- Q: Has anyone else ever noticed how much more timid women are with working around noisy power equipment, guns, and machinery than men are? Do they feel overpowered by this stuff or something? Note: This doesn't apply to all women, as I do know of several women that aren't afraid of these things. Although, most of those I've talked with told me that they were afraid at first and then they got used to it over time.
- I think because women are less physically strong, we're scared, yeah. I'm over it, have used tons of power tools, my Daddy's awesome with tools/building so we've spent a bunch of time together doing things he enjoys, which meant I learned to use power tools. Turns men on when women use power tools, I wonder why that is? Even my Daddy loves when my Mamma uses a saw or something haha Yet, he gets pretty angry when we're out int he summer and people walk by the house and stare while I'm working haha =o) The table saw, I still have never once used that, he warned me it could possibly snap my wrist...that was enough to keep me away from it! o_O
- Q: I'm currently working for a construction company Monday-Saturday. We occasionally use heavy machinery, like bulldozers and industrial forklifts, but don't have anyone who can fully operate then so we have to hire ab operator, costing the company more money. I was wondering what schools or any courses I can take either after work or on Sundays to get certified in southern California. If you guys have any places or advice to give it would be appreciated. :)

- Q: In law, how many years of depreciation of construction machinery? (excavator)
- (three) appliances, tools, furniture, etc., which are related to the production and operation activities, are 5 years (four) vehicles other than aircraft, trains and ships; for 4 years; (five) electronic equipment, for 3 years.
- Q: The mechanical engineer applies for the condition English to say is must four above, but I did not achieve 4 levels, may have other ways
- It has nothing to do with the English class four. The mechanical engineer is divided into three parts: English, computer, and professional knowledge. English is very simple, probably on the college entrance examination, English is generally difficult to pass.
- Q: I'm an aspiring artist and think that cutting gemstones would be really cool and fun. Are there any non-expensive tools that I could use to get a feel for the art? I looked online for awhile, and it seems the only way is to grind gems is on a grinding wheel, and that freaks me out somewhat ;-) . Also, what gems would you recommend for my first try? Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
- hi an straightforward thank you to do it is to soak it in vinegar over night then replaced into off with heat soapy water make certain extremely dry earlier putting away back The vinegar is an exceedingly gentle acid it won't influence your sliver plate yet will influence the grease and dirt that assemble on it desire this helps
- Q: Would it be considerd against ethics to use city owned equipment for the athletic club dept, which is a county owned school? This equipment is being used after hours and weekends too for athletic club use.
- If you don't have permission it could be considered theft of city equipment and services. Especialy when something breaks. Even though it isn't your fault. Ask your supervisor about it. Being a nice guy can get you in serious trouble sometimes.
- Q: Why do many medications caution the consumer not to operate heavy machinery?
- because the medications can cause drowsiness and you need your wits about you to operate heavy machinery in which you might lose a finger if you make a mistake.
- Q: Just wanted to know what do you do daily? And how long are you gone during deployments?
- I'm guessing doing upkeep on machinery, fixing broken parts ect ect. As for deployments, usually six months every two/three years depending on what boat your assigned to. However, some do go out infrequently and for shorter periods of time(three months on three months off)
