About 53-56mm Vert you want slightly bigger. Such as 57-59mm ALSO You want wheels with good grip, such as 98s And longboarding Biggest. They usually are about 60mm+ You can usually get them around 70-80s when you're talking grip.

Larger wheels can also cause wheelbite (the wheel hits the board and stops), which maybe cause you to fly off the board if your board was not designed to fit large wheels. Smaller wheels will accelerate faster, but may not be able to roll over as many objects. Smaller wheels have less mass so they will not hold our their speed as long. Smaller wheels will be able to fit on more boards without getting wheelbite though.
