FAQ

1.    For Polished Porcelain Tile, is the 30*60 available?

—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.

2.    What is the MOQ for this tile?

—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.

3.    Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?

—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

Q: Has anyone every used Ceramic Tiles to re-do bathroom floors? I‘ve seen it done on HGTV but just wanted to knw if it was really that easy?
My husband did our bathroom floor in ceramic tiles and he did a good job for not having tiled before. If you do it, make sure you get a grout sealer. I didn't do this and the grout turns brown and I have to scrub it once a week!
Q: Decoration living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with what kind of tiles good?
Now the decoration is generally only two kinds of specifications of the kitchen and bathroom with 600 * 600 on the cut and paste the living room with 800 * 800 As for what brand is based on your economic capacity to determine the price from 30 yuan to 260 yuan per brick
Q: the tile squares have come off and I need to re-stick them. Which glue should I use?
The thin floor tiles? Sometimes you can heat the tile back and floor with a hair drier then stick them back in place one by one. If that doesn't work then carry a tile to a flooring outlet and ask them what to use and do. There's different types of adhesives. Some can be re-activated with heat while others need to be removed then a fresh application trowled on.
Q: I would like to glue it to the tile that is already there, except remove a few that are coming loose.
Bill's answer is correct and in addition to it I will add that depending on where you live it could be against the law to remove it due to the asbestos. It's possible that the law requires you to have a company that's certified with asbestos removal come and remove it. However is anyone going to question you if you DIY? If so there could be some stiff penalties involved. If not than the other thing to consider would be to use a quality dust mask because you don't want to breath that stuff in at all..... We covered our floor insted of ripping it up.
Q: I‘m installing 13 x 13 cermic tiles. We‘ve laid the tile to try to configure the best layout. However, the one with the best layout with the easiests cuts leaves one very complicated one. The tile lies directly on the air duct, with the cut being a large rectangular hole in the middle of the tile. If we adjusted the layout to have 2 tiles lay over the duct, it creates more complicated cuts everywhere else. How do you suggest I cut this tile?We have only a wet tile saw.
Lynchee; okorder
Q: How to effectively remove the glue marks on the tiles?
4, in the removal of the time, whether it is to use to light water or vinegar, be sure to make these supplies completely soaked double-sided adhesive marks, can be easily and effectively remove Oh! 6, with soap plus a little ammonia and turpentine mixture , Can remove many dirt and make the glass surface more shiny (this article applies to tiles, ceramics, glass, etc.). 7, with a good sticky transparent glue repeatedly tear, you can remove some of the surface 8, with a little letter of sodium water on the wipe off, or paint can be thin .9, with a cotton swab dipped in water to wipe. 10, wind oil fine wipe. 11, use a special cleaning agent or sports shoes to remove the cream wipe.
Q: I have a couple of tiles that have fell off and need to be put back on, what type glue do you apply to make them stick. They fell off due to foundation problems which is now fixed.
Depends on the surface that you are attaching to, and what type of tiles you are applying. Use the adhesive sold at the hardware store that is made for that type of tile.
Q: adhesive tiles, peel stick tiles
no, i never do it
Q: The bathroom tile in my recently purchased house isn‘t finished. The previous owner used floor tile to surround the tub; he/she left many pieces of tile unfinished, but luckily left us a stack of the tiles so we could finish it off. However, we don‘t have an unlimited supply of these tiles, so we‘d like to get it right with as few tries as possible!I‘m wondering: -I need to fit the tub faucet and knobs within two 12 square tiles. What‘s the best way to measure the placement of the fixtures? Is it possible to make some sort of template that I could transfer to the tiles? -Can I make the cuts for the fixtures using a hacksaw-type tile saw blade, or should I buy a tile drill bit? (I realize it rather depends on where the fixtures fall within the tile-- but if I don‘t need to buy both, I won‘t waste my money. )Thanks!
I'll try to answer this in layman's terms as best i can.. Take one tile and hold it exactly square with the tile just above the faucet Knob. Take another tile and put the edge of it dead center in the middle of the faucet knob(this will take another person to lend a helping hand obviously). The other edge of the piece of tile you are holding on the center of the faucet knob will come to exactly where you want to put the center bit of the tile hole cutter so mark that with your pencil take the piece your holding square on the tile above the faucet knob down and cut your hole using a tile hole saw bit that is slightly larger in diameter than the faucet knob.. Sorry if this sounds complicating but i think once you start doing it you'll see how easy it is.. Good luck..
Q: Wondered what people‘s experiences were of the above in kitchens. The kitchen leads out into the back garden so the floor will be walked on an awful lot. Would flooring last or look as good after a year or would tiles be the way to go. Any info would be great before I make a purchase. Thanks
Tiles. Definitely. I have tiles in the kitchen and solid woodblock flooring in the hallway. Both get dirt trampled on them. The tiles still look as good as new (good quality ceramic tiles), and need the occasional hoover and mop. However, the dirt has worn the polish off the wood in the front hall so it's going to need a professional sand and re-varnish at some point, which is expensive and inconvenient (and dusty!). If you do decide to go with wood, get SOLID wood flooring and NOT laminate, as laminate curls up if it gets wet and I doubt this would be covered on insurance if in a kitchen ...! Hope this helps. If you're worried about the floor being cold in the mornings, you can get electric underfloor heating installed under the tiles before you put them down. It's not too expensive and you can put it on a timer. (things like the website below)
