Q: I recently got a Motorola RAZR V3i. I got Mobile Phone Tools off the internet as well. When I hook my phone up to my computer via usb cable, MPT opens and there is a phone on my screen. But it doesn't recognize my phone. And no matter what format, the ringtones and pictures are in the wrong one. Can anyone help me?: The cell-phone only works, when recognizing by the MPT. There can be more than one defect. Check the cable (possibly newinstallation). Check the battery of the phone ( must be full). Check the MPT installation. Check Ur steps to conect the phone.

Q: I had shortlisted the Sony Ericsson T700 and G502 as the choices for my first mobile phone. I am pretty convenient at using mobile phones (as all my relatives have one) so using them is not a problem. My first pref is the T700 but as it is costlier and mostly has the same features as the cheaper G502 (except camera mp, menu layout and more RSS functions), I am thinking of going for the G502. However, I have read that the G502's build quality is poor and it hangs and restarts and similar sort of things. Also some people say that the colour starts coming off after a few months. Is that a cause for worry?I know that firmware needs to be updated regularly so, if I maintain it well, are there chances of problems creeping up? I would also like to know from G502 users if they liked it or if they had some specific problems with it? In the end, should I wait for the T700's price to drop or should I go for the G502?Thanx for reading.: I've had one for about a couple of months now and had no problems with it. I was just after a low cost phone that would allow me to check emails, get weather reports, connect to messenger, etc. The screen is a little small but I can read my mail using Google's excellent mobile mail app. I haven't tried to write an email with it yet. Build quality is good and I haven't had any problems with it hanging, although a couple of websites that I was viewing with the built in browser have caused it to restart. Can't comment on the paint coming off yet. I think the screen would be easily scratched so I try to avoid putting it in the same pocket as keys, coins, etc. and I'm looking for some sort of cover to protect it. Overall, it does the job for me and I've been pleased with it in the first couple of months I've had it. Best regards,

All my friends have one.: I've done without one for 2 weeks now because the screen broke and its weird how much I relied on it. From waking me up in the morning to texting friends to arrange things. Q: I have just received an upgrade from T-Mobile. Whilst I like the phone I want to unlock it so I can put a cheaper SIM in for my trips to Jersey. Only one network on Jersey (UK).The phone is a Samsung U800 which seems to prove hard to unlock??An internet service could not help and Tmobile says it takes 28 days.Does anyone know of a high street shop that could unlock and not charge that much?Cheers: High okorder
