—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

- Sure. Lino does not crack(unless you give it 50 years of aging) But the lino on a roll is the best route to go. Not tile squares so much(you can do it that way but it is a bother).

- Are you talking about vinyl tile? If so, the old tile is probably discolored from age, and ware. There's nothing you can do about that, but you can take another old tile from a place that's not noticeable, like under a piece of furniture, and put it where you put the new one, then put the new one in the place where you removed the old one from, and it's not to noticeable. If you're talking about ceramic or clay tile, there may be a way to refinish the old ones to make them look new, but you'd have to check with a tile place to find out.

- You can put things over the asbestos but if you ever sell the house it'll cost y you. It's very expensive to remove asbestos because if you break it up and disturb it in the removal process everything has to be sealed off. I'm guessing a few grand to do that job. If you don't plan on ever selling you can just tile over it with little issue. You may not have to abate the asbestos if you sell but if you sell without telling them it's in there you can get into a lawsuit so be aware. He is right about it being only harmful if disturbed though.

- I work for a tile and stone setting materials manufacturer, and one application we love to see if tile over tile, especially over concrete slab. Here's what you need to do: - First, inspect the original tile and grout joints for cracking, loose tiles, oil/grease spots and efflorescence (salts from original grout or thinset that have migrated to the surface at the grout joint). Each sympton can be repaired, if necessary, but will involve some work. - When the surface is prepped and ready, use a polymer-modified thinset. This is a must; the best guarantee of preventing future bonding issues. This thinset is easily identified by its price-- it's most expensive. But it saves you labor and provides peace of mind. - Grout: the vast majority of tile complaints center on the grout application. The best solution is to use an epoxy grout, available at your local Lowes (not in Home Depot). Epoxy grouts are 100% solids, have better flexibility (preventing future cracking), are guaranteed color-consistent and are nearly stain-proof. - Use a 100% silicone caulk for all expansion and control joints (if applicable). Each of the products I've listed are available with a Microban anti-microbial agent, which prevents mold... a must-have if this is a basement, kitchen or bath application. - Q: We currently have carpet throughout our house, but due to having dogs, we hate the carpet. While hardwood or laminate seems the logical choice, tile would hold up much better to their toe nails. My concern is how having tile throughout the entire house (even in the living room, computer room, bedrooms, etc) would look. I know it is done sometimes, but I just can't picture it in my mind. How do you feel about it? Would the tile (it would be very neutral in color) be okay through the entire house or should we go with laminate deal with the scratches when/if they happen?
- A couple considerations first tile is brittle and not flexible. On the other hand wood floors flex. If you have the bare minimum joist size in your floor for the span they cover, then tile isn't an option, it would simply crack up. Make sure you check that first. Just laying down a layer of plywood, or concrete board won't fix it either even though many will try to tell you it will. Once you know you have a flooring to hold tile, you can make your choice. My recommendation is to mix tile, laminate, and area rugs. By now you know where the highest traffic areas are, that is where you need tile or rugs. Laminate is sturdy stuff, and casual use by even dogs usually won't harm it. It is safe to use everywhere else.

- Havn't been in an Math class in 4 years now... I'm saying 4 - 4x4 squares will be the smallest amount possible. 16 2x8 right triangles would be the same as 8 2x8 rectangles that = 128 inches, from the 2ftx2ft Square would leave 448 inches. the 10 4x8 rectangles would be 320 inches, leaving 128 inches to fill 8 of the 12 4x4 squares would equal exactly 128 inches and would leave 4 4x4 squares with all area filled. Sounds good, might be missing somthing though.

- if it's ceramic/porcelain, go to home depot. Rent a hilti jackhammer with 2 different bits (they'll know which ones to give you). one is a narrow chisel that pops the tiles up. the other is a wide blade that will remove thinset. sometimes the wide blade works good for removing the tile, also. whichever works best for YOU. They will explain how to use it. It is WAY easy to use and you will NOT regret it! You will want to plastic off areas that you are not removing tile completely, there will be dust. good luck! don't be cheap and buy the handscraper! you'll hate yourself.

- Yes, you have to use a concrete drill bit and a high powered drill. Also, if possible put your screws into grout instead of the tile.
