- Bed bugs are a possibility. Sometimes they like the taste of one person more than the other. I know someone who said he and his wife once lived in a house that had bedbugs, and the bedbugs preferred to feed on the wife.

- Q: is it okay if my friend's hamster bedding is SAW DUST??
- I use cotton cloth bedding which ensures that my hamsters are warm and cosy, but avoids the risk of them getting tangled up in it or choking. The cotton wool bedding is dangerous, as there have been many cases of hamsters eating the bedding (something that they often do) and being unable to digest it, causing their stomaches to swell and eventually die. Shredded newspaper is also a no no as the ink can run onto their skin, and cause them to become ill. Another reason against this bedding is that they can become tangled up and even lose limbs. Dont use cedar wood chips or sawdust as the amount of dust from these are extremely dangerous to your hamster and can cause severe respiratory problems.
- Q: Does both of these beds require no bed box spring? I'm interested in building a nice platform bed and just wondering if these bed types are similar to a platform bed. Also anyone know of any sites that have good platform bed plans. Thanks in advance.
- Sleigh beds and Mission beds refer to the aesthetics of the bed. Mission would be a more appropriate style for a platform bed but either can be a platform bed if you wish, you just need to design it as such.

- I would like to know if these bed bug critters will use your dog as a host ? I am getting bites that look like bed bug bites but they are always in the same area where the dog cuttles next to me. She gets a monthly flea treatment , but when the lights go out she starts digging. I cant find anything in or around the bed or mattresses. Nothing on her eighter. Any thoughts ? I have treated for bed bugs to no avail.

- Q: On a platform bed for dorm rooms, do you get a regular mattress or a Mattress Pad? What's the difference. Also are platform beds meant to hold somewhat of a good bit of weight, if it were a queen size?
- I think the beds should come with a mattress, and a mattress paid isn't necessary, but might be nice. A mattress pad is basically a sheet that has extra padding in it. The bed should be sturdy enough to hold a heavier person. There were a lot of big guys that I went to college with and they never had a problem.

- Put the dust ruffle on, put the fitted sheet over the matress, put the pillowcases on the pillows and fluff them. Put the pillows at the top of the bed. Cover the bed with a thin sheet. Cover that with a comforter. Fold down the comfortor and sheet together at the top. Tada.
