Product Overview
The comprehensive technical performance and economic indicator of PP-R are much better than galvanized pipe, UPVC pipe, polyethylene-aluminum compound pipe, PE-X (cross-linked polyethylene) and polybutylene pipe etc. For this reason PP-R is the leading products and widely used for feed-water piping in developed countries in Europe and America.
Nowadays PPR pipes win more attention and have been used all over the whole world more widely with its excellent sanitization performance, high heat resistance, compression resistance, corrosion resistance, pliability and seismic performance which make PP-R the real environmental friendly pipe

- Q: Do not pipe plastic pipe connection
- Buy a metal. With the elbow sealing machine and plastic pipe connected together by threads in the two ends and two pipes on the line.
- Q: Just curious, when there is only a bit of toothpaste left, I have to squeeze little by little from bottom up. But then after using it, I'll have to do the same thing next time around. Obviously the toothpaste has to settle down the tube. Why and how does it do that?
- The plastic material has internal stresses that retain the shape it was cast in originally. Since it is attached to a round head it tends to form a sort of flattened cone. The toothpaste moves back up the tube to fill the available space as it is a type of really thick fluid. The shape may also lead to the toothpaste moving upwards due to capillary action (similar to how water moves up a very thin straw) To combat this effect, you can buy a little squeezy thing that rolls over the tube to prevent the toothpaste from moving backwards, or you can fold/bend it over as you use it like many people do. I store mine upright on the cap so the toothpaste settles at the end I squeeze it out of. The tube also uses less counter space when you store it upright as compared to laid over on its side.
- Q: What are the common uses for plastic tubes in construction?
- Plastic tubes are commonly used in construction for various purposes such as plumbing, electrical conduit, ventilation systems, and drainage systems. They provide durability, flexibility, and resistance to corrosion and chemicals, making them suitable for a wide range of applications in the construction industry.
- Q: I hate the plastic tubes. They're fiddly awkward to use, especially as they get near running out. Metal was SOOO much easier. Just roll up the tube it stays rolled up. Just squeeze the metal it doesn't pop right up as soon as you release the pressure, but stays down. Basically metal packaging was right for the job. Plastic tubes are a poor, inadequate alternative, I hate them.It can't be due to cost, since so many drinks are still sold in metal cans, if it was down to the cost all the metal cans would be replaced with cheaper plastic alternatives, but they're not.So what is the reason it's only plastic for toothpaste now?
- It is due to cost. Drinks used to be sold in steel cans and glass bottles, now they are sold in aluminum cans and plastic bottles, due to cost. You can buy a plastic clip to put on the toothpaste tube to solve your problem.
- Q: my whole family has forgorten what they are called and i want to buy one
- In the past, they were known as habitrails. Tubes is another common name for them. Hamsters and gerbils like those round balls they crawl around in as well.(hamster balls.)
- Q: What are the advantages of using plastic tubes in packaging?
- There are several advantages of using plastic tubes in packaging. Firstly, plastic tubes are lightweight, making them easy to handle and transport. They also offer excellent protection to the contents inside, preventing damage from external factors such as moisture, light, or air. Plastic tubes are versatile and can be customized in terms of size, shape, and color, allowing for attractive and visually appealing packaging options. Additionally, plastic tubes are cost-effective and offer good shelf life for products. Overall, plastic tubes provide convenience, durability, and flexibility in packaging, making them a preferred choice for many industries.
- Q: Are plastic tubes resistant to discoloration?
- Yes, plastic tubes are generally resistant to discoloration due to their durable and non-reactive properties.
- Q: What are the disadvantages of using plastic tubes?
- One major disadvantage of using plastic tubes is their environmental impact. Plastic tubes are often made from non-biodegradable materials, contributing to the global plastic pollution crisis. Additionally, plastic tubes require significant amounts of energy to produce, increasing carbon emissions and contributing to climate change. Furthermore, plastic tubes can be prone to leaching harmful chemicals, such as BPA, which can pose health risks. Finally, plastic tubes are less durable than alternatives like metal or glass, making them more susceptible to wear and tear, leading to frequent replacements and increased waste generation.
- Q: Are plastic tubes tamper-evident?
- Yes, plastic tubes can be made tamper-evident by incorporating features such as seals, shrink bands, or breakable tabs that clearly indicate if the tube has been tampered with.
- Q: Are plastic tubes resistant to abrasion or scratching?
- Plastic tubes, depending on the type of plastic used, can vary in their resistance to abrasion and scratching. Some plastics like polyethylene or PVC can have good resistance to abrasion, making them suitable for applications that involve contact with rough surfaces. However, other plastics may be more susceptible to scratching or abrasion, especially when exposed to sharp or abrasive objects. Therefore, it is important to consider the specific type of plastic used when determining its resistance to abrasion or scratching.
