PRODUCT INTRO

Smooth travel and lift with excellent controls to reduces product damages and increases productivity.
Lift limit switch operates at maximum lift height to shut off pump motor.
A heavy-duty 24-volt electrical system provides good travel and lift speeds.
High quality hydraulic pump assures very little noise, maximum efficiency and durability.
Drive units is equipped with an electromagnetic brake that is spring applied and electrically released. The brake is activated by the control handle position. The handle is ergonmically designed with a raise, lower and horn button.
Speed automatically reduces when driving with the forks at a height of 12" or higher.
Small turn radius makes it suitable for narrow passage ways.
The CURTIS electronic controller helps provide plenty of low end torgue while in creasing the motor and battery life.
Foot pedal reduces fatigue.
Double Pallet lifting to increase productivity.
Avoid the pallet rubbing the ground.
Conforms to EN 1726-1 and EN 1175-1

Q: This book was published in 1927 by John Deere Corp., the first of a series for use in schools. It is now mainly of interest to collectors of antique farm machinery.

Q: Write 3 machines you hate the most and give reasons why?!!!thanks!(not cars, others)
Any kind of dangerous shop tool... Table saws Compound miter saws Belt sanders When I was in shop class I was always paranoid of cutting my hand off.
Q: I live near a forestry reserve, some of the plantations are being harvested. In photography we have to make a photobook, mine is based on forestry machinery. I have photos already but these were only taken when the machinery are stationery and the workers have finished for the day. Any suggestions on how I could get a few good photos of these magnificent machines while they are in action? I live in the green triangle area, most of the plantations are managed by forestry SA, this is an Australian company, so if you are Canadian or come from another country with a lot of experience in the field of pine felling, your thoughts would be most appreciated!
Show up in the middle of the day, when they're still working. (Is this a trick question?)
Q: What Has More Bang In The Republican Machinery Endorsment by Rush Limbaugh or Blessing by Rev Pat Robertson?
Robertson could desire to have admitted up front that he would not pay attention to Limbaugh. He, such as you apparently, found out what Limbaugh pronounced from a 0.33 social gathering. in case you honestly listened to hurry Limbaugh, you're able to understand that he pronounced he needs Obama's regulations to fail, simply by fact Rush believes they're incorrect for the rustic. can no longer you notice the version? Open your strategies slightly and attempt to appreciate what somebody on the different section is asserting, for Pete's sake. Did you go with Bush's regulations to succeed? Or did you b**** and moan approximately them for the final 8 years? it is the comparable element.
Q: Just thread pipes? Is that all they do because thats what I keep hearing
The duties performed by MRs include: repairing and operating auxiliary machinery; calculating time and material needed for machine shop work and the repairing of auxiliary machinery; drawing sketches and preparing specifications for replacement parts; working from sketches and specifications to produce replacement parts; operating machine shop equipment, such as lathes, drill presses, shapers, bench grinders, milling machines, boring mills, power hacksaws and computer numerically controlled machinery; working with precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, depth gauges, verniers, calipers, gauge blocks, protractors and dial indicators; engraving metal and other materials; performing electroplating and flame spraying operations.
Q: Must be in machinery.
Produces heat. Wears components out.
Q: Why is hydraulic machinery so effective???
The simple reason is that Hydraulics utilizes fluid as opposed to Pneumatics (air) although both are referred to as fluid power , the liquid normally oil used in hydraulics is simply uncompressible. SO THE FLUID is essentially stronger than STEEL when a pump pushes the oil to a device like a cylinder, imagine the fluid being a solid BAR of STEEL say 6 inches in diameter, it is literally like pushing a bar of steel. Heavy equipment say could normally operate at say 2500 PSI out of the pump, since the pump pressure is essetially regulated, it is simply a matter of selecting the desired force and sizing say the cylinder (for instance) appropriatey. Since: Force = Pressure (pump pressure) times Area (of the cylinder) The forces are absolutely staggering with a quarter of a million pounds force off a 10 cylinder at 2500 psi pump output. the chart below may not have been converted properly, but if you work the equations, you will see that the incompressibility of the fluid is the secret to limitless amounts of power. Usually safety is the only limiting concern with hydraulics as it is easy to die working close to anything with such reserve and speed. Cylinder bore Force at 2500 psi 2 7,850 lbs 3 17,663 lbs 4 31,400 lbs 5 49,063 lbs 670,650 lbs 7 96,163 lbs 8 125,600 lbs 9 158,963 lbs 10 258,750lbs Pneumatics are faster usually, BUT NEVER as powerful due to the compressible nature of air.
Q: i found a large rock in the woods in WV. there was a crack on one side of it with little crystals growing in it. the other side is hollow (probley somewhere 2-6in. thick) . i was told that there might be some larger crystals in that cavity. but it is so deep in the woods we only has acces to hand tools and any thing we can carry
If there is a tree nearby, rig up a rope/pulley thing. Over the rock, suspend a heavy weight. Have a knot or something on the rope so the weight will only fall to about halfway down the hieght of the rock. (you don't want to crush it)Using the pulley(s) to help lift the weight, bring it up over the rock. Let it fall as often as needed to break the rock.
Q: Okay I went to google and looked up machinery accidents for some odd reason and I came across a pretty gruesome image. I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on it, like who the man was, what type of machine this was and other things.
Have you tried visiting the site that posted the image?
Q: how have you seen the heavy machinery industry change over the last years, and how do you think it'll change in the next 10 years?, specifically with respect to concrete mixers and asphalt production. in U.S. and other countries.
I just got out of that line of work... grade construction, actually. The biggest thing I've noticed... you remember all the immigrants who came over here and started work as laborers or doing the dirty work? Well those guys pretty much run all the machines now. I'm not trying to sound racist, but the problem there is that they're willing to work for far less money than a lifelong U.S. citizen. That makes companies not want to hire as many of us. Why would they? They're saving money.
