Structure of Pet Non Woven  Geotextile Description:

Geotextile Ecological Bag (Slope Bag, Afforest Bag) can be applied in slope engineering, completely replacing the stone, cement and other materials, to significantly reduce cost of project. After construction, slope will be covered by vegetation surface, to enable a green excavated slope surface, and formation of slope of natural ecology. Permeability through soil filtering, allows slope to be highly permeable, to prevent and stabilize soil loss, the local landslide, slope collapse greatly, to form a permanently high stability natural slope.

FAQ

We have organized several common questions for our clients, may help you sincerely:

Q1: How about your company?

A1:Our company are one of the largest geosynthetic products supplier in the world. We have the products experience more than 20 years.Already export to USA/Germeny/Australia/Zambia/Brazil etc.more than 20 countries.Almost 10years.Our products including Geocell/Fiberglass Geogrid/Geomembrane/Geotextile/Geonet etc.

Q2:Can you send samples to us ?

A2:Yes , free samples could be provided , but customer need pay for the freight cost .

After order placed , the freight charge could be refund .

Q3:What’s your Payment term ?

A3:T/T , L/C , Western Union,Paypal ...

Q4:What’s your manufacture process time ?

A4:Usually within 20 days

Q:Are geomembranes suitable for decorative purposes?
No, geomembranes are not suitable for decorative purposes as they are primarily used for containment and environmental protection applications, such as lining ponds, landfills, and other containment areas. They are designed to be durable, impermeable, and resistant to various environmental factors, rather than for aesthetic purposes.
Q:What are the differences of geotextiles and geogrids?
Geotextiles can be divided into two categories, namely the impervious geotextile and permeable geotextile. Geomembranes and impervious geotextiles can be used to prevent emission of ground water caused by capillarity. Geotextiles are porous to liquid but soil can't go through them. For example, they can be used on the surface of supporting sewers of high slopes.
Q:Are HDPE waterproof roll, HDPE anti-seepage film and HDPE geomembrane the same?
HDPE anti-seepage film uses resin of polyethylene. The high density polyethylene is about 2.5%. Carbon black, inhibitor, antioxygen, ultraviolet light absorber, stabilizer and other auxiliary materials are made through three-layer co-extrusion technology. HDPE geomembrane is made from 97.5% high-quality polyethylene, 2.5% carbon black, microscale antioxygen and heat stabilizer through special co-extrusion technology.
Q:Are geomembranes resistant to UV degradation in different climates?
Yes, geomembranes are generally resistant to UV degradation in different climates. However, the level of resistance may vary depending on the specific type and quality of the geomembrane material used.
Q:What are the technical parameters of unidirectional geogrid?
Unidirectional geogrid can be divided into two categories according to material, namely the unidirectional polyethylene geogrid and unidirectional polypropylene geogrid. It can also be divided according to tensile force, namely TGDG30KN, TGDG40KN, TGDG50KN, TGDG60KN, TGDG80KN, TGDG90KN, TGDG100KN, TGDG110KN, TGDG120KN, TGDG150KN, TGDG200KN. At present, there are two standard for geogrid, namely the national standards and industry standard of Ministry of Communications. The former is for the product of integral stretching geogrid. The latter is for the product of various kinds of geogrid. You can check the two standards.
Q:How to install the wall electrothermal?film?
After finishing surface heat preservation measures, clean up the ground, make it smooth and flat. Aluminum foil reflective film is then laid flat, and later laying electric film. puting the electrothermal?film upside, and I suggest that the safety distance between the membranes should be 20 centimeter. Then connect wires, parallel connect the electrothermal?film. Do insulating treatment with both ends. after the electrothermal?film installement then cover the waterproof cloth to do waterproofing process. .
Q:What are the advantages of using geomembranes in hazardous waste containment?
There are several advantages of using geomembranes in hazardous waste containment. Firstly, geomembranes are impermeable, meaning they prevent the migration of hazardous materials into the surrounding environment, reducing the risk of contamination. Secondly, they are highly durable and resistant to degradation, ensuring long-term protection for the waste and minimizing the need for maintenance or replacement. Additionally, geomembranes are flexible and can conform to the shape of the containment area, allowing for more efficient and cost-effective construction. Lastly, these liners are compatible with various waste types, making them versatile for different hazardous waste containment applications.
Q:What is the expected lifespan of a geomembrane?
The expected lifespan of a geomembrane can vary depending on various factors such as the specific material used, installation quality, environmental conditions, and maintenance practices. However, on average, a high-quality geomembrane can last anywhere from 20 to 40 years.
Q:What are the limitations of geomembranes in high-velocity flow conditions?
Geomembranes have certain limitations when it comes to high-velocity flow conditions. Firstly, they may experience increased strain and deformation due to the force exerted by the flowing water. This can lead to potential damage, such as tearing or puncturing of the geomembrane. Additionally, geomembranes may not be able to effectively resist erosion caused by the high-velocity flow, which can result in material loss and reduced performance. Therefore, careful consideration and appropriate design measures are necessary to mitigate these limitations and ensure the successful use of geomembranes in high-velocity flow conditions.
Q:Can geomembranes be used in stormwater infiltration and recharge systems?
Yes, geomembranes can be used in stormwater infiltration and recharge systems. They serve as a barrier to prevent the loss of water through seepage and enhance the efficiency of the system by directing water to desired areas. Additionally, geomembranes help minimize the risk of groundwater contamination by preventing the infiltration of pollutants into the underlying soil.
