- Gret37 is right the bugs are there and even if you get a new mattress and then sleep a night on it poof there they are just in much smaller numbers. Besides getting new mattresses everytime you go to bed if you put the pillow in the freezer it will decrease there activity but unless you like a cool or cold pillow really it is the difference between having a few million to having more millions.

- it could just be something hereditary or her bladder just hasnt continued to grow at the same rate as the rest of her body. There are plenty of products out there to help keep her dry. i know for a fact that pampers underjams or goodnites are great pull-up style protection that are designed for teens and tweens who still suffer from bedwetting. if she doesnt fit into those or is a heavy wetter i would suggest depends. they make diapers for older people who suffer from urinary problems. i use both goodnites and depends and found both to be very helpful for bedwetting. wetting the bed is such an embarrassing problem but atleast with pull-ups or diapers she will be able to sleep better and not have to worry about sleeping in wet sheets all the time. i know it helps me get a good nights sleep and takes off some of the worry about wetting the bed.

- Most of the beds are pretty hypoallergenic. You want avoid anything with cedar or wood chips. But the ones filled with foam with washable cotton covers should be OK. Is it possible his bed was washed with a soap that is triggering the reaction? Just a thought.

- Eating before bed is really a bad habit. However, if you need to stay up late and feel hungry, then fruits plus some cereals is good for you. And remember do drink a lot of water if you stay up late. You will not feel so exhausted as compared to not drinking. There is a description for fruits eating as I read from newspaper. Eating fruits at morning is gold, eating fruits at afternoon is silver, eating fruits at evening is blonze.
