What's the steps of PVC UPVC Window and Door construction
Aluminum or PVC (UPVC) window is being made from Aluminum or UPVC profile, window accessories and glass.
To produce an Aluminum or PVC window you have to do the following steps:
Cut the profiles (Aluminum or uPVC Profile, reinforcement and Glazing bead)
Put reinforcement profile inside the uPVC profiles
Screw reinforcement profile into PVC profile
End mill the mullions
Open holes for door handles, sash fastener channels and espagnolette
Weld uPVC profile or Crimping Aluminum profile
Clean the welded corners of uPVC windows

- Q:A lot of the mail I get has a plastic window where the recipient's address is shown underneath. Up to this point, I have been tearing out the plastic and throwing just the paper part of the envelope in the recycle. Is that neccessary? To what extent do recycling plants filter what's coming in?
- The tons of paper that goes through recycling centers would have a very small percentage of plastic from the average thoughtful recycler. If you ask the recycling center, they may generally say not to include any plastic material, including window envelopes. My center told me as much. However, they do not refuse paper because of window envelopes. Business recyclers do not sort their paper recycling materials and recycling is still encouraged. Some window envelopes are already recycled and appropriate for recycling. Look for the recycling symbol. If you are really concerned you may follow the step that someone I know uses - she cuts out all the plastic windows with a scissor and then recycles only the white paper. - Q:There is a tear in my drivers side window at the bottom where the plastic is covered by the fabric, but the fabric is coming lose and the tear is starting to show and open itself to elements. Also, this window zipper only closes and opens one way, going the other way the teeth will not connect, any ideas? Also, there is a larger 4-5 inch tear in my rear plastic window right under where the zipper releases the plastic from the fabric. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Is there another method that I can try? Is there any kind of spray or dye? Also, I would like mirror tint. Is that possible? The plastic can flex a little, so it has to be able to withstand that.I don't have to worry about whether or not the tint complies with the law. So, there are no restrictions.

- confident you may... yet do not. it is going to take you a minimum of three tries to get it to look halfways good and except you will get actual each and every bubble out and each factor suited, it is going to peel off finally do to the flex of the backside window. in simple terms my 2 cents, regardless of if it won't seem the way you like it to.

- THIS IS ASSUMING YOU MEAN THE HALF TOP PLASTIC WINDOWS ON THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER DOORS, BUT IT ALSO WORKS ON THE REARS TOO. GO TO A POOL SUPPLY STORE (YES POOL SUPPLY) AND GET A LINER PATCH. THEY COME IN CLEAR MATERIAL, AND THE BEST THING IS, IT'S WATERPROOF!! (USED ON POOLS) NAD IF YOU ARE VERY CAREFUL WHEN APPLYING THE SEALANT, IT LOOKS LIKE A FUZZY SPOT ON THE WINDOW.

- Like privacy screen? We have that on one side of our deck. I've also seen what appears to be sheet plastic on entire porches and then they call it a Florida room. Of course I live in FL so that may have something to do with it.
- Q:I put up fly nets with adhesive velcro strips (were included in the package) on my plastic window frames. That was last year. The glue on the velcro has now turned to dust (literally) leaving dark, pinkish black stains on the white plastic where the sun hit the velcro. Is there any way to remove or bleach these stains? I tried chlorine but that didn't work.
- You can get rid of the glue residue with Goo Gone. Wipe on. Let sit for about a half an hour. Then scrub with a plastic dish scrubber and wipe off with wet paper towels. Good luck. -
