I just want a general Idea about what age is good.: depends on the baby they're all different, could be 18 months or 3 yrs old. good rule of thumb...if your baby is climbing out of the crib, or attempting too, it's time for a toddler bed. just be sure he/she is in a safe room, if they get up in the middle of the night or in the morning before you, you must be sure there is nothing in the room harmful to them. remember they can get into anything, so keep wires/plugs and dangerous objects out of reach, outlets covered, bathroom doors closed, etc...

Q: My 11 year old daughter has bed wetted si: You just can't make her stop over night. You can help her and the bedding by making her wear a diaper at night. I was a bed wetter from age 6 past the age of 15 and my parents had me in a disposable diaper every night until I was dry and I'm glad they made me wear diapers to bed. I can tell you since I did wet the bed, its much better waking up in a wet diaper than waking up in a wet bed and wet pajamas. Its not as bad as it sounds and its more relaxing knowing you are protected at night until you grow out of the problem.

Q: Are you not supposed to wear thongs in bed while sleeping?: There's no rule against it. Personally, I think thongs are okay until you try to get comfortable, and then you realize how uncomfortable they are. But it doesn't really matter. It won't do anything to your body, if that's what you want to know.

Q: have tried several ways to rid bed bugs wash all clothing/bed sheets prof.spraying,bought even new beds bombing home and even steam cleaned everything.. there still around.: I removed the mattress and box springs, and took them outside to the patio. Used rubbing alcohol and perocside all over the mattress and box springs removed the lower covering of the box springs and use the same remedy with bedbug spray... left outside for two days. steam cleaned the carpet and wall around the carpet. I put bedbug killer in the steam cleaner. remove all bed clothing and drapers and put in the dry on high for 1 hour. Removed all clother from the closet and the same process using the cloth dryer for 30 minutes hung clothes outside overnight. cleaned all the walls and hard wood floors.. wax and sprayed. Remove all drawers from dressers and use alcohol there and spray..I had the misfortune of having someone rent a room from me and they knowing had bedbugs and roaches. Thjis was quite a trip. I streamed the hold house. so far so good. It had been 3 months and no sign of roaches or bedbugs. But I cleaned very day for a month and check the bed and clothes. so far so good....it was a mess....He gone, thank goodness.

Q: I just converted by daughters crib into a bed, as she is now of the age she does not like being stuck in bed. She is fine climbing in and out of bed, but i am afraid she will fall out sometime in the night. We have hardwood floors, so I don't think it will feel very good to fall out of bed. My question is, what can I put down below the open side of her bed to cushion the fall? I need something that won't slide around too much on the floor, too.: Put a cushy blanket down, or a couple ones. Have you thought about a guard rail. I dont know the technical name for them, but they latch on to the side of the childs bed and protects them from rolling out. They're like 18 bucks at walmart or kmart. My daughter had a convertible crib. She didn't sleep in it very long before we got a toddler bed, but it wasn't very high up off the ground. I would imagine yours isn't either.
