- it worked good for me here in florida till the wading birds walked in and poked holes in the plastic with their toenails ..then i made the walls strait up and down and put sand on the bottom that solved that problem

- you do not need to have special paint unless you are wanting a certain look. If you are wanting it to look like it has almost a crackle look, using plastic sheeting would be an easy way. If you are just wanting to almost blend 2 colors, they make this 2 headed roller that comes with a certain paint tray that you would pour 2 different colors in and put them on the wall at the same time. It is a really nice look. You could also do this with a sponge and a regular roller but this would probably take you longer to do. But any type of idea like that, you wouldn't need a specific type of paint unless you're going for a certain look.

- I wouldn't recommend roof tar. Roof tar is made for water that is running off quickly not water that's going to be standing in place for a long time. I'd recommend getting a sealer like the first person stated.
- Q:when you go into a huge refrigerator thats door remains open and has plastic ribbons for insulation
- Standard is PU Foam, but elite cool boxes use Patented Ultratherm. Both are CFC free
- Q:I'm planning on custom building an aquarium lid for my 10 gallon. Where should I go or who should I ask to find out where to get a flat piece of plastic similar to the plastic regular lids are made out of, maybe a little thicker?
- Lowes or Home Depot would have this. Any home improvement store should. What you want are sheets of acrylic, and they come in predetermined sizes and thicknesses. If there isn't 1 in the size you need, you can have it cut there, or do it yourself. Just a piece of advice, get a sheet a little thicker than you think you actually need. The acrylic will bow over time if there's no center support if the tank you're covering is 24 inches or more. That's the smallest that I've used acrylic for myself, and I had to keep flipping the covers to keep them flat.
- Q:In my 8th grade art class my teacher had us do a project that involved contrast. We had to use this type of paper and cut out parts of the white so that the black would show through and there would be contrast between the full white and full black areas. I can't remember the name of it and would like to get some for hobby purposes. It was a black sheet of something that was sort of plastic-like and was somewhat reflexive. Then directly on top of that was a sheet of normal paper stuck to the black sheet. If anyone could tell me the name of this paper that would be great. Also if there are any common stores that I could get it at. Maybe Michaels?
