1. For Polished Porcelain Tile, is the 60*60 available?
—— Yes, the size 60*60 with many models is available.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.
- Q: If you can tile on top do i need to prepare the old tile surface?
- You technically CAN... but definately make your work easier and more durable if you go ahead and bust out the existing floor and start from scratch. There are incidentals you need to account for like total floor height and you run the risk of your new floor cracking where the grout lines are in your old floor.
- Q: The kind of tile is a good tiles?
- Look at the size Specification of the size, not only conducive to the construction, better reflect the decorative effect. - Q: I am laying ceramic tile over subflooring using 1/4 inch wonderboard. I am trying to not to have to move or modify existing floorboard trim. If I have 1/4 inch thick tile, 1/4 inch thick wonderboard how much thickness should I assume for adhesive? I have an existing 11/16 gap between subfloor and bottom of floorboard trim. Will I be able to use adhesive to close the gap to make fill the gap or are there other options?
- Although I don't think things will work out like you planned, you could use 1/2 inch wonderboard instead of 1/4 inch. That should help. The thin set that is used to adhere the tile won't fill any gaps. It is a thin layer.

- Quarry tiles are made from unrefined extruded, high silica alumina clay that gets pressed into the desired form and hard burnt. They are hard and durable but have a softer composition than ceramic tiles. It is an unglazed form of tile, which comes in a natural colour selection, red, brown and beiges. A good and cheap place to start is to try using raw linseed oil. This will usually remove most of your tough stains. You want to be careful about using acids on real quarry tile because they are very porous and acids could etch your tiles permanently. If the linseed oil doesn't do the trick then a more expensive alternative would be using Lithofin Victorian Tiled Floor Restorer and a good sealer is HG Golvpolish. You should be able to get these from good tile retailers. If the tiles are laid on earth, or on a lime bed on earth, they should not be sealed as they need to breath to avoid damp being trapped. The original tile finish was a clear oil and of course this still allows the tile to breath. Try Slate Dressing from a fireplace shop, this is colourless and will give a richness to the tiles.. - Yes, you have to use a concrete drill bit and a high powered drill. Also, if possible put your screws into grout instead of the tile.

- As tactfully as I can put it, self-stick tile is about as cheap-a$$ as you can get for a kitchen (or bathroom) floor. What little bit you might save in the short term will have you tearing your hair out in the long run. If you want to go cheap and easy, don't settle for less than a good hard-finished linoleum or vinyl that can cover the floor in one piece. For a classier touch, there is a wide range of SEALED tile in many sizes, shapes, and color for most any budget. Non-sealed works, too, but most sealants take a LONG time to cure and few people want to go without a kitchen for days and smell the fumes for weeks. Either way you go, don't overlook a fresh layer of levelling compund. Even the best houses settle and shift over time and no one wants for a spill to get back under the cabinets where it can't be cleaned up.
