a few dollars and you can find it in the spice aisle where the regular salt is.
- Q: Cantilever beam type scaffolding can not exceed the maximum number of not married
- The surface of the board and the bottom of the board should be treated with additional reinforcement.Scaffolding (scaffold) refers to the construction site for the workers to operate and solve the vertical and horizontal transport and erection of various stents. The general term of the construction industry, refers to the construction site used in the external walls, interior decoration or high level can not be directly construction. Mainly in order to work or work on the construction of the perimeter of the safety net enclosure and high altitude installation components, etc., is put on the shelf, scaffolding materials are usually made of bamboo, wood, steel or synthetic materials, etc..
- Q: Scaffold removal should comply with those requirements......
- 3 removal of safety technical measures should be made clear to each operator. 4 removal of the scaffolding materials, debris and ground obstacles, and will be affected by the mechanical and electrical equipment and other pipelines, such as removal or protection.
- Q: I've wanted an industrial/scaffold piercing for ages! My mum is finally looking into letting me have it done. Any advice about it? How can I hide it for school? What's the healing time? :) thank you for any feed back.
- Healing time is generally 6 months. It doesn't hurt to get it pierced but it's very sensitive after its pierced, DO NOT roll the bar around cuz you can damage the cartilage that way, and keep it super clean
- Q: why scaffold need for inspected within the preceding 7 days and after adverse weather condition?
- It is a work safety issue. Past experience has shown that scaffolding sometimes gets modified by unqualified people (or weather) resulting in injury or death.
- Q: A 520 kg box sits 1.4 m from the left end. What is the tension in the right hand side wire? (g = 9.8 m/s2) ____________ Newtons
- Because the scaffold is not moving, we can assume that the net Torque acting on the scaffold equals zero. Net Torque = 0 torque = Force x distance (d) Use the left end of the scaffold as the center point. This will eliminate the Torque caused by the left wire (d = 0, so torque = 0) There are now three forces creating torque on the scaffold. There is the weight (m x g) of the scaffold, at 3.5m from the left end. m1 x g x 3.5m There is the weight of the crate, located 1.4m from the left end: m2 x g x 1.4m These two torques are countered by the torque caused by the Tension (T) of the right wire, located 7m from the left side. T x 7m The sum of these torques is zero. (T x 7m) - (m1 x g x 3.5m) - (m2 x g x 1.4m) = zero solve for T T = ((m1 x g x 3.5m) + (m2 x g x 1.4m)) / 7m T = ((115kg x 9.8m/s^2 x 3.5m) + (520kg x 9.8m/s^2 x 1.4m)) = 1.58 x 10^3 N Hope this helps.
