- yes i read at night whilst im lying in bed. and it does the opposite, i stay up really late because i find myself getting lost in the book and by the time i look at the clock its 1:30am and i am going to have to be up in a bit over five hours for school. -I dont dream about my books usually, which is good because most of the books i read are vampire or horror (love stephen king). but i can seperate the book and real life, so i dont think about it while im sleeping.
