1. For Polished Porcelain Tile, is the 30*60 available?
—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.
- Q: I have recently glued mosaic (mirrior finish) tiles onto a wall of mine, however I have noticed a few tiles, have almost sorta withered away at the back, it also almost looks as if the mirror backing scraped away, now giving more of a clear look. I would now want to remove some of the tiles out, Would it be advisable to use a chisel and hammer, to chip away the tile, or is there anything I can use to repair the tile.Much Appreciated

- Q: We are building a house and were thinking about installing a tiled shower, but I heard from a friend that they get dirty quickly and are very time consuming.
- They only get dirty if you don't clean them.Tiled showers are far superior to any other type of waterproofing on the market. They look better, they last longer and they get as dirty as everything else if you let them. Buy a shower spray cleaner from the supermarket and give it a blast every time you use the shower. Then once a week give it a good clean with a soap scum cleaner and it will stay beautiful for ever.
- Q: How many 4x4 tiles for the deck area of a bath tub?Total area of deck tub = 108 x 61 = 6588Total area of tub = 60 x 41.5 = 24906588 - 2490 = 4098 total deck areaCan someone please tell me how many tiles I need? I don‘t know where to go from here.
- 108x61 is same as 9ftx 5ft (close enough!) So--4 in. tiles would be 12 per sq ft--9x5 =45 x12 =540 tiles. Plus 54 for breakage. You should always add 10% for breakage. Unless tiles are very strong and can`t break easily when cutting to fit! But at least 10% gives you extra for future repair or mistakes when installing.
- Q: Please help me decide the right color to use. We are renovating our bathroom and I always wanted a navy blue or maroon toilet bowl. - Q: I want to install wood look laminate flooring. I have a sliding glass door with metal frame. I can‘t put shoe molding around it since it‘s metal so what do I do? Also, with porcelain tile, do I create some type of frame around the tile with real wood or is there a transition for this.
- For the tile you can get metal edging to use as a transition from the tile to whatever else; the shape of the edging is determined by what it butts up against. Several different shapes are available in various colors. It is mortared in under the tiles to form a finished edge. You can get this stuff at Home Depot in the tile department.
- Q: the tiles are laid down using thinset cement. Mastic not used.
- Try using a putty knife,holding it flat on the ground and working it gently under and around the edges of the tile,applying very little pressure upward,the tile should snap off in one piece.
- Q: is it hard to do a tile back splash for someone that has no experience it is a small area in the kitchen
- absolutely not!.....first there are easier ways to tile a backsplash other than cement board, grout, and mud (you know, the stuff contractors use).First, figure out your tile. Make sure that if this tile will come in contact with a lot of oil or dirt that you either get glazed tile or glass tile, or know that you will have to apply a sealer. Second, go to your local Lowes, Home Depot, etc and ask the tile dept guy or girl about tile mastic......it is a thin coat of stuff that you can stick tile to and then use a pre made tube of grout (ask the tile person) and you can have it done in a couple of hours. Another really easy way to stick up tile permanently is using a product called 'Liquid Nails' that is made for tile......you just use a caulking gun, put some on the tile, and stick away!.....then fill the cracks with the toothpaste looking tube of grout.
