Q: the kind of beds where there is another bed under one bed but you have to slide it for it to come up? its not a bunk bed: Oh, I love a puzzle. Are you talking about a hide a bed?? Sometimes people use them on a day bed frame and then pull them out for company. Or are you talking about a Murphy bed, which actually goes up into a wall and looks like a piece of the wall? I think it may be one or the other.

Q: When is a good time to move a toddler into a toddler bed? My daughter is 17 months old and climbs out of her crib so she cosleeps with me. I have a toddler bed do you think she is old enough?: If she is climbing out of the crib, then she is old enough. I transitioned my daughter when she was 15 months old. She does great! We have to place a baby gate in her doorway, though, so that she won't roam the house in the middle of the night.

From my own experience, I never find any difference in my dog's behaviour before and after I let him get up to the bed. He still listens to me, he still does very well on off leash, and still tries to steal my winter hat everytime we go out.

Q: I am pregnant and He will need to go to a toddler or twin bed at 20 months. I already have a twin bed and I could but rails for it. I could also buy a toddler bed but would like to save money if possible. I am not trying to be cheap!! What should I do? Is a twin bed going to be to high off the ground for him?: No he isn't to young. I had my son in a queen size bed of his own before he turned two years old. I put rails on it and he is now 3 years old. My daughter went into a queen in her room at the age of 2. As long as you have rails on it, there isn't a problem. Toddler beds are nice but they grow out of them, that's why we didn't go that route. And you pay money for them, and they only use them a short time. This way was so much easier and they both took to the bed. They liked sleeping in a BIG. It made them feel like a big kid. :)

Q: My question is simple, which bed is larger? Double or full?: Double and full are the same.... 54 inches wide. The next up is Queen size at 60 inches wide and King is 78 inches. A california king is 78 inches wide. Hope this helps you solve your dilemma... get the feeling you're thinking about sheets...

Q: if i put two twin size beds together, what size bed would that be?: Two twins (39x75) would be 78 x 75 where a queen is 60x80 and a king is 76 x 80 so it would be like neither cause you are getting 5 short on the length. King fitted sheets will probably fit well enough but a bit tight. Then you have the crack of uncomfortability right down the middle. Of course if you are talking extra-long twins then you are the same length as a king or queen but 3 wider than a king and 18 wider than a queen. I have a queen and love it. But I am single and tall. Fits 2 people really well though. I find the queen mattresses and boxsprings to be manageable when moving them, rotating them, etc... but the king I need 2 people to help move.
