Brief Introduction of Raymond Mill:

Raymond Mill(Raymond Grinder) is relevant towards the grinding and processing of more than 280 types of non-flammable and non-explosive materials with hardness lower than 7 and humidity lower than 6% in mining, construction ,chemical industry and metallurgy, such as barite, calcite, feldspar, talcum, marble, limestone, clay, glass. The fineness from the finished product could be adjusted from 100 mesh to 325 mesh according to specific requirements of clients.

Working Principle of Raymond Mill:

Load the stuff for grinding evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber of the main frame. Due to the centrifugal force in rotation, the roller swings outward and presses closely upon the ring. The shovel carries the stuff to the space between the roller and ring. When the roller rolls, the stuff is thus grinded.
After being grinded, the stuff is to be routed to the sorter along the wind belt of the blower and the rough powder will be put back to the grinder for regrinding. The fine powder flows into the product cyclone collector together with airflow and is expelled from the powder output pipe as product.
In the grinding chamber, since the stuff may contain moisture to some extent, the heat generated during grinding makes the moisture evaporated; since the pipeline joints are not airtight, the external air is sucked in and the circulation air mass increases. In order to enable the grinder to work under negative pressures, the increased airflow is guided to the deduster anew sequentially to the atmosphere after purification.

Raymond Mill Structural Characteristics:

1.The machine adopts electromagnetic vibrating feeder, which ensures even and regular feeding.Raymond mill is easy to adjust, small in dimension, light in weight, with lower oil and power consumption and easy to maintain.
2.The transmission device of the main unit is equipped with an in depth gearbox which ensures its smooth transmission and reliable operation. Attendance of operater is not required within the mill operating room because the adoption of advanced central control console switch.
3.The complete raymond grinder is of a standing structure. Raymond mill features small occupying space and strong integration capacity. Raymond mill can take shape a completely independent production system from the lump materials , crushing to finished powder and packaging.
4.Every one of the finished particles use a good uniformity of fineness, with passing screen rate as high as 98%. This is what other machine cannot reach.

Q:How come when working with machinery that vibrates alot ,such as a tiller, your hands feel itchy?
I've noticed this, too. Don't know why it does this. It feels a little weird and is not very pleasant. I don't much care for it.
Q:when is the next machinery handbook due to be released? 30th edition I believe.?
Sometime between today and the end of time.
Q:Machinery poll: Exactly what job does a piledriver accomplish?
great old school wrestling move....oh wait and helps me last a little longer than other ...ahem positions
Q:What kind of industry does the machine industry refer to?
The main products of the machinery industry include the following agricultural machinery: tractors, seeding machines, harvesting machinery and so on. Heavy duty mining machinery: metallurgical machinery, mining machinery, lifting machinery, handling machinery, industrial and mining vehicles, cement equipment. Construction machinery: forklifts, shovel handling machinery, compaction machinery, concrete machinery, etc.. The general petrochemical machinery, oil drilling machinery, oil machinery, chemical machinery, pump, blower, valve, gas compressor, refrigeration and air conditioning machinery, paper machinery, printing machinery, plastic processing machinery, pharmaceutical machinery etc..
Q:A heavy piece of machinery is raised by sliding it a distance d = 12.5 m along a plank oriented at angle θ = 20.0° to the horizontal, as shown below.(a) How high above its original position is it raised? m(b) How far is it moved horizontally? m
The trigonometry of a right-angled triangle .. (a) Height = 12.50.sin20 .. .. .. ?h = 4.28 m (b) Horiz.distance (triangle base) = 12.50 s20 .. .. ?11.75 m
Q:Why havent this issue been on the news?? i mean, who is doing most work at factories to day? man or machine. Machines are. It aint odd that people cant find jobs. Today i saw the garbage truck picking up the garbage. Last year they had 3 guys standing in the back of the truck. this year its a robotic arm picking up the garbage and there for 3guys propably lost their jobs. Why aint this issue raised? can capitalism survive if the machines does most off the industrial work?sorry about the bad english
First, don't sweat it. This is yahoo answers, not ask a grammar nazi convention. Any old yahoo can give you his $0.02 for 2 points. Can you go around blaming machines? Sure. Back when light bulbs were invented, people that used to go through town and light lamps were out of a job. Plumbing destroyed the water carrying industry. People spent their entire lives training to be expert swordsmen before the rifle made them obsolete. And you can bet people complained each and every time technology put them out of a job. But today, people make light bulbs, pipes, and rifles. And people make, repair, and use our machines in factories. This kind of unemployment - John Henry I like to call it, and it's older than dirt - is never very high, but that's no comfort if it happened to you, right? This might be though: that swordsman that picks up a rifle will be a better soldier than anyone else, even though he might not be the best marksman. What I'm saying, is that if you've got skills, and the world changes, you've still got skills, you just need to find a new way to use them.
Q:What is the huge machine that they use to load and/or dirt when digging huge projects. It has wheels that are over 4 feet tall. It's sole purpose is to transport the excavated dirt/rocks. Your help is appreciated.
It's called a really big dump truck.
Q:what are deck machinery comprised of, their uses and operation.
Raising and lowering the anchor, pulling in the mooring lines, etc.
Q:Is there a site in the internet or any e-book that will tell me how to make things? like software engineering or mechanical engineering? Maybe a step by step instruction book on how to invent.Same with programming...I would like that too!
College
Q:like a kettle, for example.
If the product was made on an assembly line, it was made by computer controlled machinery, because virtually everything in the factory has computers controlling the assembly line. However, your kettle might not be made by CCM. Somethings like that are made by hand. I know a bunch of tools that are made by hand, some fabrics are woven by machines that are not controlled by computers.
