- most GM cars that arent the base line trim for a car have steering wheel mounted controls at least as an option if not standard. but i think almost every manufacturer does it now, it is much safer to have steering wheel mounted controls because then you dont have to take your hands off of the wheel. but i think that all trim levels of the 9-3 have steering wheel mounted controls because saab is a luxury brand. but you better hurry if you are gonna buy one, saab is getting the ax soon. neat little fact, if you are driving a saab in a very polluted city like LA your exhaust is cleaner then the air that went into the car.

- The differences? Well front wheel drive will have the engine in sideways, has no drive shaft, suppose to be better traction wise since the weight of the engine is on the drive axles, has CV joints. there are many differences. Both have their pros and cons. I prefer a rear wheel drive.
- Q: I have a 2000 audi a4 2.8 quattro and I want to get some after market wheels. The wheels that I want show on one website that they will fit, but on another a rep told me they would be concerned that it wouldn‘t clear the caliper. The tire size on my factory wheel is 205/55/16 and looking online I‘ve found 2 different wheel width sizes for the factory wheels online either a 16x6 or a 16x7. Is there anyway to find out without doubt what the width is? The wheel I want is a 16x7 wheel, I know the bolt pattern matches as both are 5x112 but will the wheel fit without any problems? Also will the factory tire size 205/55/16 fit on the aftermarket wheels? I know the diameter is correct I‘m just not sure about the width.
- The wheel width is not necessarilly the problem, as the wheel fits over the brake caliper when it's mounted on the car. Unless the wheel rim is an unusual shape, a wider or narrower wheel should not make a difference. Generally, people find problems with brake caliper clearance when installing larger calipers and/or discs.

- Stock wheels are not stamped with that information - only custom aftermarket wheels will be so labeled - and not even all of them. You might get lucky and get an answer from a Nissan engineer who would have access to that information.

- your NEW car has been set up in the on board computer to operate with the wheels that were installed by the manufacturer if you want some stylie wheels for yo ride then you should go to a name brand tire shop and get some quality advice for wheels and tires some changes can be made without changing the On-B computer . but, drastic changes of wheels and tires will cause the On-B to go haywire with fuel MPG's, brake and ABS reactions, and engine management . and you should check with the NEW CAR service department to be sure that you are not cancelling the new car warranty .
