For those of you who cant get through to their live advisors it is because so many people are calling in trying to get help. I was told to wait it out and it should be fixed tonight. If it is not fixed I would call in tomorrow and keep pushing them to fix it for you, and when they say they will call you back, get a time limit. If they dont call you back, CALL THEM. It is the only way to get what you want, trust me.
