For honeycomb Panel, we use Polycarbonate, Acyrlic, PETG to produce outer up and down panel, use
polycarbonate, Aluminum, Texture,plant and so on for Honeycomb Core or Interlayer

- Q: I want to be able to cut it with scissors and I want it to be bendable, but I want it to hold its shape.Here's the use...I'm basically making a very large funnel-type thing out of 4 PVC.I cut several 12 strips longways around one side of the PVC, heated it and bent the strips out 45 degrees.Now I need semi-pliable thin plastic sheets cut into triangles to epoxy around the inside to the strips to make it solid. I also considered using the clear rubber/plastic floor mat stuff, but I think it might stretch and also considered the plastic gutter material but I think the plastic used for 2 liter bottles would work the best.Any ideas?

- Sheet protectors do just that, protect the sheets that are inside them. So, what I'm guessing you have is a scrapbook album with the sheet protectors inside. You would mount your photos to cardstock or background scrapbook paper and slide the finished page into the page protector. Depending on the size of your book, you may have to cut the cardstock/paper down. Paper comes in 8 1/2 x 11 and 12 x 12. That is standard. If you go to the scrapbook/craft store you can see a lot of options, from solid colors to decorative paper. Select your background paper and then attach your photos to it using adhesive from the scrapbook aisle. You want acid-free, lignin-free and archival safe products (pens, glue, tape, paper, etc) so it will last and last and not fade or yellow. You can make your pages as elaborate as you want. I usually choose a background, matte my photos on cardstock, add a journal box and some embellishments. If these terms are over your head, take a class at the craft/scrapbook store and it will help you get started. There are layout books that are helpful too. Start simply and go from there. Good luck.
- Q: I can't think of the name of this material at the moment and have searched the net to no avail so far. They are made to look like tiles/slates but come in sheets measuring about 8x4 ft. They are light by comparison with the real thing and would suit the roof I need to cover. Can anyone refer me to a website dealing with them or give me any details as to how they are installed? Thanks for the info!!!
- There are many kinds of polycarbonate and steel corrugated roof panels on the market, and where I live they don't meet the building codes. They are fine for an outbuilding, porch, greenhouse, or polebarn, but not for use on a habitated structure. Make a call to the local building inspector and ask him, also ask him if they are acceptable for your intended use.
