- Q: i know where the power,remote,rca,and ground go but how do i wire the speakers do i hook it up to the stereo or do i just take off the wire from the speakers and then hook up the amp to the speakers???

- 1) pull out the speaker covers by using a flat head screwdriver. 2) push off the covers. 3) in the trunk push out the clips in back of the speaker holder. 4)remove the holder and replace it on the new speakers. 5)snap the speaker holder back in and replace the covers 6) next your going to have to wire it up and your done.

- If your computer speakers have a regular input like any headphones do, you're fine. I use computer speakers as my iPod speakers, and my iPod works fine. I only have the iPod Classic, but friends have used their Touches with my speakers, and nothing went wrong at all. If your speakers are the regular kind with the same input as headphones, then you're fine.

- The speakers are rated at 180 watts, meaning that would be the most they can handle safely. Beyond that amount, heavy distortion and damage can occur. If you get a 200 watt stereo or receiver, you have to look at how that is spread over the number of channels (outputs) 100 x 2, 50 x 4. The more power you have the louder and harder you can drive the speakers. More power- less volume (volume knob on low). Less power-more volume needed (turn volume up).

- uhm. speakers dont come with speaker cables. with the exception of them theater in a box. buy speaker and get speaker cable in a spool and cut to length. unless you DO have the theater in a box and you have the speaker that has a composite jack at the end. then you need to do some work by rewiring the wires.

- A friend of mine has a bose system. One time he dropped one of the speakers and it broke. So he called bose was honest with them and told them what happened, and they sent him a brand new speaker so he could have a complete system. Maybe they'll do that for you too.
